Just thought to share some fantastic news. For the second year running I've entered a county fair. Last year, I entered the Alameda County fair, placed second and won "Judges Favorite" with my chocolate coconut macaroons. This year, I entered the same choc. coconut macaroons at the San Mateo County fair. another San Francisco native was born at 12:53PM weighing in at 6lbs, 14oz and measuring in at a whopping 19 1/2 inches long. Yes, folks, that native is me. Had this converstion with a childhood friend yesterday afternoon about the misperception society has of overweight people and being simutaneously healthy and active.
