With the way my life has been going in the last four months, I leave nothing to chance anymore. There is no room for crazy little hapenstances, it's been used up. I don't know how much I have left, but i'm sure i'll be just fine.

I just wanted to say that I have some awesome family, some fantastic friends, and I take pride is how i have in my life! thanks guys, you rock!

That's all. just wanted people to know. I'm lucky.

Define: Debauchery - This weekend... :)

This weekend was awesome. It was just what I wanted/needed before starting school again. It was absolutely amazing. I don't think we could have planned this any better than how things just kind of fell into our laps, as it were. ;) However, chaos aside, I had an amazing time in terms of the performances and workshops. In the workshop I took on Saturday, we learned a routine. Once feeling confident, I went all out. I rocked it like I was getting paid to do it. Even though I was messing up quite a bit, but whatever, it's not like I was the only one. We were there to learn and to have fun. So I did.

I've been so happy since this weekend started, and I plan on feeding off this for the next month or two until my break from school. Haha. But that's about the jest of it before it becomes over sharing. Which I learned today after talking to my roommate is entirely possible when not considering your audience. The world is indeed the stage. The only difference appropriateness of the show.

I'm happy to say...

That I'm not the least bit dissapointed by the choice of characters for the role of my (and so many others) future husband. That's right, Robert Pattinson is just as lovely as Stephanie Meyer makes Edward out to be. Best part, he's only a few months younger than i am...translation: this could work. :]. lol.

on a more realistic note, i have graduated with my undergraduate degree in social work, and am no longer Angela Lasek, I now go by Angela Lasek , (comma!!) BSW. that's right, and only fourty bucks to go before the "bsw" become "LLBSW" to emphasize my limited lisence. this woul have been my next step had i not been accepted into graduate school at Wayne State, but I was and I will be in and out of grad school with in a year, ish. lol. probably about 10-12 months.

on top of that, i also got a new job in ann arbor working with "wayward" teens... meaning i work with pregnant and single parenting teenage girls. it's going to be great, i start next week. wait, a job in my feild, WHAT?? this never happens.

this are falling into place, and it's about flippin time. not gonna lie, i was sure if someone hadn't given me an answer soon i was going to combust... it would have happened, i could feel it. lol.

Ha, just kidding. i didn't even watch the awards, i don't have cable. Not even basic cable, just a DVD player. So life as been quite crazy lately. It's been school, work, internships, school, and knitting. lots and lots of knitting.
School is almost done, i graduate in april, and hopefully with in the next week or two i will have received my "acceptance" letter from U of M into thier masters program for social work. If i get in, i plan on going to San Marino for one last summer shebang. If i don't get in, for some unknown reason of course, I will start my application process into the work force. oh dear, is it that time already, i'm only 22 for cryin' out loud. ah well, cest la vie.
My internship is going divinly. I'm working both court houses on my own, and yup, still not getting paid for it. dance is lacking on my part. with school durring class time, i haven't been able to go. that makes me sad, but i see everyone when i can.
Something excited happened this evening. i was on my out into the street, in my car of course. and i look left, i look right, i look left again, and i start to put my breaks on, and my car kept going. my driveway was covered in ice. so as i'm slipping out of the driveway i start to turn left, and T-Bone a silver car that was comming up the street. so i hit the guy, and the cops come, and the cool cop didn't give me a ticket and claimed it as a no-fault dealie. but now, now the guy that i hit, accidentally, totally not my fault though, and he said that even though it was a no fault thing, the papers that he was filling out needed my information, and i think that's wrong. i've got people to ask, so i'm going to ask then an then see what happens after that. needless to say, no ticket, no real dammage to my already kind of dammaged to my already kind of dammaged car, and some guy trying to get money out of me that i don't exactly owe him.

So by complaining via the inteweb, i now feel tons better... odd. now on a not so infected note, Happy New Year everyone! I hope this year is off to a good start and and that it contiues on as such. Hope to see everyone back in class in the comming weeks, and can't wait for what 2008 has to bring it. 2007 did a pretty good job, lets see what we've got for this year!

my update...

this is freaking rediculous. i am never the one to get sick. let a long get sick back to back. first a tonisl that was trying to kill me. according to it, thoes pesky vital organs just had to go. and now, they say it's bronchittis, did i even spell that right? but what if they're wrong, i mean, aren't i supposed to be getting better by now? what if it's something else? oh well, i'll just have to hope that the FOUR meds they have me on works. not that i'm disgruntled about the four meds, of course.
