Sometimes all we need is a little bit of Johnny Appleseed
Just sew the dreamseeds and grow trees
That bear fruit that is the direct fantasy you would imagine if your life was yours to live,
Well guess what?
It is!

And every so often darkness falls
A phone call from the darkest halls
Beckoning an answer and slowly pulls us into the pits
A hole only to be filled with emptiness and bullshit
Well fuck it we walk on because life is for living
It’s not for getting it’s for giving
What can we do anyway?
Hide the darkness out of sight?
As if the black and the white makes grey
And all of the colours are mixed ‘til we can’t tell the difference
I don’t think the inference would fuel the furnace of life
Colourless imagination would create a reality of fallacy
Bleak and badly handled by the animals
Including human beings
Believing their demons
And proceeding to consume their own insecurities greedily
But that’s not what I see
Individual pixels of energy
Splendidly emitting each colour endlessly
Until our vision is overwhelmed with infinite possibilities
Hip-hop hillbillies
And dready redneck folk punk hippies
They’re just words after all
That describe bits of ego
But we go beyond words
And discover the symbols
Riding and crashing snare drum clap kick thump hats splashing
The backbeat soundtrack to the moment unfolding
And then add the bass
Frequencies that go deep in space
The tickle inside move hips side to side
Riding the melody in our limbs as we fly
And that’s just a metaphor
For the humour of the final editor
Because music is the energy that moves the colour synergy
Like gratitude moves generosity
Synchronistic imagery
The emotional is the physical is the spirituality
Alchemy in practice
To master celestial backflips on trampolines of galaxies
Manifesting reality
Just by being born
