My Testimonials

March 31, 2005
So I was at this party (YARR!) at Castle Funkenstein one night, and I went into the living room, and OMGKILLERPSYTRANCE!!(!) After dancing for a few, I asked the DJ who he was, and: "YOU'RE Fanboy? Holy shit!!" I'd seen his name on flyers, heard some of his bitchin' tracks, heard mad props left and right, but had never seen him live! I took his pic, exchanged contact info, etc. Then I started running into him at (((THUMP))) parties, at one of which I may well have gone mad without his calming influence to focus on. Then I started going to Rotation and seeing him there every week and dancing my ass off to his pumping, flowing, psychedelimassive sets. This past Halloween Eve, I had the pleasure of hanging out with him at his place, listening to War of the Worlds, and telling what's what to his cat.

This man has a heart of gold, a humbling sci-fi collection (he ain't called Fanboy for nothin'!), and lays down tracks that have me creaming left and right! Thanks for being you, buddy -- you are most definitely one of the good ones. *huggles*

Great roommate, and by all accounts a great DJ. And I know from great DJs. He takes good care of his kitties, and his house. And his psytrance.

DJ Fanboy is a menace.

Listening to his mixes can cause three-day-long raving, spontaneous outbursts of muscular spasms often confused with dancing, and irreversible devotion to psytrance music.

You have been warned.

The thing about Fanboy is that he can throw down some dark, sick, and funky tracks and he's a great guy to boot.
