I just discovered that the city of Los Angeles is picking up the tab for the Michael Jackson memorial set for tomorrow. Not only are they going to muck up the traffic for everyone but now it seems that we have to pay for it. I don't post to tribe often but I wanted to update my tribe friends on my little sweet pea and leave a link for Piper's photo gallery. I haven't been very good about updating but since we just had a doctor's visit I thought this would be a good time to update. Piper was 10 weeks old last Friday. I'm finally able to move around without too much pain and I sucked it up and stopped taking the pain medication on Friday. Today I'm feeling much better and starting to do some normal things again. It feels good to feel like I'm back in the land of the living. Time kind of stops for the first days after you bring a baby home. Piper is doing really well and is an eating machine. We want to thank everyone for all of their good wishes and congratulations on the birth of our beautiful and amazing daughter. How lucky are we to have 2 beautiful girls!!!!? As soon as Piper gets settled into somewhat of a schedule, pain gets managed better, and healing starts to happen we will update on how the birth went etc.. It may be alot of TMI...be warned.

I passed my glucose tolerance test! Yippee! I was really doubting that I would pass this. It sounds like I barely passed it but who cares?! As long as I don't have to deal with that restrictive diet...I am happy! I have to take iron supplements but I'm not anemic...I tried to ask the nurse about that but she...didn't know. That always makes me feel so confident...I'll have to ask my doctor about that when I see her in a couple of weeks. Piper is moving around like crazy these days. Sh...
