hi kids im just gettin back online after several weeks of broken confuser and crazy bizzy beltane mayhem beltane was nutz lovin loosin and lots and lots of lessons most of you know that jeffery judy jetson and i are no longer love birds or sharing a nest i just moved in with alix sun down in se pdx woodstock area i spent quite a bit of time helping out with the VBC (village building convergance) i learned about cob building, amazing mushrooms(that dont get you high) connected with several green builders in the area oh yeah and got my boogy up high with march 4th i started spinning a fire staff next trick will be combining it with stilts and the one after that is freeballin on a red banana seat its just about peddlepalooza time and my hawtrawds rarin ta go sending love to ya all flowzilla

hello all you lovlies if any of you are like me then even the smallest amount of dairy in your tea or coffee can cause a most unpleasant and odious effect and frankly soy and rice milk are just a wee bit thin but your auntie flow has discovered a wonderful substitute thick and creamy naturally sweet (oh get your mind out of the gutter) coconut milk dahlings it imparts a slight but pleasant flavoring to both black and green teas excellent in earl grey and with a touch of cinnomin transforms coffee into a decadent treat i wish you all de light full sipping of whatever your hot beverage of choice may be and please remember enjoy your caffeine responsibly love in sillyness auntie flow

so ive moved on again my time doing the mundo buggy is over and i have landed in portland from the slums of newport to a garden paradise in portland i have been very blessed goddess help me maintain my sense of gratitude the lessons of the past year have been very hard but i have a shimmering glimmer of hope that i have learned and grown stronger and am becoming a better human with every breath i take SO MOTE IT BE it is time for a new start in a new place with a new FLOW

this is hallaujah the luck dragon and also dr. skankinsteins monster hallaujah is my first fourlegged stilt creature created from found objects mostly shrimp netting, driftwood, bammboo, cut glass basketts, a mop head and lots of glow sticks on saturns day night whitch was a total trip i had a spotter with a red flashlight and i followed her around as she shined it on the ground all i could see was the little dot of red light as i crawled around the eight freakin out the trippin hippies and suns day our troup held a troll science fair in whitch hallaujah appeared again as dr. skankinsteins monster fun fun fun

so on a recent excurcion to the emerald city to see my beloved and dance with the faeries around the may pole the goddess decided it was time for a bitch slap to me ego of course i aided in this by instantly putting my foot in me mouth and head up me ass (a great yoga position that opens alot of chakras at once) right infront of my lady love and her new girl friend so needless to say my plans had to change quickly a dear friend came to me rescue with a place to stay and a firm intent dance me back to balance no club scene turtle dance and gypsie nation joy saved me from myself and the goddess spoke thrue so many moving bodies as i shimmied with the bellydancers became a living maypole for kennys dance lifted to new heights by skywalker and acknowledged an old love and friendship in a new joy my horiscope was quite accurate ( picies) paraphrased from free will astrology week of 5/5/06 i went to the top of the mountin to meditate but the cold harsh wind battered me so reluctantly i decended to the vally there near a stream in warm sunshine i sat to meditate on the problems i brought with me and i found a solution blessed be

so ive been workin this rad construction job called cafe mundo total slice of the country fair on the oregon coast if in newport oregon gotta check it out one week ago we pourd the slab tonight may day we had a dance par-tay so i busted out the stilts and broke it down for tha family (pics soon) then we all just boogied down and christend the cafe with beltain love gotta love it
