We are bringing the first Suhaila Salimpour Master Class continous studies to San Diego. One of Suhaila Salimpour School of Dance Instructors and Dance Company Performer, amazing Crystal Silmi is going to present Level I and Level II technique.

Location: 3980 30th Street, Stage 7
Registration 10:30am
10:30am - 1:30pm Level 1--Breaking down the basic
movements and techniques in the Suhaila Salimpour Format.
2:30pm - 5:30pm Level 2--Increasing speed and complexity, layering
movements on top of footwork. This session assumes familiarity with
the basic movements and techniques and will not include breakdowns.
NOT for first-timers.
REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Option 1--Morning session only. (Required for first-timers, but open to all.) $55 ($50 for SSSD members)
Option 2--Morning session and afternoon session (Recommended for those who are familiar with the format and are still working on the basics, but feel ready to try more.) $99 ($90 for SSSD members)
Option 3--Afternoon session only (Limited to those certified Level 1 or higher in the Suhaila Salimpour Format.) $55 ($50 for SSSD members)

Dilek is beautiful, I finally got to see this Goddess dance and I am so blown away! BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!!! The gold that fills this womans heart is given to those she dances for, everyone smiles. She puts everything she is into it. I loved hearing the audience cheer after she finished, she deserves it completely! Dilek is such a wonderful person who has worked so hard at what she loves and it shows in everything I have seen her do; as fellow class member a friend and now as my favorite dancer in San diego. Her waters run deep and so does her love for dance. I really hope to dance with her one day soon!

What can one say when talking about the "Wonderful, Delightful, Charming and Exhilarating Dilek"!
She is a remarkable dancer, she’s spunky, yet graceful. She’s always beaming with energy and is absolutely beautiful to watch!
She is truly a Turkish Delight!

Yes!!! I took the 1st runner up title in Universal Category, and Champion in Taxim Category, 3rd Runner up in Veil.
It was a tough and fun weekend. I met a lot of very talented performers. I made friends...and ready for the next one.

Crystal, one of the long term member of Suhaila Dance Company and School was in town over the weekend. She thaught a very clear descriptive Level I and II class. Oh mine...Level II kicked my Turkish butt....I am telling you, does not help when your nose is runny, and feeling sick and tired...but I did 3 hours non stop Level II. hmmm ready for 5 day boot camp. Wait for me Suhaila, I am coming.....

I just won First Place in Veil Category, and Second Place in Cabaret Category in Arabesque Belly Dance Competition here in San Diego. I am sooo thrilled, I cannot sleep tonight. ;-)
