I'm the founder of the Alter Egos Society, a loose knit group of enthusiastic artists and other interested people who put on local Portland, Oregon) superhero themed events for charity or fun.
In the past year we've put on a costume party/charity concert to benefit p:ear (who helps out homeless and transitional youth), and a Hero/Villain pub crawl with DrunkenRampage.com (of SantaCon and Plunder-athon fame).
Currently we're working on a superhero short film that will be released in conjunction with the 2nd annual Alter Egos Society: Hero/Villain Ceasefire Party.
