Rich is a kick ass human being, and a little outside the box.
Ok so he is a little outside of most peoples "boxes". In fact he likes standing outside of his box and waving his hands so you can't help but look and see how far outside the box he is. Its fun to watch the expression on peoples faces as he does this. He is a classic example of why people should never be judged by what they wear or do, but on how they treat people. Rich is the kind of man who has your back. Who will go out of his way without a thought or hesitation. Not only all of that but he is very talented at whatever he sets his mind to and driven, and he always has an off-color remark to lighten your mood. I am proud to call him brother.

The thing I like about Rich is his sincerity. It is not that he wears his heart on his sleeve ... actually the opposite - rather along the lines of a direct nature that I appreciate. He is the type of person that is 'out there' but in a very good way. While you can be his associate or his groupie without much trouble ... to be his friend takes time and has to be earned. This guy will be with you for both good times and bad. For me, if I were in a fight, he is one of the few people I would look to for back-up because he supports the people he cares about. Make the time to get to know him ... your life will be better for it.
