WTF??

I just heard that Joesph Estrada, corrupt former actor-come-President of the Phillipines (not to be confused with Erik Estrada, incorruptable former CHiP-come-timeshare salesman) was convicted today of "plunder," which I think it perhaps second only to "second degree swashbuckling" in the annals of cool crime names. Seriously, I know the Phillipines are islands, but is their entire justice system based on some variation of the Pirate Code??
