I started hooping a little over a year ago. I have danced and practiced yoga for years as well as meditative movement. Hooping has brought me to a higher experience. Who would have ever thought that a plastic circle could bring so much joy and passion to so many people. I would like to thank all of the people who helped pioneer this wonerful movement. I am blessed to share my experience and pay forward what I have learned to all of my friends. I love to dance,I love to dance in my hoop ,I love........................................

No, I connected the hoops with zip ties to a wooden rod to stands my hunny made me. So I had some practice hoops and then when they chose which one they wanted , I cut it down. if they changed their mind , I connected them back up.....

The past few days I have been hoopin up a storm. Yesterday I hooped for over an hour in the dark. I was spectacular. I didn't have my buff or my lighted hoop . I do have the little lights that change colors like mood lighting and it really transformed my hooping. When the light changed colors my mood and speed as well as flow changed. I think you can get them in a store like Spencer gifts or on QVC.com .

Can anyone help me with the chest roll. I have the behind the back . I just can't seem to get the hoop to roll over my chest .
