I spend a lot of time in my head. It is an unhealthy place to be sometimes, so I spend a fair amount of my time out of doors. I walk to work when I have scheduled the time to do so. I hike when I need some inspiration from nature. I backpack when I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of an unnatural lifestyle that we all share.
