Did you know...
The kittens will eat anything
Tue, January 29, 2008 - 10:08 AMThey enjoy parsnips. And 3 day old cold french fries. They once broke into a cabinet and ripped open a bag of Barilla dried tortellini. And ate every last crumb.
Their favorite fare is fresh bread. They will jump on top of the refrigerator, rip open any bag that it is in, and chow down.
The latest culinary adventure though (and I'm not shittin ya here)...
a sponge -- a dirtyass, just scrubbed the oven with all sorts of solvents, sponge
The wonders will never cease.

Mojo in particular likes to chew on plastic bags... This is gross, but sometiems he eats them, and they come out in his poop. Plastic isn't really digestible.. and once it got stuck coming out and I had to put on a latex glove and pull it out... I told you it was nasty...

I had a cat who would kill you for a carrot stick, another who loved pistachios, and my old Tips would come running from anywhere on the back 5 acres if he heard that crinkle of cellophane from a potato chip bag! He'd crawl right in the bag and lick the crumbs out of the corners--and he also chewed through plastic bags to get to the bread inside. Hee hee! Well, I guess our cats have to be as loony as we are, that's why we love them!

And I thought my cat was weird for knowing the sound of me opening a package of Tofurkey slices, sitting at my feet begging for some until I yelled, and annihilating any scraps I throw to him. And It's not even the fat one...

my old cat liked broccoli, bagels, ranch dressing, and cheeeese.
i think cats just pretend to be picky eaters. Sir Bentley just eats grass. He practically grazes when i let him go outside. |
