we dresses as ourselfs in fw and greeted the trick or treaters was great. hide on the side of house in my bone mask and told them they had to pay the charge of candy to short cut. laughed alot. They come here each year to see what we will do this...

melissa have been on b12 for over a year, I get a shot some weeks 2 and d3 10,000 my body is happier than it's been in years, even after being in a car wreck....

in the Fifth ave sandwich shop... love love this place , looks like an old bar , owned by Bonnie..IKA MOM and her family... I stopped by last night for my favotie 4 cheese sandwhich only to see they were going to be open for Art Walk. Don't know who spoke up but it was my mouth talking , I asked if they were going to have Art in their shoppe .. staples came out today, the Doctor was cool he told mre I made his job look easy.. at day 15 am back driving working , took those damn socks off today.... they pulled hair, twisted like they had a life form all their own.... it's only at 95 5 range but for week two they want @ least 80..So >i'm feeling good...but tomorrow I'm sleeping at least till 5am. been getting up around 3 every morning....need to reset my mental clock. blessings to all

As my mother has passed over 30 years ago I've choosen to use this day to honor my true mother the earth ,her spirit. So yesterday on full moon we put up our tipi poles as well as the lodge pole..reworked the faerie garden, and the atlar.. Sitting around the fire last night watching the moon shadow dance with the engery in the tipi was the best mothers day gift I could have gotten....So to all Happy Mother's Day.... Blessings

as I come back into my body ,and aware of what is going on.I fine that I miss that whole%^&(*)( christmas thing..Body ,soul, and spirit had curled up in to a fog of pain, fear and whitenes.....OKAY I'll say I HATE SNOW>>>>>>>>>>>>
