It has been two days since I gave blood and I still feel totally wasted. I give every three months but this time they took plasma instead. It took a lot longer and wiped me out. They take out blood and separate it to get the parts they need and put the rest back. It does this several times. What is left is empty of mos...t of the stuff we need to live off. And it takes a lot longer to rebuild the blood afterward.
