I'm just back from my first Burning Man and still digesting the experience. A good friend in Vancouver, BC had warned me that I might never be the same if I went and I'm afraid that he's right. I'm just not sure yet what all the changes will be.

If today's a good example . . . it's the first time I've ever spent the day at home in a sarong . . . damn it's comfortable

Re: 2007 Virgins: who's going back? (in Burning Man Virgins 2007) I'm going back - it's year two for most of our camp, although we've have one new Virgin and a couple of 7 & 8 years vets also. Our camp theme is "Bacon Camp" and our tag line is "Men are Pigs -- Eat more bacon!"

Cargo Trailer Rentals
My camp needs to rent a small enclosed cargo trailer, like a 4 x 6 or 5 x 8 sized trailer to carry our group supplies and gear to Burning Man.. I know we can rent from U-Haul but I'd prefer not to both due to their high prices and I'd rather not have their logo to cover up.

Does anyone know of other places that rent them in Seattle by the day or week or any individual that owns one and might like to rent it for 10 days around Burning Man?

Journey to BRC - Stage Two Begins
My heart skipped a beat today when I saw the postman pull away from our community mailbox and stop in front of my house. He walked to the door with a small envelope and I knew in a moment that it must be my Burning Man tickets! I ran down the stairs from my home office to the front door beating him their by a few moments, opening the door and stepping out to wait for him.

Tier One Burning Man Tickets for 2008
Well it went alot more smoothly this year than last - I guess it was birthday karma since today is my birthday. I have two Tier 1 ($210) tickets purchased for Burning Man 2008. Starting the count down to the Playa! Anyone for a slice of Bacon?
