The hopeful stuff: I have plans to be a writer: I've started novel number three. I'm an artist, and a fairly OK one. I doubt I can make a living with it, but I like doing it all the same. I'm aiming for grad school: I want to teach at the college level - do interesting field work - and write books. T. MacArthur, PhD sounds so good to me! That's about all that's fit to print -

Sure, I could have said that in German, but isn't that the point? I want to bump up my German. Three years of it in High School, and all I can remember is Der, Die, Das, Die and when to use them. Time to brush up the vocabulary - which is nill right now.

At work, they have allowed me two Rosetta stone courses(the full classwork, not just part one) - a gold star for my employer. One of my language choices is Hindi - if you don't think you'll need Hindi, look around ... oh yes you will!... read more

My godmother Christina Duey, who hated the name Tina (as do I, for myself) and always used the nickname her Swedish mother (with a lisp) had for her ... Thena. 2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED?
