It may be brief since I need to get on some other tasks... I am proud to say I just printed issue 27A and 27B of Oblivious Nation and they are available for purchase at etsy shop www.paynecreations.etsy.com also dolls, and gaudy hairpieces are available at my etsy shop. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had a great April and want to thank Steven for coming out and spending the weekend with me while my family went to Calif.... also, thank you Terri and Brad for coming and spending the remainder of the time with me! if you are interested about reading and viewing my month of March and April please order a copy of the latest issue! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Darby Jane is in the largest production to date of Ballard Pirates and sea-hags, I am so proud of her dedication, she has loyally been at every rehearsal since February. The big night is May 31st. She is also on the cover of the latest issue of Oblivious Nation and will continue circus school after this production to practice ariel. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Armitage hosting at Shimmy Deluxe I was recently invited to set up a display with Shimmy Deluxe at The Re-bar here in seattle which was a mighty good time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I made some merch for www.circuscontraption.com at The Showbox and sold 10 out of 12 items which I see as a success. plus it was my birthday and I was of course more oblivious then ever and now I have not drank for close to 3 weeks and am hoping to make it as long as possible, we will see where the temptation of the hooch leads me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ IHR rummage for the month of May! And am currently the publisher/creator and writer for the quarterly zine at www.iheartrummage.com The first issue will be available on June third at The Crocodile Cafe' from noon-four p.m. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Crafting Compassion entrapanor' has started an amazing program for children with cancer and I submitted some paper doll/moster recipes, if you are interested in donating any moola or craft supplies please contact craftingcompassion@gmail.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am sad to say I have lost a friend and am just really sad! PLease all cross your fingers because I really wanna to do this!!! www.hugohouse.org ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My latest endeavor is a documentary that was only an idea in my head just 6 monthes ago and now it seems to be coming a reality and I am so excited that I found people as excited as I am in making this that I will be documenting some of the most wonderful, eccentric ladies of our era. it will happen! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Speaking of documentaries my sister-in-law took some film classes at USF in 2005 and included Simon and I in it one, it was focused on relationships. The Cap'n is working on his music. He is continuously downstairs recording and creating new melodies! He also took me to see the Stooges for my birthday, had a party for me at home, and was wonderful to take me to a nice dinner and buy me season 2 of twin peaks , went on a date to the CanCan and TinHat that is classy! plus way more.... For mothers day he took me and the kiddies to a wonderful doll museum in Bellevue! He allows me to be wacky and be me which is very important! cause you know I am a brat and always demanding "something else" in this mad world we live in! I am happy that he is taking some time for himself and painting because he is truly amazing artist. Though he denies being such a Renaissance type...
