My spiritual name Karuna was given to me by the infinitely-joyful Swami Dayananda, my teacher at the ashram. Karuna is a name of one of the incarnations of the Hindu Goddess Lakshmi. Karuna means Compassion, a quality I have been invited to contemplate for the rest of my life.
I have a deep love and devotion for the ancient practice of Yoga.
