Yesterday,I went in my first sweat lodge....so cool !! It was broken into 4 gates,and at each gate the door was opened for a minute...the gates were for the 4 directions,north,south,east,west.....I sent some healing in there for friends,family,and the world....and seen my 2 main healing guides much clearer than ever before....1/2 way thru the last gate,I was having trouble breathing...man was it hot ! I will do it again ! There was a big turnout,and met many people.... Afterwards there was a feast,with great food and talk...In a few weeks they are having a "Fire Walk"...I hope to do that too ! This is something that one should do at least once....
