The last mile!
Today I swam my last mile for swim conditioning class. The class was a real chalege seeing as I could not really swim at the beging of the term. SOme where along the way a became a proficient swimmer but, not a good swimmer yet. I am as buff as I have ever been from swimming laps every week and I plan to keep it up. I am in better shape than before and if I could quit smoking these damn cigs I would be superman. I just wanted to post this to remind me where I was in the future. THe sadest par... read more
