For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, and the other for helping others.

No matter what the situation is, there is always a choice in life. It's just a matter of being able to handle the ramifications of ones choices. People often take the easiest route, least confrontational. But there are times when life needs a little confrontation to make headway. And when it comes down to it, with out the struggles our lives have faced, we wouldn't be as strong as we are now.

Many people conduct their lives without really making conscious decisions concerning their actions. People walk around like they are asleep at the wheel. Don't fall into this trap. Dust off your thinking cap and take action. Don't let others make decisions for you. Take control of your own destiny. For you maintain the balance of things.
