Sweet, funny, a bit adventurous at times. I enjoy nature, animals, hiking, sweet funny people, dancing. I also enjoy helping people get out of bed and walk again when they haven't been able to in a while. I especially enjoy helping people recover from chronic neck, back, joint and muscle pain. It is really fulfilling when someone who has had years of pain, failed out of other treatments can see me for 8-12 sessions and leave pain free:) I love that.

I also really enjoy warm bubbly water and the feeling of sand beneath my feet. Essential oils. Rose is a favorite. Usually I smell like roses.

I love toning. Body toning is really fun and a good way to break up energy cysts. It's pretty loud and powerful. I just received a great deal on an old tibetan singing bowl that is beautiful and works well in conjunction with the body toning, as do the tuning forks.

What brings me joy...when my heart opens up, i become hollow bones, and channel whatever it is that comes through my heart, down my arms and out my hands to facilitate energy releases, body releases, opening and restoration of balance/energy alignment in fellow souls seeking assistance.
