Well, our chef went away on vacation for the last week, and thus the kitchen was left in my hands in its entirety. Well, I laid my bike over in a really tight, choking turn the other day at around 30. The bike and I survived, but both are a little banged up. I see this as kind of a milestone being my first crash at speed, and sort of an awakening to the manner of things serious sport biking can bring with it.
