And it was hot!!.........did I mention hot!?!?!?!

We just finished a weekend performing at Silver Leaf Ren Faire. It was hot, it was humid, it was in fact stultifying and much sweating was involved. It was actually hard to breath at some points during the day!!!

And yet, still, I have seldom in my life enjoyed myself more!!! I want to thank everyone involved in making our show come to life this weekend.

Particularly Roxanne who came up with the concept and had big enough balls to "tweak" the story enough for us to use on stage as well as for getting this herd of cats to learn all the choreographies that she came up with!!!

I would also like to thank Ernesto who wrote us brilliant compositions to dance to in an unbelievably short amount of time. Ernesto, I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful it is dancing to music of the caliber that you play!!!

To our drummers, how awesome you 2 are! I never fail to appreciate how fortunate I am to be able to dance with either of you drumming for us.

To all the other dancers, what a hoot dancing with all of you, each of you brings something special to the table and you all enrich my life and dance experience!

To our stage manager and her assistant, I can't believe you kept us all on track and organized particularly in the horrible heat and confusion and cramped space! You are both very appreciated!

The best part of it all....."there was no drama"!!! Everyone stayed helpful and cheerful. Unbelievable in the heat we were dealing with.

All I have to say is....."I want to do it again and again and again!!!!"
