about me
i want to live in a grove of ancient trees in downtown manhattan
sometimes it feels like trying to plant trees on the moon...
trying to figure out how to BALANCE work and play, passion and responsability, my dreams and economic realities
i wanna transform urban space into livable....whatever... picture the warehouse, sprawling thousands of square feet of concrete or brick and glass, picture it with blackberries crawling up the walls and veggies on the roof. see the trapeze in the big room, the hall of mirrors where we can practice spinning, yoga, dance, acrobatics. the wood shop ,the art studio. the living spaces, the recording spaces. picture us coming together to sculpt space into shapes that allow us to manifest our expressive selves in all the ways we want to. who's got capital? whose got tools? who's got dreams?
then i want to bring the ceremony/ circus on the road --- music, fire, art, dance, poetry to fallow lots in cities and strip malls and farms.
i'm honing my skills, banging drums, writing, drawing, finding my voice, spinning a staff, being in love, and trying to crack open my shells so i can come out and build my dreams into reality.

I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired
love and hate, I love and hate
locked gates pock faces bright
ways towards
days unblemished by despair
we’re nowhere here
near helpless
near hopeful
lack and waste
my honor at the door scraping fingernails bloody raw on concrete passion
oh fashion!
me some new pants
spiderwebs and comfrey leaves
rose thorns and nettles and petals petals
pedaling into the moonrise where
I may stand enshrined
in my mind’s eye at least for a day

fuck gray clouds, we got daggers
we got butterflies, we got pollen
we got bloody fucking thorns
we got halos
we got horns
we got fairy wings and fangs
we got love
got scorn
got hopes and fears and dreams
we're torn
we're tattered fragments of divinity
we're scattered memories of eden wandering lost and tryna get back to the garden, tryna find ourselves in this hazy sharp maze of mirrors
tryna care, tryna share
tryna get somewhere just a little bit closer to who we are in our most... read more

i do not wield a sunflower scepter.
but how pleasant could be that deception
i'll sow hazy luminescence smoky inky radiance
mazes of mirrors mask missions' mantra
color the sky with 52 shades of gray and play in the shadows
the clouds shine
reflective
still pond
puddles of dreamy remembrances of futures
tangled vines wrapping my ankles
thorn blades fruit wine
i sing in the shimmering wind
make time ripples mutant sea monsters
dolphins and dime bag tortoise shells
