Head on down to a special little place in San Francisco called Amnesia this Friday and check out Baxtalo Drom, the lucky road, a superfine night of performance, influenced by all things gypsy, Balkan, and bein' on the road.

We start our night off early (9:30ish) with local band Nerelisin "where are you from" playing Turkish music then...

we bring on Gypsy Sound System from Geneva, Switzerland. Dj Olga & Dr. Schnaps use electrogypsy, raggaklezmer, balkanicfire, and popular drunk songs to take you on a journey from indian vibes through the Balkan
and Slavish countries, to spanish flamenco and rumba gitana.
