This week I could have used more "sparkling-ness". My voice did not sparkle... I had laryngitis. However, thank you for the compliment!

Now that mom is gone my sister and I make way for spending time with each other. Last week we ate the taco surf in Seal Beach. I highly recommend their salsa & chips with a strawberry wine margarita! ole!

I can't believe I hesitated when asked if I wanted to go to the zoo with my husband and grandboys. All for the sake of work at home! I would have missed out on a fun, relaxing; yes, relaxing, and refreshing bonding time with all my guys. Family time, whenever possible is worth the time. Even if it means going to a local zoo with so little monkeys!

What a joy it was to say to my grandboy "I finished your blanket!" Then watch his face light up when he hugged the blanket...and the greatest thing happened after; he ran to me, hugged me and thanked me.

It's great to be a "nana"
