When i come to a hill, be it stairs or mountain, i feel and indulge in the urge to run as hard as i can, up. When i come to a down slope, i release let my body carry me effortlessly down down down in a loose furry of movement. When i run for exercize, i want nothing to do with these hills that i have spoken of. I'm still trying to figure out this thing called "work".
