I recently relocated to Detroit, Michigan. My husband was accepted to Michigan State COM which has a new satilite campus at the Detroit Medical Center. A native of southern California I am adapting to the North East and loving the cold weather. I have also found my dancing family here with a newly formed tribal group. Babble from my brain
So, in preparing for our move we’re going through tons and tons of boxes at lightening speed. Attempting to un-pack and re-pack and ditch things we’re ready to part with (take my binder of philosophy 101 notes for example). In doing so I’m finding some pretty groovy bits and pieces that are being re-packed in a box I’m labeling as “BellyDanceBits”…..teehee….

I just danced with some of my Tara's Grace Girls today and as usual I am reminded how much I love to dance with others...especially when big fat 25 yrd skirts and zills are involved!

I'm acutally looking at a GS in 2010 but the idea of a Tribal Pura is mighty tempting.... =D
