This is my first blog post on Tribe. I do have a LJ, but figure I have more access to dancers this way. So I've been trying to work on using my glute for hip hits and simmy's a la the Suhaila method. For anyone who has either mastered this techinque or had more exposure here is my question? Is the knee still bending in this method? It seems if I don't bend my knee up and down I don't get any movement, but is this only because my glutes are super weak?
