My life after forty years of cashiering
Well, in October I was let go from my position as a cashier at True Value, and the first thing I thought of was, "Wouldn't it be nice if I could work not standing on my legs all day long?" I was starting to lean on the counter a little too much and it did not look good for a zippy, zappy, perky, 58 year old sales to be doing. So far I have put together some things that are starting to work. I want to share those successful endeavors with you people, and communicate with you to find out what your discoveries can show me.
I live on an island in the Puget Sound. I am currently looking for a second roommate. Here is a picture of my house.
