me? i'm a daydreamer....a student of life.....a teacher, philosopher, scientist, artist, lover. i'm compassionate for the self-righteous, but keep my distance when possible. i believe in patience and intuition. guess i'm a little bit leather, a little bit lace---even a little latex when i'm my most playful self. i balance my slavery of the senses with plenty of yoga and alone time...a new age esoteric, of sorts, with a propensity for moving in the direction of least resistance. Spring renewel: Honoring the Flow of Prana
With spring in the air, and summer peaking at us from around the corner, i thought a schedule "revamping" might be in order. As saturday afternoons get nicer and nicer, the yoga studio gets emptier and emptier. I get it. Noon on a saturday is just not the time for yoga. It's time for playing outside; a time for BBQs, festivals, markets, beaches and travel. However, this doesn't mean we can't MAKE the time for our practice.
