Life with Hannah

Hannah usually wakes up at about 5 or 6 am and lays in bed babbling to herself. What she usually says is libba libba libba...or bella bella bella...it's funny. We kid that she must have been french in her previous life. I sleep with ear plugs because the equipment we use at night is loud. I can still hear enough. I get up at about 6 or 7 am and I scrump up Hannah...I give her love. Then I get her medicine, which she takes for seizures. Unfortunately, this medicine makes her dopey. So, she'll be full of vim and vinegar one minute, and the next she's staring off into space. I hate that, but we have no choice. I then get my coffee and Hannah loves to have a sip or two. I unhook her ventilator and turn off her other equipment and unhook her from it. The wires drive me crazy. They're all mixed up and in a huge pile. I then have to change her diaper and clean and redress her things that need to be cleaned and redressed. Then I get her feed going. She get's 80 cc's of pediasure an hour all day. She's hooked up to a feeding tube and it drips into her belly a drop at a time so that she doesn't get too full and aspirate.



We try to get out of the house every day by going to the pool or for a walk or ride. Otherwise, she is playing with toys at home. We do physical therapy and massage her. We hold her and hug and give her lot's of attention. We move her constantly through the day so she doesn't get skin breakdown. Hannah can't move too much because she is so weak. She can't move her torso and she can't move her legs a lot. Her arms are weak and she hits herself in the face alot because she is trying to get her hand to her mouth, but it gives out and she hits herself. She loves to eat her hand and suck her thumb. She is such a baby. At 8 pm I get her medicine again and put all the stuff back on her that I took off that morning and turn it all back on again.



Hannah weighs 53 pounds. She is heavey and it's getting really hard for us to lift her. But she needs to be lifted into the tub and back out. She needs to be lifted from her bed to her wheelchair. She needs to be lifted from her wheelchair into the back of a car, and then back out into the wheelchair. It's a lot of lifting and Hannah can't help at all. We are forced to live on the bottom floor which may not seem like a big deal, but it was for us. Everything we do, everywhere we go, has to planned and executed carefully so we don't forget something important, like the medicine that stops seizures.



The physical difficulties are something that we can adress and deal with hopefully. The emotional difficulties are another issue. The isolation alone is enough to drive anyone insane. Isolation is probably the biggest problem facing the main caregiver of a chronically ill person. I hope that will change, but I have no clue how that will happen.



I get so much more from Hannah than I give to her. I can't tell you how woefully inadequate I feel to be her caretaker. I never feel I do enough for her. She is so peaceful and sweet. If I am having a hard day, which is quite often, I just have to sit with her and I feel so soothed and relaxed. We understand each other without words, but it's still hard for me when I don't know why she's in pain. She can't tell me. She can't really tell me anything except that she loves me. She tells me this with her eyes. With her soul. Her body and brain may be deficient, but her soul and spirit are whole and she is still present here with us. I wish everyone could meet Hannah and experience her healing sweetness. In my opinion, people like Hannah, the weakest of us, are the greatest of us and should be held in honor for the sacrifice they've made to help us to grow spiritually. These are the lights of the world.

TIME TO CHOOSE: spiritual outlook or a 3d picture

The first choice releases any thoughts and emotions that could prevent us raising our vibrational frequency to the level of Light needed for ascension.



The second choice means you will need to ignore all the signs that show you have reactions to release. You would then be choosing to continue to live and learn in a third dimensional existence.



Throughout our series of incarnations on Earth, we have experienced many personal traumas. This is inevitable when living and learning in the third dimension.



Along with times of great joy and happiness, we also experience betrayals, loss of loved ones, great sadness, injustices and various forms of death at the end of each lifetime. These incidents leave us with lots of different emotions and thought patterns.



We understand from our spiritual perspective, it is necessary for us to review these events so we see the truth of what really happened at the time. These things are never as they seemed at the time. We have to examine all the facets because the truth will allow us to release the trauma, along with its thoughts and emotions.



What usually happens is we examine these events at the end of the incarnation they occurred in. However, most of us have a tendency to put off looking at some of the more painful events experienced during an incarnation. We think it might be easier to examine them at a future lifetime when they may not be so painful. So we put it off and put it off. Lifetimes go by and these things remain with us waiting to be addressed.



Then one day, we realise we have arrived at our last physical incarnation and many of these incidents, with their pain, fears, thoughts and various emotions, are still with us. They sit buried and unknown, tucked away in the subtle bodies that surround us, our emotional and mental bodies. All these traumas contain dense, heavy energy.



All old souls on Earth are now completing their final physical incarnation. In order to proceed to the higher realms of existence for a more harmonious form of learning, any dense energies in our subtle bodies have to be brought to the surface, raised in frequency and released.



Until and unless this is done, you would have to remain on a third dimensional learning planet, perhaps for a very long time. You would be unable to return home when your task on Earth is completed. Many planetary cycles are 26,000 years. This is not a desired option for any old soul I know.



The difficulty is that on a conscious level, we have no idea we have any buried trauma that needs releasing. Fortunately, on a spiritual level we do know.





How do we discover these buried emotions?

We start to attract situations into our life to show us we have specific emotions and thoughts that need releasing. We begin by attracting gentle, non-traumatic events to help us notice where we have a reaction that can throw us slightly off balance. Perhaps we notice a stranger doing something to someone else that slightly offends or upsets us.



There is always a choice regarding the way we view any event that occurs in our life. We can notice our own reaction and let it go and be grateful to this stranger for showing us this negative trait within ourselves. Or we can choose to ignore our reaction and instead condemn and judge the other person for their behaviour.



Life situations will show us again and again all the specific emotion we need to release. In order for us to proceed home, we are shown all reactions that need transmuting into a higher level of light energy. If we don't understand the real reason for attracting and thus fail to handle them, we will go on attracting more people doing things to bring up this same response in us. The events and situations may be quite different, but are all intended to trigger the same response in us. The universe continues to do its best to get us to notice the buried pain. It begins to increase the frequency and intensity of these events.



If we continue to blame others and fail to acknowledge and accept these areas of negativity and traumatic reactions within ourselves, life can start to get quite traumatic. Events will begin to be inflicted upon us by those closest to us, rather than by strangers. Loved ones are more effective in dragging our buried stuff up to the surface. As we care more about the people closest to us, they can usually reach us where others may have failed. Relationships with our family cannot usually be so easily escaped and we are forced to address things.



Let the next statement reach deep within your heart and soul. The people doing these things to us are the people who love you so unconditionally, they are willing to create whatever circumstances necessary to help you see what you need to see before you can go home. These are the people who love you so much they are willing to risk being treated like the enemy, judged, criticised, yelled at, hated, trampled upon, scorned and abandoned. Of course, it doesn't seem as though they love you at the time. It can appear they hate you as they often behave horribly. This is often quite uncharacteristic, unless they have been trying to show you this particular reaction for a long time.



Every area of your life where you cannot maintain a harmonious balance of unconditional love, where you have negative thoughts and behaviour, where you can be thrown off your purpose and focus, where you blame others and fail to accept responsibility for your own life and its creations - will be presented to you.



As we often have quite a few different reactions to release, we usually attract several different scenarios with different people, at any one time. It would take a long time if we only attracted one event showing us one reaction.



Aside from our own life situations, we can also view our reactions to various world events. We will hear about the events that produce a reaction in us.



For your sake and that of everyone around you – if you find you have a need to be right or have any feelings of self righteousness or thinking you are better than anyone else - it is time to let them go.



None of us are above spiritual law. It doesn't help to pretend we are victims and aren't really creating our world. We need to stop blaming others. It is time to let go of unwanted emotions, exhaustion, struggle, pain, weariness and effort. Perhaps it's time to see the beauty of the truth we are being offered. The universe is showing us these things so we can let go of them. We are being helped to go home. Time to move into harmony, joy, love and happiness.





You get a choice.



The hard way to live is to continue to ignore your reactions. This rejects the spiritual understanding that we create all the circumstances in our life for our highest good. You can go on blaming everyone else for the grief they are causing you and play at being a victim of life. You can go ..ing on the apparent external circumstance, trying to decide how you should go about handling that situation/person, etc. You can create bigger and bigger upsets in your life until things get so drastic they can no longer be ignored. Incidentally, at this point it also starts to impact as physical problems and illness upon the body.



Or you can handle it the easy way. This would be simply noting your reaction and releasing it - whereupon you STOP attracting the type of incident designed to trigger this reaction in you. When your reaction is no longer there, you don't need to attract more incidents to show it. When the reaction is gone, the universe will change the events in your life to accommodate your new state of being.



Having cleared a reaction or thought pattern, you will then attract a new set of circumstances to show you another emotion you have buried. You will go on doing this with every buried thought and emotion you have, until you are completely in balance and can maintain a place of inner calm and peace without getting upset.



It is not wise to deny or suppress your emotions. Nor do you need to make any judgements about them or yourself. There is nothing wrong with emotions. They are OK and you are OK. It is just that at this particular time, it is better for you to release emotions that throw you off balance. In other words, release the emotions that throw you into a space of conditional love rather than unconditional love. Conditional love is the type of love where we say we will only love someone if they behave in a way we feel is acceptable. Unconditional love is when we just love someone, no matter their behaviour, colour, religion, beliefs, etc.



This is truth. No matter the level of horrific trauma you are sitting in right now, start afresh with this new view. Do nothing else initially than go within and handle your own stuff. This is the correct handling. Concentrate on letting go of your own reactions. That is why the situation has occurred. It may not always be something happening to you personally. Many different scenarios are created to help us see our reactions. You may read something in a book or magazine or have a reaction to a movie, or perhaps you hear news of something happening to someone else or in another country. There is no difference. The reason you saw that movie or heard about that thing is because you attracted it.



Do not put your attention on the details and the significance of the situation itself. Do not worry about what reactions the other people involved need to let go of. We can often avoid looking at ourselves by putting our attention on what we think other people need to handle within themselves. We somehow try to make ourselves right by pointing out what they need to handle. Yes, they may need to let go of reactions also, but this is not your problem at this stage. The idea is to just take responsibility for yourself and the fact you created this to help you become wiser, more loving and more balanced.



When your reaction is gone, you will regain your inner peace concerning this area. Then the situation that caused it can and will change. Although there may be completely different types of events occurring that seem unrelated, if you examine your reaction to them, you will find an identical reaction. You are just being given different ways to see it. The significance of the event is not important. Whether you have attracted poverty, a partnership break up, are involved in family arguments, the house burning down or a court case, you still just handle your reactions.





The way to release unwanted thoughts, reactions and emotions.



Find a quiet time where you will not be disturbed. No children around, no phones ringing. A time for you.



Choose a particular reaction you have noticed you have. It needs to be brought to the surface again. If you need to help it along, you can imagine the scenario again, or a particular set of circumstances, that you know will provoke this particular emotion in you.



Let the thought, reaction or emotion come up so you are experiencing it fully. Then begin to flood your whole aura with Light. Have the intention that you wish to bring the exact frequency of Light that is right and comfortable for you. If you wish, you can visualise a lovely golden flowing light. Let it pour down through you and your aura. We can all know how far out our aura extends. This includes our emotional and mental bodies. You don't need to think about how far out it is. You just know. Remember that it would include a space in front, back, underneath and above you. You can ask the angels to assist you to release the specific emotion or thought pattern.



Then, imagine the same scenario again to see if your reaction is gone. If it has not, let it come up to the surface again until you are feeling it. It may feel less severe as some of it may be released. Your goal is to have no further unpleasant reaction and you are able to stay calm, balanced and centred.



You can then imagine the scenario again to check if there are any different emotions or reactions coming up. There are quite often several or more things to handle from the one type of incident. Only stop doing this action when you are able to imagine that person or situation and it produces no unfavourable response in you. You are able to stay quite calm, comfortable and peaceful.



Use the same procedure any time you wish to spend time on going within to handle your unwanted responses. Just bring to mind whatever type of situation will trigger the reaction or response in you.



When you have handled all reactions to any particular event, give the universe time to rearrange the events of your life.



Now you are in a centred and balanced place with love in your heart. Spirit is now in control. Now if any action is needed, it will be coming from a place of love and not from the reactions of your mind, emotions or ego. Now you can sense more clearly if it feels right for you to do something concerning the circumstances you attracted. It is very important to ensure at this point, that you have truly let go of any decisions or judgements you made while you were still caught up in the emotions of the situation. Don't carry them through, as this would affect your next move.



If you take some time each day to put in the discipline necessary to release your own reactions, you will begin to attract less and less disturbance into your life. Slowly, as all these buried trauma reactions are released; your life will become more and more balanced and joyful. Struggle, effort and hardship will be replaced by the most amazing sense of well being, fulfilment and joy. Love will return to your life.



Let us be incredibly grateful to each other for this precious gift we are sharing with everyone right across the planet. Remember that you cannot go home unless this buried stuff is released. All dense energy in your emotional and mental bodies must be released. You must be vibrating at a high frequency of light.



One day you and your loved ones will understand just what a great sacrifice has been made with our love and willingness to help each other to see what we need to release.




Everybody is helping everybody else – right across the Earth.




Somehow the idea of "God's Will" triggers a feeling of unease and trepidation, and even guilt within our being. Deep within we have a misunderstanding or block that separates us from the Will of God. It seems to feel that God's Will is something separate from our own free will; that God's Will for us will mean we must sacrifice, lose, give up or deny something we desire. At this level, like defiant children who have rebelled we hold ourselves separate and apart from God's Will, preferring instead to "do things our way.

"

Where did all this misunderstanding, this misalignment, come from? Some of it comes from the illusive ego and some comes from the distortions of miscommunication we hold at the subconscious level. Ancient misunderstandings about God are also a factor here. Those old beliefs that God is a punishing, vindictive, angry, vengeful being who sends suffering, illness and even death to us as payment for our "sins.

"

Even the idea that we can sin is a distortion that separates us from the Love and Flow of God's Grace. We really believe that all the un-reality we have created is real and that we have displeased God. We really don't recognize that "sin" is nothing but "mistakes" or "learning experiences" and that if we just stop holding onto the guilt and shame, the whole "illusion of distortion" that we think we have created would disappear.



Belief in the illusion comes from the ego perception which thinks it is a separate being, walled off and separate from God. Of course, that this belief is a misunderstanding is obvious because the ego itself exists and functions and is sustained by God's Light. Everything is sustained by God's loving light. In fact, we have never really separated ourselves from the Source, we have only succeeded in narrowing our vision to a small and limited part of ourselves; which is called the ego! The ego has a strong investment in holding onto its narrow vision, for without it the ego would fade and we would expand and recognize our Divinity and Unity with God. This doesn't mean that we would lose our identity.

It means that we would expand our identity!

So, in truth the Will of God is our Will. God's Will for us is to experience love, joy, harmony, health, abundance, creativity, adventure, brotherhood, happiness, peace, fulfillment, expansion, bliss … everything that our heart's desire. When we are happy and our lives are healthy, prosperous and joyous, we are in alignment with God's Will and God is happy along with us! Our happiness makes God happy. Ponder this for a moment, it is a powerful and wonderful truth.

God loves it when we are happy! Our misery, pain and struggle does not feel any better to God than it does to us!

Fear and separation from the Will of God are the key causes of our suffering, loss, illness, unhappiness, poverty and pain. By defiantly holding our energies separate from God's Will, we bring about exactly what we are trying to avoid. We have it all backward! And, of course, the distorted dark force frequencies add a lot of energy to this confusion to hold it in place. That's just what they do, for once we recognize and release this, our vibration becomes so powerful, they cannot come near us.



God Energy is expansive; fear contracts. God's love empowers and unites and uplifts. Separation diminishes and constricts and limits. Wherever our will is out of alignment with the Divine Will, we suffer.

It is time to embrace God's Will and let go of the old fears and misunderstandings! Take responsibility!

Responsibility; here's another concept that doesn't sit well within us. Again it feels like we must deny our desires and ourselves if we are to be "responsible." But, just as with God's Will and our will being One, true responsibility is equally elevating and freeing. True responsibility means being true to your Divine Nature. It means claiming your Divine Inheritance. It means allowing abundance, health, joy, prosperity and fulfillment to flow to you and through you, enhancing everything in your life and surroundings.



So, let's all be responsible today and align our will with the Will of God and thus establish our true connection with all that is good, true, holy and uplifting.


What do you really want from life? Most people would say they want happiness. Yet when asked how they could attain happiness, they often describe a set of outer conditions that they assume will make them happy. "If I had this, this and this, I would be happy." The problem with this line of reasoning – or lack of reasoning – is that it makes your happiness dependent upon outer conditions, conditions that can be difficult to control.



The consequence of the belief that happiness is a product of outer conditions is that if you don't have this or that, you cannot be happy. This is a lie. It is a lie that has been programmed into your mind by those who want to sell you something or control you. "If only you buy our products, you will be happy." "If only you follow my religion or political system, you will be happy." "Follow me and I will take you to paradise" [on Earth or elsewhere].



Some of these people may have good intentions, but their attempts to make you happy are based on a fundamental misunderstanding of the cause of happiness. What is happiness? It is a sensation that takes place inside of you; it is a state of mind.

Where is the logic in assuming that an inner condition – a state that occurs inside your mind – is the automatic and exclusive product of conditions that occur outside your mind?

The sun is perfectly capable of producing light from its own internal processes. It needs nothing from outside itself in order to produce light. Your mind has the potential to become a sun that radiates happiness, peace and love, as the sun radiates light.



You have been programmed to think that there is logic behind the assumption that happiness must come from without. The programming is so subtle and persuasive that most people never bother to take a closer look at the logic. As a consequence, they live their entire lives pursuing an impossible dream. Their lives are swallowed up by an endless quest to bring about the outer conditions that supposedly will produce the inner state of happiness.



Some manage to bring about a set of conditions that supposedly should bring happiness. Yet when they realize they still don't feel happy, they reason that they need something else, or they need more of what they already have—more money, more possessions, more sex or whatever.

Yet is it logical to assume that if something does not make you happy, having more of that something will make you happy?

When you fall prey to this assumption, you become like the donkey pulling a cart because it is trying to reach the carrot dangling in front of its nose. Yet the carrot is hanging from a rod attached to the cart, so as the donkey moves forward, it only pushes the carrot in front of itself.


You can spend the rest of your life chasing the impossible dream of attaining happiness through outer circumstances, or you can decide to take a different approach. You can decide to look for a higher understanding of happiness and how to bring it about.



You can begin by observing those who do find happiness. These are the people who come to the point where they refuse to play the game of seeking happiness outside themselves. They realize that because happiness is an inner condition, it can be brought about only from within yourself.

This, of course brings us back to choice, and it leads to a startling conclusion: HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE!

Ever since childhood, you have been programmed to reject this idea. You have been programmed to believe that you cannot make yourself happy, that you need something or someone from outside yourself in order to be happy. Yet is it true? And do you have the courage to seriously consider this question? If so, you need to start by understanding your relationship to the universe in which you live.


Happiness is an inner condition; it is an experience that takes place inside your mind. If you are making unconscious choices, you are refusing to take command, to take dominion over your mind. You are leaving the door unlocked, and anyone with aggressive intent can walk right in and take over your state of mind, your life experience. The alternative is to realize that you can choose to accept your responsibility as the gatekeeper to your mind.



By making conscious choices, you can set up a screening process for what is allowed to enter. And you can also learn how to take command over what is going on inside your mind. You will then discover that there is no direct connection between your outer circumstances and your inner circumstances. Unpleasant outer conditions do not have to automatically make you unhappy. On the contrary, it is possible to be happy regardless of outer conditions. In fact, you will never be truly happy until your happiness is independent of any and all outer conditions.



To reach this state, you need to realize that there is meant to be a protective shield between your outer circumstances and your mind. The gatekeeper is you—when you accept your responsibility to make conscious choices. To fully accept this responsibility, it is essential, to realize that what makes you happy or unhappy is not the outer conditions you face but how you face those conditions.



Happiness is an inner experience, and it is the conditions inside your mind that determine how you experience life.

In every situation you encounter, there are two elements that affect your experience of the situation:

The actual, physical circumstances you encounter.



The inner circumstances, namely what takes place in your mind, in your psyche.



There is life, meaning what goes on outside your mind. There is your life experience, meaning what goes on inside your mind. What makes a situation pleasant or unpleasant is your experience. Suffering is a condition that occurs inside your mind. Happiness is a condition inside your mind. Most people have been brought up to believe that if something "bad" happens to you, your only option is to feel bad about it. This is a lie, and all true spiritual teachers teach that you can learn to control your reactions to life.



The key to taking control over your life is to start by taking control over your life experience. Only when you start smiling at the universe, will the universe start smiling at you. To do this, you must come to understand the equation of life.

Most people have been brought up to think the equation of life looks like this:

Outer circumstances + Other people = Your life experience

In reality, the equation of life looks like this:

Outer circumstances + Other people + Your inner circumstances = Your life experience

When you understand this, you can see how to begin changing your life. What makes your life a happy journey or a struggle is your life experience, which is to the right of the equal sign. In order to change the result of a mathematical equation, you only have to change one of the factors in the equation.

For example,

2 + 4 + 2 = 8

can be changed by changing just one number to the left of the equal sign,

2 + 4 + 10 = 16

The message is simple. You cannot always – at least in the short term – change your outer circumstances or other people. Yet you always have the option of changing your inner circumstances.

And when you do, two things will happen:

Your life-experience will change. When you understand more about life and about yourself, you will begin to see everything in a different light. Your present understanding and beliefs form a box – a mental box – around your mind. When you look at life from inside that box, life will seem very limited, it will seem like a struggle. When you step outside your mental box, you will gain a deeper perspective and your experience of life will become more positive. If you don't believe this, be willing to look at the lives of the many people who have faced incredible adversities yet have met them with a positive approach that helped them handle the situation with greater peace of mind.



Your outer situation will change. It is a law of nature that the universe will reflect back to you what you send out. So when you change what you send out, the cosmic mirror will inevitably reflect back a different reality—in due time. The universe has a built-in delay factor. It protects you from instantly destroying yourself but it also delays a positive response, as will be explained later. Thus, persistence is required. In your patience possess ye your soul.



Your mind has been programmed to reject this truth, yet it is a truth that has been stated – in different ways – by all true spiritual teachers. Thus, we might call it the Secret of Life.





There is one secret behind all religious, spiritual and self-help teachings found on this planet. They all say essentially the same thing in different ways.



For example, consider a person who feels sorry for himself and feels the whole world is against him. The message he is sending out is that life is a struggle. The cosmic mirror is designed to give people exactly what they ask for. Yet the cosmic mirror cannot read minds, so it must judge based on people's attitude and actions—what you are sending out. It is like a mirror that cannot tell that you want it to smile at you. The cosmic mirror does not understand that you prefer certain outer circumstances and dislike others. The mirror has no value judgments and does not understand human likes and dislikes. It can only respond to what you project into the mirror—exactly like a physical mirror.



If you believe life is a struggle, you will send out the mental image that life is a struggle. The cosmic mirror will say, "Oh, that person wants to experience a struggle," and it will reflect back to you circumstances that make your life a struggle.



When people experience such circumstances, they often respond negatively and they send that negativity into the mirror. The mirror reasons, "Oh they want to experience even more of a struggle," and it fulfills their wishes. Thus, people's negative beliefs about life become self-fulfilling prophecies and their lives turn into downward spirals.



The Buddha taught this and said that life is suffering until you develop right desires through non-attachment. Jesus taught this, and that is why he said, "But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil" (Matthew 5:39) The reason is that when you resist evil, you send out a negative message – the message that you want to fight an adversary – and the cosmic mirror can only reflect back situations in which you are seemingly opposed by an adversary. What was Jesus' solution—his master key for breaking this negative, self-fulfilling spiral? It was very simple, yet extremely profound, "But whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also" (Matthew 5:39).



The beauty of this instruction is that if you can respond positively to any situation, the cosmic mirror will reason that you want to have a positive experience. And in due time, it WILL inevitably reflect back positive circumstances. If you refuse to fight the adversary, the mirror will say, "Oh, that person no longer wants to fight an adversary; I will send conditions in which there is no adversary." Jesus knew that this simply cannot fail—as long as you have faith in the process and are willing to truly and fundamentally change yourself, change your attitude and approach to life.



The message of all true spiritual teachings is that you can indeed change yourself. There are several valid teachings that can give you the understanding and the practical tools you need in order to produce this change. What you need to supply is the will, the will to stop doing the same thing, the will to separate yourself from the common insanity and begin by changing yourself.



If you have that will, put it into action. If you don't – yet – have that will, be honest with yourself. Stop acting like a victim, thinking there is nothing you can do to change your life. At least be willing to admit that if you are not taking back your power to make conscious choices, you are doing so as the result of a conscious choice—not because you have no other options. Stop using the age-old, worn-out excuse, "I had no choice.

"

The most fundamental fact of life is that you always have choices, you always have more than one option. You may not be able to change the outer circumstances, but you can ALWAYS change the way you respond to those circumstances. And by doing so, you will instantly change your life experience. The simple fact is that by reading this, you have lost the right to go through life seeing yourself as a victim. You can no longer claim that "I had no other choice.

You now know that you have the option of making conscious choices. You have a right to ignore that option, but you can no longer blame other people, life, fate, bad luck or God for your own – now conscious – choice. So since you can no longer live in the illusion that you have no alternative, why not give up the need to feel like a victim? Why not accept that life is an incredible opportunity, an opportunity to make your own life better and to make the conditions on this planet better. All it takes is the conscious choice that you are willing to make conscious choices.



It may seem scary to make such choices, but this comes from a lack of understanding. When you have the right understanding – the understanding that empowers you to make truly conscious choices – making choices is no longer scary. It is a privilege and a joy. If you are willing to learn how to make better choices, let us start by looking at where you find the understanding that will empower you to make enlightened choices.

My precious little doll baby Hannah, has a really bad curve i n her spine and it's going to eventually kill her if she doesn't have it fixed. So she's having surgery to fuse her spine and put in rods on August 11th. It's a very long and big surgery and I am a wee bit nervous about it....actually, I'm really freaking out. So I could use some prayers too.

ALso...over the last several monthes, we have gone thoguh some really tough times and have lost most of everythign we owned. It's not too big of a deal to me because it's just stuff and we are able to make what little we have comfortable enough. But my boys need school clothes and I am not going to be able to provide it for them. So if anyone knows of hand me downs that might fit boys 12 and 16 years of age. Let me know and maybe I could pay for it to be shipped here.

Give up the ghost of your former sense of self

My beloved hearts, I AM Mary.
I am come to give you my unconditional love. For truly, only when you feel the unconditional love of God can you feel truly nurtured and truly whole. And the Divine Mother has no greater desire than to see all of God’s sons and daughters become whole—in being who they were created to be. And then multiplying their talents, taking dominion over their four lower bodies, taking dominion over the Earth, taking dominion over matter itself—and thus becoming more than you were created to be.


So I would take you on a journey with me back in time. We are now in ancient Israel, as it was 2,000 years ago. We are standing in the kitchen in one of those old houses with a dirt floor. There I was, on a bright summer morning, preparing the noon meal. I could hear Joseph’s tools doing the work in his shop, and suddenly I heard the loud giggle of a young child from outside. I turned and faced the door, and the bright sunlight reflected a rectangle of golden light upon the dirt floor. As I looked through the opening, I saw Jesus, at the age of five, playing in the sand. He had thought up some little game that had caused him to burst out with the beautiful laughter of a child.

At that moment I was overwhelmed with my love for this beautiful being. Tears were streaming down my cheek, and I suddenly saw the true being that was focused in this little child—that looked like any other child on the planet. I saw what God created as the individual being that was now Jesus. And as I saw the beauty of that being, I felt an unconditional love. And this love transformed me, so that my eye was opened and I saw the immaculate concept for Jesus and his mission in that life. And for the remainder of my time in physical embodiment, I could never forget or lose that immaculate concept. And for the remainder of Jesus’ mission, I held it for him.

My beloved, I would now take you with me to the day when I stood at the foot of the cross, watching Jesus hanging there in pain and in inner turmoil because he felt that his God had momentarily forsaken him—and he did not know what to do next. Again, I held the immaculate concept, and Jesus finally cried out and “gave up the ghost” as the Scriptures say. What Jesus gave up was the last remnant of his mortal self, his mortal sense of identity as being a human being rather than a Divine, spiritual being. And thus Jesus set the example for the path that all must follow.

And as I stood there and watched the body of Jesus draw its last long breath, my eyes were opened and I saw the soul of Jesus leave that body and I saw him ascend in his resurrected body—I saw the immaculate concept for his resurrection. And at that moment, I too, gave up something. I gave up my motherly love for Jesus, for throughout my life all of my attention had been focused on the importance of Jesus’ mission—even to the point where my other children often felt I neglected them and that I was somewhat of an absent-minded mother because my mind was always elsewhere.

Truly, it was necessary for me to have that concentration to carry Jesus through to the fulfillment of his mission. And thus, my attention was never far from that immaculate concept. But as I stood there at the foot of the cross, I suddenly realized that Jesus’ mission was fulfilled, and thus I could take my motherly love to an entirely different level, to a universal level. And the same love that I had for Jesus, I could transfer to all people on Earth. And indeed, at that moment, I too gave up the mortal self—although I remained in embodiment.

I gave up that sense of self so narrowly focused on one particular body and one life. And instead, I adopted the more universal sense of motherhood for all life.And thus, I ask you to consider that I am holding the immaculate concept for you and the fulfillment of your mission and the manifestation of your Christhood—in exactly the same way that I did for Jesus. And I ask you to consider that I am now an ascended being, and thus my power to hold the immaculate concept is infinitely greater than it was back then. Which means that if you will allow me, I can be of far greater assistance to you than I was to Jesus. But you have to be willing to accept that you are worthy to have Mary, the Mother of Jesus, hold the immaculate concept for you. And you can accept that only if you can accept that I, Mary the Mother of Jesus, the Queen of Heaven, the Mother of God – with all of my fearful and fearsome titles that have been bestowed upon me by people who wish to idolize me – and even with all of that, you need to be willing to accept that I, Mary, love you the same way I loved Jesus.

My beloved, think back to a few moments ago, when I told you about my love for Jesus. I think you will find that you found it quite easy to accept that I have or had an infinite love for Jesus back then, because it seems so far away from you right now where you are. And I think you will sense that when you consider that I have the same love for you right now as I had for Jesus back then, you will find that there is something in you that cannot quite accept my words. And that something is what you need to unmask and uncover. And then you need to see that it is truly only a ghost of unreality, born of the sense of separation from God that made you feel unwhole. And thus, you need to give up that ghost, for until you do, you will be hanging on your own private cross and not being able to move freely in your being.

Oh my beloved, I truly have no greater desire than to see every human being on Earth come to accept the infinite and unconditional love of the Divine Mother that is focused through my heart for each person on this beautiful planet. And yet, when I come to people, so often their minds reside in a very small box, and their minds prevent their hearts from being open to my Presence.


Why can't people accept God's love?
Oh how many Catholics have a pure devotion to me, but when I come to them to offer them my unconditional love, their minds cannot see beyond the Catholic doctrine that they are sinners and thus they cannot accept my love. My beloved hearts, people who have grown up in the Catholic religion have used the doctrines of that church to create a little box around themselves that prevents me from entering and giving them the fullness of my love.

And I come to ask you to consider that every religion and every church and every spiritual teaching on this planet has the exact same problem. No matter what teaching it is, those who are on the outer path – and who are still trapped in the consciousness of separation, the consciousness that caused the fall – they cannot accept unconditional love from God or from the Mother of God. And this is the essential problem on planet Earth. For truly, only when you accept that God loves you unconditionally can you enter the true spiritual path that leads to inner oneness with your God because you enter the kingdom of God that is within you. As long as you are looking for that kingdom of God outside yourself, you will never find it.

And thus, my true desire for the Aquarian Age is that all people can be awakened, so that at least they can discover the true inner path behind all of the outer religions and teachings. So they may know that there is more to spirituality than sitting in pew every Sunday, singing hymns from a book without paying attention to the words and listening to the sermon of a preacher who has no greater understanding of the path than they do themselves.


The true cause of poverty
Truly, the ultimate cause of material poverty, is spiritual poverty. How can you have true physical abundance without having spiritual abundance? And yet there are those who have managed to steal material abundance by taking from others. And thus, it is possible to accumulate great wealth on planet Earth by taking it from those who are not as aggressive in defending their material possessions. Yet, not matter how much money you have, you will not have the abundant life, for the abundant life cannot be bought for any amount of money.

And thus – truly – it is my greatest desire that all people on Earth should know – and should accept fully – that it is the Father’s good pleasure to give them the kingdom of his abundant life. And that is indeed why I have brought forth the new book on the abundant life. This book is a gift from my heart. It embodies the totality of my Being—to the extent that my Being can be expressed in words at humankind’s current level of consciousness. And thus it truly has the potential to awaken the inner knowing – that all the spiritual people on Earth have – that there is more to life, that the current conditions on Earth are simply not in alignment with the Will of God.

And thus, the intertwining of the hearts of Mary and Morya, through those who are giving our rosaries, will truly cut through the density and raise people up, for they are ready to make the outer contact with the true path, the inner path. And truly, any of the teachings we are bringing forth through this new dispensation, on any of the three websites, have the power to awaken the soul to the path of becoming more—rather than the way that seemeth right unto a man. The way of holding on to what you have, thinking that if you give something away that you will lose—not seeing that it is in giving that you will receive because it is in giving that you multiply the talents given to you by God. And only when you are willing to let go – without attachment to what you have – can God give you more.

Oh my beloved, for the Golden Age to be manifest on Earth, it is absolutely necessary that a critical mass of people understand this one principle—that you cannot receive more from God until you give freely of what you already have. I am not saying that you have to give away all your material possessions. You need to live a balanced and responsible life. What I am talking about is an attitude of being non-attached to your material possessions. Even being non-attached to your so called spiritual possessions that you have built by following the spiritual path for any number of years.

For truly, we see so many people, as El Morya expressed so clearly, who have become attached to what they have done on the spiritual path, feeling that they have done so much that they must surely have done enough, and therefore they are saved. Or they become attached to an outer organization or teaching, like you see millions of Catholics who go to church and feel the emptiness in their hearts. And they try to suppress the voice of their souls, which cry out, “There must be more than what I see in this church.” And yet they are not willing to listen because they have fixated their outer minds on the belief that there is only one true church and that they will go to hell unless they stay there.


The ascension does not happen in one leap
Thus, I say to you – truly – the process of the ascension is not something that happens in one great leap. It is something that happens in increments, whereby you continue to transcend yourself and become more, until you suddenly take that final leap into the ascended state, the ascended consciousness. And thus, if you believe that you can find a spiritual teaching and that is all you will ever need for your ascension, you are indeed living a lie. You can use a teaching to win your ascension—if you keep going beyond the outer teaching, reading between the lines and allowing your Christ self and your ascended mentors to give you the deeper truths that are not found in the outer teaching because they cannot be expressed in words.

And unless you do this, you will not make your ascension, no matter how many decrees or prayers or rosaries you give, and no matter whether you can recite this or that Scripture by heart. It will not happen that way. It will happen only when you are willing to give up the ghost of your former self, your former sense of self.

And the most difficult thing for people to give up is precisely when they have been on the spiritual path for many years and somehow feel that they belong to an elite of the most spiritual people on Earth. This is what you saw in the Scribes and Pharisees who rejected the Living Christ when Jesus stood before them. And my beloved, contemplate Jesus’ parable about the rich man (Matthew19:20) who came to him, and when Jesus explained what it took to be saved he said, “But all these things I have done from my youth, what do I lack yet?” And Jesus said, “Go sell all that thou has and give to the poor, and then come and follow me.”

And this does not just mean that you have to sell your physical possessions. It is a symbol for the fact that in order to step onto the inner path, the true path, you have to be willing to give up the possessions you think you have from following the outer path. And then, when you are on the inner path, that surrender becomes a perpetual surrender, whereby you know as Paul, “I die daily” (1Corinthians 15:31). Meaning, that part of my mortal self dies every day because I daily surrender it and give up that ghost, letting the former sense of self die so that I can be reborn of the Spirit (John 3:5) into a new sense of self.

Truly, we have given many profound teachings through this previous organization. But they will do nothing for you unless you internalize them and become one with the teaching—and then go beyond and become one with the teacher. And then take the further step, that after you become one with the teacher, you become the teacher who ministers to those on Earth who have not yet discovered the inner path. And thereby, the circle is complete, the figure-eight flow between Heaven and Earth is complete. Because the higher part of your own Being, the Ascended Host – the Ascended Master that is the higher part of your Being – can now be in embodiment on Earth through you.

This is the ultimate goal of a true spiritual teaching. This is the ultimate goal of the spiritual path. And to help you lock yourself on that path, I have brought forth my new book. If you feel that you have not yet discovered the true inner path, then devour this book. Absorb it. Do not simply read it with your intellect. But absorb it, and let it transform you. Let it transform your view of yourself, your view of the spiritual path, your view of the Ascended Masters and your view of God—until you can give up that ghost because you realize that you will lose nothing by giving up that limited mortal sense of self. You will instead gain your immortal self that you truly are. Yet how difficult it is to give up that mortal self as long as you do not have a sense of wholeness that comes from knowing and experiencing your Higher Being.

And therefore, you cannot give up every aspect of your mortal self at once. It must be a gradual path, which is indeed why we talk about the path. Yet as I explain in the book, there comes a point where even the concept of a spiritual path becomes obsolete, and you must then take the very next step beyond the path. And that step is explained in my book. And I will tease you by not giving it to you now, for you need to read it step by step, for each key in my book builds up to the next key, so that you are prepared before you find the most difficult truths, the truths that are most difficult to accept.

Thus, I seal you now in my infinite love. And I ask you to go through an exercise of reading aloud – one person at a time, one verse at a time – the Miracle Nurturance Rosary. For you will find in it truths so profound that literally one could write an entire book based on that rosary, which is in a sense what I have done in my new book. Yet there is even more in the book than the Nurturance Rosary.

Yet could you internalize everything in that Nurturance Rosary, truly you would have the abundant life. And therefore, I seal you in my flame of perfect, unconditional nurturance. It is sealed.

the selection of souls that eventually will happen in order to initiate the Golden Age

We are in this very moment experiencing great events not only in this physical world that we can sense through our five senses but also in the superior worlds. It is very important to understand that the selection of psyches-a work that we are performing and that we have to perform-is something always related with the consciousness.

In many traditions they talk about the selection of souls that eventually will happen in order to initiate the Golden Age, or the new system of things that will come after catastrophes and many events that will happen in the physical world. So many theories, beliefs, dogmas exist around this topic related with the selection of individuals that will come to inhabit a new Earth, a new planet.

We call that future time "the Golden Age" so we are going to be very specific in order to explain in detail about this selection that is going to happen worldwide. To begin we have to emphasize that this selection that is written in many books, religious books, and that many traditions, philosophies, schools are preaching and waiting for has nothing to do with beliefs.

Yes - this is precisely the main point here: everybody thinks that if we believe in certain doctrines or philosophies then we are going to be participants of the great selection. Sorry to disappoint you, but we, the Gnostics, always base our investigations in our psyche, our soul, our own experiences. We don't like to talk about beliefs; we prefer to experience what we discuss, and since we are talking about the great selection, it is because we want to be selected - but we have to explain in which way this great selection is going to occur and in order to comprehend this we always point at the Tree of Life.

We always state that we live in Malkuth, which is the last Sephirah or sphere of this symbol called the Tree of Life, on which we study the kabbalah. Malkuth means "the kingdom," so this tridimensional world is the kingdom. Why is it called the kingdom? Because the physical earth - this chemical earth - is related with four kingdoms: the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, and the human kingdom; these are the four kingdoms of Malkuth, which in the East is called the Wheel of Samsara, about which we have talked many times in different lectures.

Every psyche, every soul, has a vehicle, a physical vehicle in order to exist in the kingdom, in Malkuth, in the wheel of Samsara. That vehicle of course is the one that we are using now and is related with nature. There are different types of souls (psyches) because any single organism - whether it is mineral, plant, animal, or human - is a trio of matter, energy, and consciousness. So any atom is a trio of matter, energy, and consciousness or intelligence. So when we study any kingdom from the psychological point of view - when we apply the techniques and methods that we teach here in which we activate the consciousness - then we discover the different levels of consciousness in the different kingdoms and how the bodies adapt that consciousness to their own development.

Present science studies natural selection according to the laws of physical evolution. Yet, from the Gnostic point of view, natural selection is studied psychologically in all the kingdoms because we know that natural selection is based on the consciousness. So, we disagree with that dogma of present science, which studies the dogma of evolution only physically. Further, we do not "believe" in the dogma of evolution; instead, we study the law of evolution consciously, directly, without beliefs.

Stated simply, evolution is usually defined as "development: a process in which something passes by degrees to a different stage (especially a more advanced or mature stage)."

What is the dogma of evolution? First, a dogma is "a doctrine or code of beliefs accepted as authoritative." The dogma of evolution started with Charles Darwin, and has become a worldwide "religion"; scientists now attribute to the law of evolution elements that it does not have.

We Gnostics study the law of evolution and go deep into it, into all the kingdoms, and for that we utilize the consciousness, our own particular individual consciousness, because it is impossible to discover all these laws only with the five senses.

So, we, the Gnostics we do not deny the existence and function of the law of evolution, and we study it but not only tridimensionally but in all dimensions in nature based on the fact, I repeat, that every atom is a trio of matter, energy, and consciousness. And this evolution and this selection or natural selection of the species cannot happen without the activity of the consciousness or the intelligence.

When we study the physical body and its origin we study it - of course - from the present time. We begin by studying the original cell from which this physical body was created. So we go deep down and we discover physically that before becoming what we are now we were sperms in the gonads of our fathers, and that is a fact. That sperm united with the ovum in the womb of our mother and from there started the evolution of this physical body that we study now.

So when we study - from the Gnostic point of view - that original primitive cell within the womb of our mother (which was of course the origin of the physical vehicle that we have) then we discover that the cell in development was a trio of matter, energy, and consciousness; it took nine months more or less in order to come out of the womb and to evolve until the moment in which we are alive here and right now. Nonetheless, we know that such a physical body eventually will decay, devolve, become old and will go again into the ground and disintegrate. So we are aware that evolution and devolution are two laws that are always acting in different ways. Yes, we, Gnostics also study the law of devolution.

The evolution and devolution of matter in this physical world are very complicated processes, and we already gave many lectures related with them. Now, we only want to emphasize the consciousness, because the great selection of souls or psyches is related with this natural selection in which "the survival of the fittest" is the main point. This survivor is the psyche, through its vehicles.

We have to comprehend and understand that - Gnostically speaking - the evolution of this planet Earth started in this tridimensional world based on three previous cosmic manifestations. Again, this is something that we have to comprehend and understand in order to visualize why are we living in this chaotic world and why are we living in the way that we are living, because this is a result of what we call the law of Karma. Karma is simply cause and effect, from the Sanskrit word for "cause and effect." So of course the effect of the creation or the evolution of this planet was the effect of previous evolutions in previous cosmic days.

Cosmic evolution is related not only with the physical body but with the protoplasmic bodies; this is something that we also emphasize because when we talk about evolution and devolution we have to go deep down into our minds. Please do not mistake the soul, the psyche, for the mind because the mind is one thing and the psyche is another. The mind is a vehicle that we also have within which we have the emotional body or the emotional vehicle - but not only we have that type of vehicle; irrational animals also have it, likewise plants and the minerals.

Of course, humanoids are at the top, the peak of evolution related with those protoplasmic bodies. The protoplasmic bodies belong to the internal dimensions. They are not physical but internal; the fact is that we have them internally. You cannot deny that when you think you feel your thoughts inside of you. You don't see the thoughts floating in the air because they are not tridimensional. Thoughts are something internal. You cannot deny that you feel emotions; those emotions are not tridimensional but internal, belonging to another dimension. So in our own particular individuality we can see that within us we have thoughts and emotions, and those elements belong to the protoplasmic bodies. We call them protoplasmic because are they are made of matter but not physical; that matter is internal.

Theosophy and other traditions study the protoplasmic bodies and they call, for instance, the emotional body, Kama Rupa. Rupa means "vehicle" and Kama means "desire" - the vehicle of desire, in other words. So if you want to know where you have the desires of lust, anger, pride, vanity, laziness etc. we would say - in Sanskrit - that these are in the Kama Rupa or inferior (protoplasmic) emotional body. Beyond this body of desires we have the mind, and through that vehicle, the mind, we think, thus, emotion and mind are the protoplasmic bodies. We think and feel through the protoplasmic bodies and these are united with the physical body without being mingled or confused with it.

When we investigate the cell, the primitive cell, the primordial cell within the womb of our mother, then we discover how the physical body was developed in the past; we discover it by studying that factor that in Gnosticism we call Genotype. This Genotype is a word that relates to the inheritance within our genes or the elements that are the base for the development of that cell within the womb of our mother. The genotype is related with the genes. We will say that any cell is made by 46 chromosomes, the nucleus 46 chromosomes and two vital or ethereal chromosomes, which are difficult to find with a microscope. So in synthesis the human cell has 48 chromosomes. Each chromosome has about 100 or more genes. So within those genes is where we find the genotype.

So, the genotype is precisely related to those elements that act in the genes. So, when we enter, with our psyche, with our consciousness, in Meditation, within the genes of that primordial cell we discover that those genes move and act according to the Karma or the cause and effect of the protoplasmic bodies that abide in the Eternity or the fifth dimension. There, in Eternity, is where we find the Karma or the cause and effect of that particular cell within the womb of our mother - but then how is this primitive cell receiving the effects of those protoplasmic bodies through the genes? And who is that one that is administrating this karma, little by little, mathematically, in order to create that body according to those values? Of course we have to state that that is the intelligence, the consciousness, which is beyond, beyond the protoplasmic bodies.

So, in order to study the consciousness we have to go into the sixth dimension. The sixth dimension is beyond the fifth (which is Eternity) and the fourth is Time. In other words, the consciousness prepares the vehicle in the circle of Time within the womb of our mother based on the Karma of the protoplasmic bodies, which abide in the fifth dimension. But everything is directed from the sixth dimension from our consciousness; specifically we will say that the consciousness is controlled by that that we call Monad. Monad is a Greek word (Monas) which means unity.

So there is an intelligence that exists beyond Time and Eternity within the sixth dimension and that is the Monad, the Spirit. This is why it is impossible to see or to prove the existence of the spirit in this tridimensional world because the Spirit does not belong to this tridimensional world. It belongs to the sixth dimension. It is beyond Time and Eternity. People usually experience this Eternity when the body rests and leaves the physical body within their protoplasmic bodies, they experience that through which they call "dreams." Some people call it "astral projection," which is simply an unfoldment or a projection of the protoplasmic bodies which leave the physical body in order for it to rest. This projection is a normal process done in order to restore the energies of the physical body for the next day. So, during the time when the physical body is resting and recuperating its energies, the protoplasmic bodies are acting within Eternity; of course, the consciousness, the psyche is the intelligence that is active, acting there within them.

Some people remember the events or their actions during the moments when they are out in their protoplasmic bodies and their physical body rests (sleeps) on the bed, they call those events dreams; some other people do not remember any of that. Why some people do not remember their dreams? It is because their brain is atrophied.

The cerebellum is that physical organ that receives all the information of all the events, all the actions that we are doing in Eternity (the sub-consciousness is related with the cerebellum) and from the cerebellum passes through the brain; so, this is how the brain recollects all the information of our activities in the internal planes, which we call dreams.

Of course the Monad acts in the consciousness in accordance to the Karma, which is, we will say, related with the protoplasmic bodies of the new body that is developed in the womb of our mother. So we have the physical body that we have, we were born in the country that we were born according to the law, according to cause and effect, according to those protoplasmic bodies. The protoplasmic bodies do not die and they are not born in the same way as the physical body because they are submitted to another, we will say, span of time. We know that the physical body begins in the womb of our mother, it develops, evolves there, and goes out to keep its evolution, thereafter, in time, it starts devolving, it dies and then goes to the ground, and it disintegrates. That is the span of time of the physical body; nevertheless, the protoplasmic bodies belong to Eternity and they were created from the mineral kingdom and were evolving from the mineral kingdom into the plant kingdom into the animal kingdom into the human kingdom.

So our protoplasmic bodies are very old, and within them we have the inheritance from other cosmic days. So this is how we have to understand and comprehend this, because the Karma of the whole planet is acting through the protoplasmic bodies of the mineral kingdom, plant kingdom, animal kingdom, and the human kingdom, and each one of us, every single plant, every single animal, every single mineral has those protoplasmic bodies through which the law acts according to previous causes.

Listen: before this planet Earth was physical, it was ethereal, and was abiding in the fourth dimension. Yet, before this physical Earth was ethereal in the fourth dimension it was emotional, or better said, astral, molecular, in the Astral plane. And before being in the Astral plane it was in the Mental plane; there, of course it was made of mental matter. So the beginning of the development of this planet started in the mental plane and then descended into the emotional plane and then into the ethereal plane and finally into the physical plane, in which we are now. These cosmic development steps are called Rounds. In Theosophy they call them Rounds:

1. the First Round (mental plane)
2. the Second Round (astral plane)
3. the Third Round (ethereal plane)
4. the Fourth Round, which is this physical, chemical Earth

The Book of Genesis written by Moses explains the beginning of this physical, chemical earth but it doesn't explain the activity of the evolving life in the previous three Rounds; nonetheless, we, Gnostics, know them because in the protoplasmic bodies we have the inheritance of those previous forces by cause and effect. Thus, by studying them psychologically through meditation and by awakening certain senses we can consciously go further into those levels (previous causes) that we are talking about here.

Consequently, we have to state that the evolution and devolution of this planet is always organized according to the law, and the law is always administrated by the Monads. Each one of us has his own particular Spirit, his own particular Monad, and there are many hierarchies among the Monads, among the Spirits. Some religions call those Monads Gods, Divas, Angels. Indeed, it doesn't matter what name we give unto it. We can call it the intelligence, the Noumenon before the phenomenon.

Of course, in order to understand this topic we have to discover our own particular individual noumenon, our own particular Spirit, our own particular Monad, that is, to become in contact with it; understand that this is the main point here because we are the psyche, we are the soul within this physical vehicle and protoplasmic vehicles that we carry inside. Understand that the consciousness is related to every cell of this organism, this physical body, and also to the protoplasmic bodies' constitution.

Regrettably, as we explained in many lectures, people are identified with their physical body and with their protoplasmic bodies; that is, they identify too much with their mind and emotions and with their physicality. Very seldom do they go inside themselves and come in contact with the intelligence which is acting in their body according to the law.

In this physical world there are many religions that preach that you have to believe in God, who they name in different ways according to their tradition; namely: Buddha, Allah, INRI, Jesus, Jehovah, Tao, and many other names; so, they state that by believing in their particular divinity is how you become a selected one and go into the Golden Age, nonetheless, they cannot see that you become a selected one according to the law of natural selection, that is, the survivor of the fittest, who is the one who really works psychologically within himself; yes, this is the way to become selected.

We see psychological selection in the mineral kingdom, plant kingdom, animal kingdom, and also in the human kingdom but with a big difference, since in the mineral, plant, and animal kingdom this selection is mechanical. Of course, in the case of the physical vehicle, the Monad, the intelligence guides it through its inner vehicles, in order to survive in the jungle, in order to survive among the many and to be selected in order to go ahead in evolution and to create another body or better bodies in order to inhabit superior kingdoms. This is a mechanical process that we see and study in this day and age. Nevertheless, in the humanoid kingdom - that is the level in which we are - mechanicity no longer places us in a higher level of evolution. For this to happen we need to activate the intelligence.

We have to go beyond the opposites of mechanicity in order to activate the intelligence, which is God, which is the Monad, which is the Spirit. This is precisely what we state in Kabbalah: Malkuth (the Kingdom) is exactly the negative aspect of Chesed (the Monad). In the Tree of Life, Chesed is the Spirit and the intelligence is connected to him (Binah is the intelligence) and the negative aspect of the Spirit is the physical body. So people are identified with the physical body with the matter.

As we stated, many religions think that just by believing in God the problem is resolved. Moreover, they believe the Spirit, the Monad, is outside of themselves; yes, people think that God is a being that exists outside, there in the clouds or there in the space, a long-bearded man seated on a throne of tyranny, and demanding: "You have to believe in me if you want to be saved," that is, if you want to be in the Golden Age, in the new order of things of the future. Listen: we the Gnostics don't believe in that God.

This is why we state, we do not believe in God, yet we love God, but the God within. Because if we deny the intelligence within nature and within the cosmos, then we are denying our own intelligence within, because intelligence is within; I experience that I have intelligence, in different levels; each one of us has their own intelligence. That intelligence is God, which has no form, yet it is within; and that God within doesn't need to be believed in, you know? If you believe in Him outside or inside of you, it doesn't matter. What you need is to remember Him. I say "Him" because there is no noun to say "it" or "she" or whatever - because it has all the polarities within; whether we are female or male, it is inside. Call it "it" or "that" but understand that it needs to be remembered; yes, we need to remember God.

In order to remember God, we have to understand that we are the consciousness, so we have to be here and now. This is what we always demand from each one of us. I demand that from myself; that is, to stay consciously here, to feel that I am inside this body, to see my mind, my emotions from within, to observe it, and to know that I as a consciousness have to remember my Being, my Self. I want to have integrity in myself, and this is the main point here in this selection. Yes, if we want to be selected, we have to activate the consciousness.

Comprehend, the phrase "human being" has its meaning: the word human derives from HUM meaning "the Spirit, the Monad," and MANAS meaning "the mind." So, Human means the Mind, the Man, that is directed consciously by the Spirit, by the HUM; this is what a human being is. HUMAN doesn't mean "an individual that believes in something."

This is precisely the main point here; it is necessary to remember yourself, to remember your Being, in order to be selected. Because in the animal kingdom, plant kingdom or mineral kingdom those individuals, those creatures, are always in contact with their Spirit, with their own Monads, and those creatures obey them. For example, sometimes when we are in the country we observe the birds; we see them when they fly in a flock. One bird is in front of the flock, like the geese which makes a big noise (squawk), and behind the main one are the rest in a very nice order. We ask ourselves: who put that one in front of the rest and who told them that they have to follow the one in front? This is how they do it always and not only the geese but many other birds, other animals. Who told them to do that? Better said: who is the one that is telling them in that very moment to them? How are they guided? This is intelligence. It is the intelligence that they have, within which is their Monad, and they have their hierarchies; they have levels of intelligence there. Obviously, the geese that are dumb have to follow the ones that are more intelligent, who follow the one that is in front of all, they have to follow, they have to obey that hierarchy and they know how to do it. Of course they don't reason but they are in contact as elementals, as souls, with their own particular Monad, and this is why they know what to do instinctually. This is the difference between the intellectual animal and the irrational animal. The animals that cannot reason they use their instincts, so instinctually they are guided by their own Spirit; this is how they know by being in contact with it. Through evolution that spirit acquires different levels.

Those elementals or Monads obey other higher intelligences that in many religions, many traditions, they call Angels, Buddhas, Masters, Gods, who direct them according to the law of Karma, according to the causal forces of the planet. Those intelligences are also in the sixth dimension because everything is organized with intelligences. We cannot accept the dogma of evolution that states that everything is just automatic or casual, that there is no intelligence behind the phenomenon. If that is the case, I have to admit that I have no intelligence here. In order to organize and to give this lecture, I have to concentrate and to ask to my own particular intelligence, my own particular Being, to organize my mind in order to communicate this knowledge to you.

Nevertheless, it is not my Being who you have to follow, it is not my physical body that you have to follow, nor my personality, but your own Being. You have to remember your own Being, because you are facing this selection, the great selection.

The human body devolves. You observe the mineral kingdom, the animal kingdom, the plant kingdom, and you see how everything evolves and devolves. A plant begins with a simple seeds, sprouts, grows, gives fruit, and eventually decays and goes to the ground, disintegrates. That is devolution, and that happens not only with a plant but as well with the animals in the physical plane; you see how they evolve and devolve. Of course the life in the mineral kingdom is very slow, but also devolves, and we can see evolution and devolution in metals. By applying, of course, the intelligence, we can see what in life is going up or going down.

So, the whole humanity, in this very moment, obviously, unquestionably, is devolving, because we see how nature is now acting in all the ways. Earthquakes, hurricanes, are more active, and likewise other destructive forces of nature are more active. And it is because we as human beings are devolving. There is no evolution for us in the physical plane anymore. We reached the top of evolution, which was precisely the development of the intellect; but if you observe the physical body, it is not evolving. Now people are being born with different atrophied organs and of course many sicknesses are appearing in different places, which are little by little destroying, polluting, the physical body.

The mind, the protoplasmic mind, the protoplasmic emotions that we have within, are also devolving; wars, tyranny, crimes, homosexuality, lesbianism, prostitution, pedophiles, all of that is a sign of devolution in the psyche, in the protoplasmic bodies. And this is why it is written when you see all these signs, when the degeneration will reign in all the earth, that is a sign that the end is coming; in other words, the devolution of the planet in order to start a new evolution, a new era because humanity as a whole also evolves.

The evolution of any humanity is always processed in four steps, namely: the golden age, the silver age, the copper age, and the iron age. When humanity reaches the Iron Age then it starts to devolve, to decay, in order to eventually start another golden age, another spring. And of course that spring, that golden age, is what people call "the new order of things" that will come and which everybody thinks they are already chosen for because they belong to this group, or this other religious group or that philosophical group, or just because they believe in this or in that. The selection has nothing to do with beliefs, because if you want to live at a certain level (psychologically speaking) you have to work on yourself.

For example, drunkards live in bars, in taverns, they drink alcohol and they are surrounded by all of those sicknesses related with their vice of alcohol, which is of course cirrhosis, and many other things, poverty that they bring because of the alcohol, etc. So each one of us is in a different level and we attract to ourselves according to our level of being, our level of consciousness the circumstances in which we live. A prostitute for instance will be surrounded by prostitutes and with the problems related with sexual diseases, venereal diseases, psychological and physical problems related with that, thieves as well. So each one of us has a different type or level of being and we attract that to our environment.

See this society, which we call humanity, is in chaos: hatred, war, anger; why? Because this is what we have within, but we have the custom to point always to the neighbour without comprehending that we belong to this humanity. And of course, we think because we believe in this or we believe in that we are going to be selected and those people that do not believe in what we believe will be left and be destroyed and then we will go and float in the air and go into heaven. This is what many people think. Listen, it is not like that. You are free to believe in whatever you want, but if you want for instance to be surrounded by Angels, then you have to have the psychological level of an Angel.

If you go, for instance, and say: "Oh well I belong to China" and you go to China, so then people there will talk to you in Chinese and if you don't speak Chinese, then you don't belong there. If you come from the United States speak English, maybe if you go to England you will understand and can fit in. But if you want to live in China or Japan you have to learn the language otherwise you are excluded, you are not "selected." The same rules apply to the superior worlds. If you want to be selected, to belong there, then you have to follow the rules of those worlds which are above Malkuth, which are above the Kingdom. This is why Malkuth is in the very bottom of the Tree of Life. Above Malkuth we find the 9 heavens or the 9 spheres. Many religions talk about the 9 heavens where they place the Angels, the Archangels, Cherubim, Seraphim, Thrones, Divine Beings above, and of course the demons are below Malkuth, where we find the nine inferior spheres of Kabbalah which are named Klipoth.

So if you observe for instance the planet Earth (Malkuth) that is in the center between Klipoth and the Heavens, what do we observe in this planet? The intelligence, the consciousness of this planet is related with what? Is it related with the Heavens, or with Klipoth, with Hell, with what people call Inferno (Inferno is a Latin Word which means inferior); the inferior dimensions or the superior dimensions? Understand that we have within all those elements that make us to be in affinity with Klipoth, with Hell. Listen, anger doesn't belong to Heaven but to Klipoth. Lust doesn't belong to Heaven but to Klipoth. Pride doesn't belong to Heaven but to Klipoth, to Hell, to the inferior dimensions that we have within.

Observe yourselves: your own particular hell, your own particular inferno is within you which is reflected, of course, in the infra-dimensions. So in this very moment for instance you say "I would like to be selected for the golden age" but the golden age is an age where only the consciousness of the same level will be incarnated; consciousness, Souls that will vibrate with the Gold, with the Golden age. You see, the Gold as a metal is pure, is solar. Gold is related with the Sun. Of course the Sun is above; this is in relation with sphere on the Tree of Life called Tiphereth. Tiphereth means "beauty" in Hebrew and that beauty is related with the consciousness. In other words, in order to belong to the golden age, you have to be beautiful: but don't interpret that word beautiful as ordinary people interpret it. They think that to be beautiful means is to be in shape, to be thin, or to maybe have ten plastic surgeries after you become wrinkled in order to always be stretched and beautiful and to have a nice body. That is a false beauty. Real beauty is eternal, it belongs to the soul; that is why it is called Tiphereth in Kabbalah. To be beautiful means to not have anger within, to not have pride, to not have laziness, gluttony, greed and all of those defects that we have in abundance. That is to be beautiful.

When a new creature is born, the protoplasmic bodies cannot enter into that creature, into that baby, because the baby needs to develop the personality. And that is why the only thing that enters into that baby is the little percentage of consciousness which is not trapped into the ego, into the protoplasmic bodies, which is 3%. And that is why when you see a baby, a little newborn, you see how beautiful it is, how innocent. That is why everybody is in love with a new creature that is born. It is beautiful! But what you see there in that beautiful baby is the soul without protoplasmic negative forces, without ego. But of course as the body grows and the personality is developed that beautiful element disappears and appears the devil, appears what we are. And then we realize that we belong to the inferior dimensions, but of course, that ugliness that we have within is psychological and in order to belong to the golden age we have to be beautiful, we have to clean our psyche. And the psyche is not cleansed by believing in something but by applying methods, psychological methods, in order to clean our own particular psyche if we want to belong to the new system of things that will come.

When the Kali Yuga appears, which is the Dark Age in which we are right now, then the superior intelligences start to act with a lot of strength and give to the lower intelligences elements, methods, rules, codes in order to go out from the devolving forces that are sinking the souls into Klipoth, into Hell, into the inferior dimensions and in order to give them the opportunity to be selected for the Golden Age and to go out of those devolving forces. This knowledge, this doctrine that we are teaching now, doesn't belong to us. It is a doctrine that is eternal; it is called Gnosis. We did not invent this. This doctrine, this knowledge, was taught in different times by the great Avatars in order to help in this level in which we are (the human kingdom) the psyches that want to belong to a new level, a new system of things above.

Of course, always when humanity degenerates, Gnosis appears; some call it knowledge, Gnana yoga, different names. In this day and age, we call it Gnosis, we use the Greek term for knowledge in order to teach what we are practicing. In order to tell the people: if you want to be selected, you have to work in yourself, because the planet is now passing into a very strong transformation. Eventually, the whole physical world will be changed. Now you hear for instance about the global warming, about earthquakes, and all of that about which people are alarmed; all of this is normal from the cosmic point of view. It is not the first time that this is happening, nor will it be the last. Of course, the problem here is not how to survive physically but how to survive psychologically because if the problem were only physical we would say "okay what is the big deal?" Whether we receive this doctrine or not sooner or later we will physically die anyhow. So, eventually everybody is going to physically die, thus, this is not the problem.


Not every one that (in Malkuth) saith unto me, Lord, Lord (Adonai, Adonai), shall enter into the kingdom of heaven (Yesod and beyond); but he that doeth the will of my Father (the Monad) which is in heaven (sixth dimension).
Many (Pharisees) will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord (Adonai, Adonai), have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you (in Daath-Gnosis): depart from me, ye that work iniquity. - Matthew 7: 21-23



The problem is in the protoplasmic bodies, which do not belong to this tridimensional world and which are submitted to other laws. If we are not changing, if we will not change psychologically, then the protoplasmic bodies, which are already devolving, will sink into the inferior dimensions, since we will no longer have physical bodies, because the end of what we call Kali Yuga is always processed in two steps: Physical and Psychological.

This Kali Yuga or Iron Age is the last age in order for our root race to be finished, to be destroyed; this Kali Yuga started in the times of the Romans and Greeks, in the time of Jesus, a few years before him is when the Kali Yuga started. This is why this civilization that we name here, the present civilization, comes from that epoch, from the times of Greeks and Romans. Julius Caesar started the scenario for the Kali Yuga and Jesus of Nazareth and many other great masters came at that time in order to start the spiritual development and to help the souls of these times. So from that time to the present times, Kali Yuga, or the Iron Age is acting, yet, only the half of it because Kali Yuga acts in two halves or two parts. The first part is for the physical plane and the second part is for the protoplasmic plane. This is how you have to understand the end of Kali Yuga, because we are physical and we also have protoplasmic bodies, that is, mind and emotion.

So physically, the whole planet will pass through a tremendous transformation, which will be the end of the first half. Of course, earthquakes will multiply, tsunamis and many other catastrophes that physically will happen, in which thousands and millions of people will die physically, and eventually the poles will become the equator and the equator will become poles. This is a physical-chemical transformation of the Earth, because the Earth needs to start another nature because this present nature is polluted. The water is polluted, the earth is polluted, the air is polluted. We cannot start a Golden Age with smog. We cannot start a Golden Age where the sea is polluted, where the fish are dying. We cannot start a Golden Age with hunters killing creatures in the forest. We cannot start the Golden Age with homosexuals, lesbians, with degenerated seed. The Golden Age is for clean souls with beautiful souls, without ego. So therefore, everything will be wiped out and we are in the midst of this process. Physically, all of us without exception will be wiped out; nevertheless, after that, already without physical bodies, the other half of the Kali Yuga comes, which will be applied to the protoplasmic bodies within which we have lust, anger, greed, pride, laziness, gluttony, etc. This other half will happen in the inferior dimensions, that which people call hell, and which you can experience with your consciousness.

If you awaken your consciousness, you will consciously discover and study the inferior dimension as Dante Alighieri described them very well in detail. Any person that has nightmares experiences the inferior dimensions in a very unconscious way. The fact is that the inferior dimensions are made in order for the protoplasmic bodies to be disintegrated and to little-by-little descend in a devolving way through 9 spheres which are exactly the opposite of the 9 heavens. Dante described the 9 spheres of hell; understand that those are infra, not physical, because they are for the protoplasmic bodies.

This is how the soul will descend for about a thousand years of the time of this physical plane, this, in order for the souls which are average (not too evil, not too degenerated) to be disintegrated in Klipoth, in the inferior dimensions. When that ends, when the disintegration of the protoplasmic bodies happens, that is the end of the whole Kali Yuga. Then the Golden Age will start and this is something that we have to comprehend. And it is not a matter of believing in this or believing in that how we are going to be excluded from the inferior dimension. It is a selection that we have to do and we have to do that selection on our own: to change psychologically in order not to descend into the infra-dimensions.

Regrettably, now humanity is entering in big surges into the infra dimensions and everyone is applauding degeneration. Of course, to be selected for Klipoth is easy: just degenerate yourself and see how easily you enter into Klipoth, which is what this humanity is doing. They are applauding homosexuality, lesbianism - "that's okay," they say - thus little-by-little as time passes and everybody applauds when something evil happens, "this is okay" they say, "no problem"; no problem, of course, no problem in Klipoth, because there the actions of adultery, fornication and sexual degeneration are normal. The protoplasmic bodies as degenerated bodies enter into Klipoth by following degeneration; this is how you are selected for Klipoth but not for Heaven.

In order to enter into the superior spheres above Malkuth, you have to regenerate your psyche - regenerate means that you have to apply superior forces in order to generate within you the superior forces within you. But for that you have to eliminate the degenerated forces that are sinking your psyche into Klipoth, into the inferior dimensions, and that is only possible by following the superior laws, superior rules from the superior dimensions.

And who is the one that is performing those laws in the superior dimensions within us? It is the Monad, the Being, the Spirit. That is why it is written that Jesus of Nazareth said: "Thy will be done on earth as is it in heaven," meaning, in heaven the superior dimension, the sixth dimension of nature the law of the spirit is done according to the superior forces, but in Earth it is not. We cannot say that the will of God is being done on Earth as it is in Heaven; unless you think that our own spirit agrees with degeneration, no?

So we have to work to be selected, but the selection is made in three steps.

The first step is to receive the doctrine which is written in the Bible, which is written in the Koran, which is written in the Bhagavad-Gita, which is written in many sacred books but in code, only for those that are working with their consciousness, with their intelligence to discover because the rules are written with intelligence. And how do we call those rules or those codes? Myths, mythology, allegories; within every myth is hidden certain truths or codes that only those that are working with their intelligence discover; this, in order to be selected. If those codes were read openly from the beginning, then the animal mind would have abused them. Now the unveiling is given, delivered for free through this Gnostic teaching, because we are acting out of compassion as there is no time to degenerate the doctrine in the physical world. Time is close and close and close. So start acting in you right now or lose it. And this is why we are talking openly and we are unveiling many myths, many secrets, because we know that humanity needs it. Humanity is not in the level of entering into the college of initiates, or to awaken the consciousness first and then to discover the rest. There is no time for that. So the great intelligences of the superior levels are teaching in order for us to do something. We are giving this free, delivering the knowledge so openly that people don't even realize it, thus, they say "I don't believe in that." Well, it doesn't matter. It is not a matter of believing. It is a matter of practicing. So this is why the first selection is for those people who receive this knowledge, whether through a book, whether through a lecture, whether through the internet or by talking in the street with somebody and receiving the codes and secrets that before were hidden. Just by that if the person follows their Being and continues, the person will be a selected one. This is the first level of psychological selection, which is just to know the doctrine and to practice it. It is not to believe in it, but to practice it. If you start practicing it, then you belong to the first selection.

During the practice of the Revolution of the Consciousness, you apply the three factors, three methods in order to release your consciousness, in order to awake your consciousness and to eliminate those animal elements that sink you into devolution, into your protoplasmic bodies, in order to eventually - if you succeed - to belong to the second selection. The second selection is not about somebody that will come and will say to you: "Okay, you belong to this school right? So come with me, since you belong now to the second selection." No! It is not something like this.

The first selection occurs in any group when you just listen to the doctrine. The second selection is inside you. So, that call is from inside. Listen very carefully: it is from inside. There are beings, superior beings, that are of course working now in this second selection but they are only looking for those people that are working psychologically in themselves, those who are changing their psyche. Listen: you need, at least, to annihilate 50% of your own degeneration, not 50% of the degeneration of your neighbour. Your neighbour has their own psychological problem; so, if they want to disintegrate that, or if they want to be selected for Klipoth, that is their own business. So, that 50% of degeneration in your own psyche is your own business, it is not mine, it is yours. If you meditate and you annihilate and you comprehend your own self, eventually you will be selected in the second selection.

The second selection is involved with great beings which also have physical bodies and who people call "extraterrestrials." They are extraterrestrials from the point of view that they are above the Earth (Malkuth) and also because they live on other planets and whose level of being is not like our level of being: it is superior. Because in order to conquer the space and to travel in the space, you have to first have conquered your psychological space; these are laws which the people of the Earth ignore; earthlings think that they can travel in the space because they qualify themselves as human beings, but they are not. So you have to follow certain rules and there are psychological rules that you have to follow in order to travel in space from planet to planet; these rules are not only psychological but also physical.

So, the beings that are superior and that travel already in space know very well the chaos in which this planet is and they want to help us. But earthlings think based on that psychological element of war and conquering that all of us have, that they are coming in order to conquer this hell of a planet. Who wants to be a king of a mental hospital? They do not think as earthlings think. Why would an extraterrestrial come from a superior civilization in order to be a king of mad people, people that are trying to kill them? I personally would not come from another planet in order to be king of this madness, why? Maybe because the megalomaniac Nibelungen people of this planet think they are superior? No! Listen the Nibelungen are inferior, very inferior not only physically, or technologically but also psychologically.

They, the extraterrestrials, the masters of other planets, intervene and help you in the internal planes, with your physical body as well, if you are working in yourself psychologically. They already came and discovered that the seed that created human bodies in this planet is polluted. So therefore they arrived at the conclusion that the future root race - physically speaking - is impossible to create, or to be created with the seed of the earthlings or people of this planet, because their seed is polluted. So therefore they are doing super efforts in order to mix the seed, the sexual seed of the people of the Earth, with extraterrestrials in order to form a new genotype that will help the phenotype. You see?

The future root race of the Golden Age will be a different phenotype that will inherit a genotype that will be a mixture of the seed of the human being of this planet with extraterrestrials; they are already doing it, this is, mixing the sexual seed etcetera in order to bring the new genotype within those phenotypes which will be the physical bodies of new creatures who will inhabit in the Golden Age. This is the help, the extra help that this planet is receiving because the extraterrestrials, the superior brethren, are worried because they don't want this root race or this planet to disappear completely because the seed is polluted. And this is something that earthlings ignore.

They also help you psychologically in order to acquire that 50%, so that you can belong to that second selection. So that selection is also in the psyche. Of course when the psyche is changing that affects the physical body because as a consequence we will have a better body. So when we talk about the selection of souls we are talking about the psyche and this is something that you will realize. It is not something that someone will tell you, i.e. ‘Now you belong to the second selection because I saw you doing this or doing that', no! You have to see it. You have to experience it. You know?

For instance, in my case when I talk about extraterrestrials it is not because I read something about it, but because I experienced that. I know they exist, but I don't want anybody to believe me because it doesn't matter; that is concerned only to me, to my own development. So, I know you can also receive help if you work in yourself, but if you don't work you won't realize that. You have to work. This is why we work with the Three Factors of the revolution of the consciousness in order to be selected and to be assisted by the superior brothers of the space and of the internal planes.

So then, by working, you become selected for the second selection; thereafter, they wait for you in order to see if you will do the super effort in order to annihilate the rest of the 50% of your animality in order to belong to the Golden Age. Because in order to be selected for the Golden Age or the new system of things that come after the great catastrophe, you need to annihilate completely 100% of your ego. You have to pass through a complete mutation or transformation, and for this you are not left alone; they also help you. It doesn't matter how long you are going to take, as long as you are doing it, they will assist you on this planet, whether in this land or in other lands that will be saved for such purposes, or in other places of the space, because the universe is big.

So, you have to understand that the Golden Age, the new system of things that all religions are preaching, the selection that will happen, is not going to happen just because you believe in something, but because you are going to show internally the change in your psyche and therefore you will be in the affinity with the environment of the Golden Age because it is precisely the survival of the fittest and this is something inside, psychological. So this is the work, and of course as I said you have to follow the direction of your own Monad, of your own Spirit, because that is the only part of us which is in contact with the superior dimensions. Because if you just follow here theories, dogmas, beliefs, those are just things related to the mind, which are related to Klipoth, when you experience Klipoth.

Personally, I have experienced Klipoth with my consciousness; I descended consciously to the inferior dimensions, what people call inferno or hell. I went there awake and I talked with people; there I found in the first sphere, which is called Limbo, people with the bible in hand teaching me and telling me that they will save me, yet, they don't realize that they are already there! I said to them "how are you going to save me if you didn't save yourself? Why are you warning me about things but you didn't warn yourself?" This is because people think that by believing in something is how you are going to go up.

Understand: this is a transformation and something that only you can realize. It is not like the people think: "because I believe in this eventually when I die I will go up" just something that who knows? Listen, here in this physical plane you have to experience that; you have to experience those dimensions, not believe in them.

In the beginning, you receive the doctrine, concepts which are beyond your mind but we give clues, methods, keys in order for you to practice and to activate your consciousness in order to see that. Many of our students when they activate their consciousness, they awake suddenly their consciousness but they awake there in Klipoth. They then come to us saying "oh yea that is nice I was awakened but I realized that I was not in the superior worlds I was in the inferior worlds. I was in the infra, in Klipoth, in Hell." Yes, of course, that is natural, we answer, and it is because you belong there. Now you know that if you don't work on yourself after death you will descend there. You want to go up, well, you have to fight for it, you have to change your level of Being and go up in order to be selected there. So, it's a matter of working in yourself. It's not like being lazy and thinking "oh yea because I believe in this, or because I believe in that I am going to be there."

This is the great selection of souls, the great selection of the psyche. And in this level in which we are mechanicity doesn't work anymore, we have to use willpower. That is why we the Gnostics say our motto is Thelema, Willpower. All the time we have to remember the Being in order to attract the superior forces from the Being. Not to believe in God, but to remember God from moment to moment, from second after second, in order for those forces that belong to it, our own particular individual God, or Spirit, or whatever you want to name it, to come down and to guide you. And this is how you understand that Elohim means Gods and Goddesses. God is not one, it is many inside. Each one has his own, his own particular part of the whole thing. And of course we rather like to call it intelligence because that intelligence is called Binah; the superior aspect of the Tree of Life that we have to activate and in many lectures we teach how this Binah, this intelligence is related with your physical body and with your internal protoplasmic bodies.

So the great selection started already and Malkuth, the Kingdom, is a filter which will take us to the inferior dimensions or the superior dimensions. It all depends on us, and remember that filter is your physical body. Your physical body is the vehicle that nature gives you as a gift and all depends how you use it. It has all the energies, all the elements you need in order to do this, because it would be unfair to tell you that you have to do it and you say where are the tools, where are the keys? Well all of them are in your body, you have them. The problem is that you are not interested in knowing this and that is why you are just identified with the physical world and despising the clues, the keys that everybody has within.

Now we teach you, we guide you, and we tell you this is the key. Here it is. It is within you: do it, awaken, activate your consciousness. Remember your Being; do not believe in your Being, remember. In order to remember you have to stay awake in the moment, here and now. The omni-presence of your Being is here and now. Do you have questions?

Question: Can you tell us how the laws of nature can take advantage of us, like we are in a state of degeneration, and how we can translate that?

Answer: Yes of course, the laws of nature, how we take advantage of the laws of nature in order to transcend them is what your question is?

Question: How does the law of nature take advantage of us in the state of degeneration?

Answer: How the laws of nature take advantage of us in the state of degeneration that we are? Well the thing is this. Nature in this Malkuth, the Kingdom, gives us the physical body for free, you don't pay for it. The protoplasmic bodies that we have, where we have the mind and the emotions, are also free. Nature gave us that since we were minerals and we evolved with those bodies through the plant kingdom, animal kingdom and we have them right now; is where we have the intellect. That is a gift. So we have to take advantage of that.

When the Monad receives a vehicle with intellect, it immediately starts working on the consciousness in order to jump to another level. The problem is that the consciousness when it is inheriting a body with intellect identifies with the intellect and thinks that is already a human being, is already developed without understanding and comprehending that eventually the internal protoplasmic bodies and physical body will devolve. So nature takes advantage of that because nature needs, listen carefully, needs your protoplasmic bodies in order to give solid consistency in the interior of the Earth. You see the interior of the Earth, the planet needs very low vibrations in order to make it strong and in order to receive those vibrations the planet needs, nature needs the protoplasmic bodies in devolution.

So the devolving protoplasmic bodies channel lunar forces that give solid consistency to the planet. So therefore the protoplasmic bodies are necessary not only on the surface of the planet (in the law of evolution) but also are necessary for the devolution. So therefore nature doesn't care about your beliefs or your practices in your consciousness. Nature knows that your physical body belongs to it. You will die and that will go to the ground and will continue the process, whether you believe, whatever you do not believe. The same with the protoplasmic bodies; Nature will take them down whether you believe in this or you believe in that.

So nature is taking advantage of your own vehicles that She gave you as a gift. So you have to work with a great revolution. That is why it is called the Revolution of the Consciousness, in which you revolt against your own nature, you see? Because the laws that we are taking here about evolution and devolution that act mechanically and that destroy the soul are within you, not outside. You have it in your physical body, you have it in your blood, in the very marrow of your bones. Those are the laws and you have to fight against that. But if you allow those laws to work in a devolving way through you then you are selected by nature in order to go to the inferior dimensions. Just by following degeneration, the devolving way. That is called the broad way that takes us to destruction.

Question: You mentioned Phenotype. What is Phenotype?

Answer: Phenotype is the outcome of the Genotype. The Genotype is where we have the inheritance and accordance to the development, and the environment that we receive in the physical body when we survive in this nature and then the outcome is the Phenotype, which is a species that is of course selected in the struggle. And that Phenotype gives into their offspring another type of Genotype. The Genotype changes according to the activities of the Phenotype. The Phenotype for instance, the characteristics that I have right now in my physical body in my mind, in my emotions, in my personality, that is my Phenotype. And I have and I will transmit that through my Genotype that eventually will create another Phenotype.

That is the natural selection of nature (mechanically) but in our way of course we want to create another type of being; a super human being by transforming the Genotype. That is why the Gnostic work goes directly into the sex. We are teaching superior sex, that is, how to transmute, how to transform the degeneration that we have already in order to transform the Genotype that eventually will give a different Phenotype, but this is done through revolution of the consciousness and not through mechanicity, because if we follow the mechanicity of nature as many people are already doing it, that is, Phenotypes that agree with sexual degeneration and who are degenerating their Genotype.

You see for instance what can you obtain in your Genes, in your sexual genes - because the sexual organ transmits and gives energies - when you connect your sexual organs in another ways (the normal way is the phallus within the vagina that is the normal way) but when the phallus enters into the anus it takes vibrations of the excrement that alter the Genotype and as a consequence degenerate Phenotypes and sicknesses appear in the physical world. So that is degeneration.

Of course the way that we teach is how to alter the Genotype in order to create a superior Phenotype that is different. I don't know if this is understandable. I don't want to go deep into this because this is not related with today's topic. But that is the terms here. The Genotype in relation with the genes, the sex and the Phenotype is your own constitution, which is the outcome of it, the Phenomenon.

Questions: Can you talk about the law of 108 chances that the soul receives to annihilate 50% of degeneration.

Answer: Well when, according to evolution, the essence, the consciousness enters into the humanoid kingdom it receives 108 opportunities - in other words 108 physical bodies with intellect. Because before entering into the humanoid kingdom that soul was receiving irrational animal bodies according to the law of evolution. So the psyche, of course, was acting in the irrational animal kingdom through instinct. Now receives the intellect which is this level in which we are, that is when that soul receives intellect, this is why we call it intellectual animal level because in Latin animal comes from anima which means soul. The soul's mind becomes intellect. The soul acts through a protoplasmic body with intellect and then receives 108 opportunities mathematically according to the superior laws in order to do what they have to do, that is, to go into another level or to go and follow the laws of nature. If you follow the laws of nature, then devolution sinks you into the infra-dimensions. If you revolt against those laws, against your own psyche, your own mind, and you work as we are teaching here, then you go up and you create another type of Genotype and Phenotype. And of course through 108 opportunities.

Question: Is it negotiable?

Answer: Everything is possible when you start doing it. It doesn't matter if you are in your 108th life - if you start doing your work, you receive more bodies with intellect in order to keep your work. If you don't do the work then you no longer receive bodies with intellect but bodies without intellect that we call irrational animals. That is why in many traditions they say that the monkey, the pig and many other animals are devolving animals that come from the humanoid kingdom.

Questions: You mentioned that Limbo is beneath the surface of the Earth and the material world. Does Limbo also include that which is on the surface and what would be called Lunar Astral plane?

Answer: Does Limbo belong to the tridimensional world as well as the inferior? Well we will state this, the inferior Lunar Astral Plane, is what we call Limbo. Lunar because Limbo belongs to the moon, the mechanicity of the moon, mechanical laws of nature; and of course in the lower dimensions of the astral dimension because Limbo belong to the inferior astral dimensions. You can experience Limbo through nightmares. So limbo is that first sphere of the inferior dimensions related with 96 laws, mechanical laws and that vibrates with the protoplasmic bodies (the mind and the emotions in a degenerate state).

So people usually in this day in age vibrate with Limbo because if you see for instance it is rare not to find the laws of Limbo even in Tibet that is invaded by the hoards of people that are related with Limbo. They fight against religion, against Buddhism. Why? Because the laws of Klipoth are not related with the superior laws, taught by Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, etc. In Klipoth people are atheists. Some of them worship atheism. So therefore there is not a single place on this planet Earth where we do not find the vibrations of Limbo vibrating because we agree with degeneration.

You just put on the TV or hear the radio and be aware how everybody is applauding degeneration and accepting it. And they say if you do not accept it you are prejudiced. Right? And they qualify you as somebody with phobias, i.e. if you disagree with homosexuality, they say your are homophobic which means to be afraid of man because homo means man and phobos - fear, fear of man. I am not afraid of man neither of alcohol. But if they ask me if alcoholism is good I say no it is negative, degeneration. Same with homosexuality and lesbianism but it doesn't mean that I am pointing at somebody. If somebody likes that, it is their business not mine, but if someone asks me if I think that is good, I will answer, no it is not. It is completely bad. It belongs to Klipoth. If you want to be selected to Klipoth, it is your own business, but I don't want to be selected to Klipoth, I want to be selected to the superior dimensions. That is why I am working with this revolution of my consciousness and inviting those that want to enter into their revolution to do it as well, but there is always freedom to choose our way. Nobody is going to force you to do it.

So, of course, Klipoth, Limbo is vibrating now in the tridimensional world. Even though we belong to this tridimensional world. But if you observe the laws of adultery and fornication are accepted now in this tridimensional world. There are few people that are against it. That means that Limbo is already vibrating, that the laws of the protoplasmic bodies are already conquering the Earth. We are really in a havoc.

Question: You said that the average person devolves in the infra-dimensions for about a thousand years. What about those that created the solar bodies?

Answer: Well that is according to Karma, the devolution is according to Karma. Those that started creating the solar bodies and eventually decide to go down, well the law punishes them severely, because those that do evil with consciousness, well the laws are severe against them, you know what I mean. In every level the laws are strong. But there is always a way of compassion even in those inferior spheres. If you start changing they help you but that depends on you. So those people with solar bodies they stay more time there because the solar bodies don't belong to nature and in order to disintegrate those bodies takes time, a long time. So I don't advise you, if you create solar bodies, to go down there because you will pass eternities there.

Question: What about those that say that we just wait and eventually everyone will go back to the surface. If you think about the natural evolution then everyone...

Answer: The question is that some people think that if you just wait eventually we will be there. That we will enter into heaven sooner or later. We will say that that is true. You don't need to do anything in order to return to heaven. That is true, but before you have to pass through hell. Of course hell is, or inferno is not what the Catholic Church believes and many other religions that it is eternal. Those infra-dimensions are in eternity, yes, in the dimension that is called Eternity. But Eternity has a beginning and an end as well. It depends. People that enter there are disintegrated in about a thousand years. That people will be there forever and ever, no, that is stupid. They need to pass through a time of purification, we will say. In other words if you don't disintegrate your ego, if you don't do the revolution of the consciousness here in order to go up eventually nature will destroy that for you in the infra-dimensions. That is why the infra-dimensions exist, in order for nature to destroy that. And when you are completely clean, when your consciousness becomes clean in hell, then it is released and returned to the Monad but as a failure. So we will say everybody will be there, but not everybody will become fully developed. You understand that? To become is to awake, to develop consciousness as a Buddha, an illuminated one. For that you have to fight, you have to work and to do the work inside of you and then you return to the same source but as a triumphant person, as a conqueror, an illuminated one, a Buddha as it is called in Sanskrit; but if you don't do it then nature will do it for you and eventually you will return, but as a failure. You will return there and you will be like an ant in comparison with a human being.

To stay in this cosmos, to be alive, to exist in order to return, in order to suffer a lot and to return as a failure, it really doesn't make any sense. For me, of course, I will fight for it. I don't want to return as a failure. It's easy to be a failure: just follow the laws of nature and you will disintegrate. You will return to the superior worlds, yes, but you will not even know why you returned. You will be there, but you won't know.

Question: Explain that...???...in mineral kingdom were once...???...developed the ...???... body but since irrational animals only have two brains and not intellect do they only have a Kamma Ruppa and not a lunar mental body? What about plants and minerals?

Answer: The question is do the plants and minerals have a mental body because people think that the mental body is only intellect. The mental body exists in the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom and the animal kingdom but they don't have intellect. We are the ones that develop intellect. That is why it is stated that we are on the top of mechanical evolution. The same mental body that we have the animals have but not so evolved. The same mental body that the animals have the plants have but not so evolved. The same mental body that the plants have the minerals have but not so evolved. You see? They are evolving little by little in order to reach this level in which we are.

There are many experiments that scientists are doing with plants and minerals in order to discover there that there is some intelligence there, you know? There is intelligence there but not in the same level that we are. Of course above us there is more intelligence, higher levels of intelligences but we are not going to enter there automatically or mechanically, no! we have to do the effort. We have to use willpower in order to enter there.

If you don't do anything, if you just go home and turn on the TV and watch your soap opera or football or baseball, whatever and after that you go to the bar and drink some beers whatever or go to another party enjoy and eat Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, and whatever you wish, you will never go there. You need to work on yourself. If you like to do that, do it but consciously. Work on yourself, remember yourself. You have to select your food.

Question: How is devolving through hell experienced? A long nightmare? a sensation of burning and real (similair to physical) pain?

Answer: Hell is a plane from Nature which is similar to the physical chaotic environment which is now on Earth.

The souls of people that enter hell establish themselves in it according to the devolving laws of each of its nine circles. They have the same customs which they had when they were physically here, yet in a very degrading and denser way. So, they adapt themselves to the same yet devolving environment, such as they had on the surface of the Earth. The Hierarchs from the black lodge are obeyed by these billions of failed souls.

Protoplasmic sensation of burning and pain is more real than physical sensation since the protoplasmic matter is more sensitive than the physical matter.

Question:. So essences that are devolving, devolve in hell, but while beeing purified enter into devolving animals right?

Answer: No! devolving essences first enter into devolving animals that live on the surface of the Earth, then they sink definitively into submerged devolution.

Question: So is this also experienced that way? that devolving essences feel the ego's dying as well as living/dying in devolving animals at the same time?

Answer: No! as we stated above, before sinking definitively into submerged devolution until the second death that crudely occurs in the eighth and ninth circles, dying and living in devolving physical animals is just a prelude for devolving essences.

Question: An instructor told that after essences are purified they have an edenic evolving experience until the humanoid kingdom where the consciousness is lost through the orgasm. So that would be reason for some hope for right? How long does it take for an essence to enjoy the evolving edenic process into humanoids?

If it takes more than 1000 years we could say that for essences (that don't seek initation) on a large view and timescale have hell as night and evolution as day. Or hell as pain and evolution as bliss. Repeated 3000 times.

Essences have 3000 x 108 births in order to acquire mastery, in this present rootrace on this earth very few aspire initation. but is their knowledge about how many essences overall aquired mastery in one of their lives? is it 50/50, a lot less, or as less as here on earth?

Answer: The essences are purified after they have descended from circle to circle to the ninth circle where their ego is completely disintegrated, then, and only then they ascend in an Edenic evolving experience until the humanoid kingdom where the consciousness is lost again through the orgasm. So they receive again 108 humanoid opportunities. There is no stipulated time for the evolution of the essence in the evolving Edenic process into humanoids

In the humanoid kingdom, essences have 108 births in order to acquire mastery, in many root races on the surface of many planets through the 3000 cosmic cycles that happen through many Mahamanvantaras.

Do you have another question? Well this is not the end, unfortunately for your ego more lectures come. But let me tell you: I invite you to practice in order to experience what we say here, because most of the things that I was telling you I experienced them and I have faith because I am touching and seeing things and I want you to do the same thing. Here we are not trying to convince sceptical people because that is a waste of time. If the sceptical wants to prove things, let him or let her experience by himself/herself in his/her own flesh, psyche, etc., then this is how they will have proof. Thank you very much.

Since we are limited in our current human incarnation we do not know; we are, in fact, fools!

How to remove hidden darkness, a message from Kuthumi

Please note that reading this information will have an effect on you. You will energetically be linked with the Channelling being and a similar process facilitated with you. It is not exactly the same as being in the presence of the channelling Master, however the effects are just as powerful. Do not concern yourself too much regarding time lines given to the participants in the channelling. You will be taken through a similar one in accordance with your Divine Plan, Timing & Purpose.

I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the Rays of Love and Wisdom, to greet each of you this morning and to bring unto each of you the blessings of trust, insight, receptivity and awareness. Greetings, Beloved ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with each one of you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the Heart of Christ, and securely upon the Hands of God.

Beloved ones, as we gather with you in the presence of the Christ Light, we extend our Light, our Love and our Support to each of you in the creation of the geometric grids and energy formations that shall contribute to the clearing process you shall experience today.

The attachment of entities is something that is not paid much attention to. There is not much that is spoken about it either; however, it is important that people be aware of how the energies outside of the self, and through the self, impact on your life. There are a number of forms of entity attachments, a number of different types of entities, and these energies are able to interact with the 3rd dimension. Their realms within the 4th dimensional astral belt, is a realm that feeds the darkness, if we can call it this, of their consciousness - the awareness of the dark self, i.e. the awareness that exists within the unenlightened self. Darkness is only ever the absence of light, and when light particles become stagnant darkness ensues. Therefore to transmute darkness all one really needs to do is simply get the light particles active again. This is done through the powerful Law of Attraction through the Laws of Intention and conscious co-creation. This not only applies to the external world, but very much to yourself as well. You have heard of trapped souls, lost souls, you have heard of entities in the forms of other creatures - reptilians, draconians, greys, and many others. These are simply names given to a force that chooses to focus on darkness. Now that I have explained what darkness is, perhaps you will understand how it is that darkness comes into being and why.

When any person, regardless of who they are, regardless of their spiritual development, emotional or mental development chooses to focus primarily on darkness, or anything that lacks light, they stand the risk of attracting entities. That is not the only thing that attracts entities though; there are also many, many Lightworkers who attract the attention of such beings because of the amount of light emitted. These entities, even though they focus on darkness by choice, have an inner desire to be set free. But, because they do not know how, they remain within the quagmire of that darkness, desiring the light. The moment the light is seen they will gravitate toward it, and this is why we have said to Lightworkers on numerous occasions, that one needs to be emotionally mature, mentally mature, and spiritually mature within equal balance, because you can be as spiritually advanced as any of the greatest gurus on the planet but if you are in a state of emotional arrested development at the age of 5 and you spend your life reacting from the ego - entities will attach to that energy. And in fact it is the immature Lightworkers on an emotional level, or on a mental level, that run the greatest risk of entity attachment simply because the light of the spirit catches their (entities’) attention, they come forward, and oh my goodness, what a feast, because the emotionally or mentally unintelligent aspects of self, are delving in the darkness, dabbling with all of those negative energies. So, you are literally a buffet of both sweet and sour, main meal and pudding so to speak! (Laughter)

Many have said "But if I don't pay attention to entities then why should they interfere with me?" Yes, that is correct. However, if you are focusing in any area of your life, on the limitations, the negativities, then you run the risk of an entity attaching to you. So, all the teachings that have come forward, all of the books that are available, and now even "The Secret" which I am sure all of you can see very clearly consists of all the messages that I, Kuthumi, and many of the other Ascended Masters have been delivering for the past 50 years to humanity through a number of channels. It's all there - all the tools are at your disposal, and every single person has access to it now. The coming of "The Secret" so to speak, is the confirmation that mass consciousness is being given the opportunity to break free.

This has come about as a result of some of the "plug" removals that have taken place. I would like to just cover a bit of that topic before I continue explaining entity attachments. "Plugs" are implants that were placed within you at various times throughout your evolution. These have been placed there by a number of different entities for a number of different reasons, the main reason of course being to keep you in a state of dis-empowerment, to keep you a victim. But now you all know that you are only a victim once, and after that you volunteer for the experience. (Laughter) Just in case you were beginning to say "oh yes, I have been a victim, poor me!" (Laughter)

The removal of these plugs has taken place over a long period of time now at an accelerated rate, and most of you have had this automatically done by your personal guides. I, Kuthumi have performed this personally and there have been a number of other systems and modalities that have facilitated the release of these implants; the memory blockers, if you like. These were inserted within different areas of the body and interfered with the central nervous system, and the body's ability to read energy in it’s surroundings. The dormancy of certain levels of the nervous system, and in fact the majority of the brain, has kept humanity ignorant regarding the power of the soul in a human body, therefore the power of the human. All of this is changing now; it has already been in a state of change and all of you are able to maintain these changes.

The "plugs" from the 7 main chakras will all be removed today, and with the help of the Pleiadian Masters and Lord Melchizedek with the sacred geometric formations that shall be brought forth, the next 33 days will be a process of simply dismantling all of these "plugs" so to speak, or transmuting the plug into a key, which in itself is a very powerful process. You have completed what is called the "Kali Yuga" - The Great Sleep. This ended a long time ago, and the more you have worked with yourself the closer you have come to reclaiming that full awareness, full consciousness, full memory recall. This memory recall will be attained in your current incarnation, if you choose so. And you will choose so simply by making the simple choice to practice the Divine Principles of Attraction, and becoming the master of your life.

Most of you have been exposed to a great deal of my teachings. And over the past 3 years specifically, my teachings have focused on guiding you, directing you into the self, into those places of power where "The Secret" as they now call it, exists. And now we tell you, you are going to find THE secret about "The Secret", and perhaps there will be some deeper secrets about the secret of "The Secret". (Laughter) Doesn't this sound like a bit of an add on to the "Da Vinci Code"? Yes? (more laughter) Everyone adding their opinion and so on and so forth, so let us jump in before that starts! We are going to give you the secret within the secret and all their secrets! (peals of laughter) Perhaps you would like to divulge a few secrets? Make up your own secret, but of course it is no longer a secret because everyone knows about it! So why do they call it "The Secret"? Any clue? Me neither! (much laughter)

Understanding that the lighter side of life is what keeps energy flowing is what will lead you into the realms of full memory recall. Humour, laughter, lightness are all the key ingredients to maintaining those foundations you are creating for yourself. One of the reasons I have been emphatic over the last while about bringing forth information regarding the blackness of gossip, judgement, criticism and ridicule of others is for this reason. You cannot come into a full state of memory if you are holding on to darkness. When you sit in judgement of another, you are indulging in darkness. When you gossip about others, you are dabbling in darkness. When you sit with envy and hatred in your heart towards another you are dabbling in darkness. Jealousy, greed, lust; all of those vices are the portals to the dimensions of darkness. You have been on an intensive journey of moving away from those dimensional influences and into the fluid universe, which is what all the 6th dimensional work was all about that I delivered to you not so long ago.

The anchoring of the fluid universe - the 6th Ray of Fluid Love was a part of that, and perhaps those of you were participating at that time will remember that we said that no one will be able to access the true abundance of the Christ Consciousness through the 8th dimension unless, they come through the 6th dimension of fluid love. Everything we say is with purpose, because we are working with the bigger picture. We give you pieces of the puzzle, and we help you put it all together; all that we ask of you is that you listen, trust us, and apply what you are learning. Even in the moments when you think to yourself that your spiritual pathway is in actual fact a cosmic joke, and you have been the centre of the theme of the universe's humour; or this channels favourite one - God has lost His marbles and turning her world upside down looking for them! (Laughter)

All of it this has a purpose; Spirit never acts without a purpose. There are an infinite number of plans coming together. There is a Plan A, most of you have a Plan B and C, the Universe goes all the way to Plan Z! (Laughter) There is never ever an aspect overlooked; everything is considered. Therefore when we suggest to you to take time to retreat, we are saying it for a reason. When we ask you to rest your body, to pay attention to what your body is feeling, we are saying it for a reason. When we say to you gossip, criticism, judgment, rejection & ridicule is black magic, we mean it. And this is not only when you project it to others; it is even worse when you do it to yourself. Don Miguel Ruiz, who anchored the teachings of "The Four Agreements", acknowledges and reiterates the teachings of the Masters that gossip is the blackest magic of all because words are so powerful.

Now let me paint a picture here for you, beloved ones. Words are power, because they embody vibrations, vibrations that you might not necessarily feel, or even understand. But you do feel the effects of the vibrations of these words. When someone whom you care deeply for says "I love you", your body responds in a positive manner. If something negative is said to you by the same person, your body goes into shock, it withdraws and feels emotional and often even physical pain. It is the vibration of those words as well as your understanding of the definition of those words that hurts you. Now that's what it does when it is done face to face. When people sit amongst themselves with the sole purpose of gossiping about other people's lives, simply because they do not particularly like their lifestyle, or the way they choose to think, or because they are jealous of the person, envy, or do not understand the person, then you are playing with fire. That energy creates the formation, the vibration of that energy is a callout to entities - "Hello, here I am, come and get me, I have some "food" for you, a whole big bowl of some really nice, yummy negative energy!" This is something that all need to be aware of.

Now it goes even bigger than that. How many times have you walked into your supermarket and there are magazines all over the place screaming out "LATEST GOSSIP!"? What energy is that emitting, huh? What is it inviting you to do? It is inviting you to get involved in the drama of other peoples lives, people you do not even know! It is distracting you from the purpose of your life, distracting you from what is important for you. It is much easier to hone in on, and harp on other people's issues and point out how bad they are, how insecure they are, how out of integrity they are, and have broken down certain things which you believe were broken down, which you believe was lacking in integrity. Yet, you do not know the full essence of that individual's life. If you are speaking about someone who's had an affair and you judge them, "Oh my goodness, I thought he was so spiritual and so committed" or "Oh my goodness, I thought she was a healer, and look what she has just done". What do know about their lives, and the circumstances that lead to their behaviour? You know nothing of it. You are focusing on the surface, and when you do this you open the trap doors of the 4th dimensional astral plane and you literally invite the negative energies in to join in on your gossip.

The other thing that you are doing - now that you know about The Secret and the Law of Attraction this should be easy - the words that you are speaking, you are speaking into existence for yourself! So what happens is, other people are going to gossip about you, point fingers at you, reject you and accuse you of being out of integrity, etc! Why do you think that is? Because you have spoken it into existence, you have focused on that, and you have woven magic. You have created your own black magic. This makes room for entities to attach and feed off the energy that you have created in that environment. The person or people whom you are judging, criticising or gossiping about, is then under psychic attack from you, and you will be held responsible for that. Every person participating in the activity of gossiping, etc. has incurred karma with that person, and it will have to be balanced. So, gossiping creates negative karma for you.

The person who is energetically at the receiving end is impacted upon dramatically, so much so that they can become physically ill. Have you ever been at the receiving end of someone’s criticism, accusations, judgments and gossip? Or should I rather ask, is there anyone here who has never experienced that? Is there anyone here?

I didn't think so. How did it feel? I'm sure that if you think back now you will be able to recall that it may have felt like all the energy was drained from your body, as if you became weak - shock, disbelief, sadness, grief, anger, guilt, and shame - all of these emotions inside of you. And these are the exact same emotions that are evoked in others if and when you do the same thing. So, entities attaching themselves is done in the twinkling of an eye, and they have greater access to you than you realize. It is vital that you understand the subtleties of attracting them into your space. I must add at this point that when one is speaking to one other person, maximum 2 other people about an issue you have, someone else, or your thoughts or your feelings regarding the actions of another, or getting something off your chest so to speak, it is a different scenario, because your intention is not to gossip or attack, your intention is to release, to have a shoulder to cry on, someone to give you perhaps some directives, insights or clarity around what you are feeling. In some cases it will require you and 3 other people so that the structure of the 4 elements is in place. You always bring Spirit into that situation where Spirit mediates the energies and facilitates the transmutation. But if you have an issue with someone and you are speaking to perhaps one, two or three of your very best friends, or a very good friend and a therapist, that is fine. But then going on to every other Dick, Tom and Harriet, speaking about the so called injustice that this person did to you …well then my beloved darlings, you are gossiping! You are creating psychic slush which will attract to you an entity to feed off of that energy. Plain and simple. Is this clear to all of you?

Very well. The other reason behind me giving you this information is because you do not have to waste your precious energy and precious time focusing on the dramas of other people's lives, when there is so much in your own life that requires your attention. And it may not necessarily be issues that need to be fixed; that energy you can use creatively instead. That is energy you can use to fuel your life, to be inspired, to come up with new creations, new ideas, to invest that energy in your life, in your service work, in your healing practice, in your career, or whatever it is you choose to do. Draw that energy into YOU and direct it along the flow of your purpose and your plan. Remember, being lured into conversations about other people's lives, other than in a healing situation, is being tempted to ignore your own life. You are being distracted from what is important. So, negativity literally drives you to distraction. By ignoring the self you drive yourself to distraction; fearing silent time with the self drives you to distraction; fearing creation drives you to distraction. Fear period, drives you to distraction.

So, an entity is let in. What does it do? It attaches to you through the most vulnerable chakra, usually the solar plexus or the sacral chakra. After a period of time you feel listless, depressed, angry, everything is irritating you, everyone you see irritates you, and everybody's issues irritate you, and the more irritated, frustrated and angry you become the more delicious a meal you are! So that entity will ensure that your focus remains on more negativity because that's what feeds it. As much as it desires the light, it needs what keeps it alive - your fear, your negativity.

Anything angry attracts negativity. Now, I am speaking not about having a bad day, or a bad few days. When it goes on and on and on, then you have a 98% chance that there is an entity attached. Sometimes, entities attach through a living space. Entities may be within spaces you physically enter into. It could be a home you move into, land you are living upon, a place you visit, even driving through an area that you sense as being extremely heavy and dark has these negative presences. They exist because negativity exists. They will latch onto you if you choose to harp on negatives and I repeat, this does not apply to having a bad day or a bad week, but during that time I urge you to do something about it, to take yourself through a process to get to the depths of what is aggravating you. There are a number of modalities, and I know most of you already have your therapists that you visit. Keep them busy, that's what they are there for! This will clear you.

The lighter you keep yourself, the more difficult it is for them to attach. Why? Because the vibrations of light are so fast and so high they are unable to attach to it because their frequency is a lot denser than that of light, so there is no means to "hook in", or to latch on, or extend a cord into any of your vulnerable chakras. Many times entities use situations where drugs are involved; even where excess alcohol consumption is involved, that brings about this creation. This particular creation is a kind of template, a signature, a calling card if you like, that alerts the entity to your availability. Now, utilizing drugs and the over-indulgence of alcohol on a regular basis is very dangerous. Alcohol consumption creates a channel within the body which passes through all the chakras and as it passes through these chakras it leaves a seed of negativity. Therefore alcohol consumed on a regular basis plants these seeds. You are conceiving these seeds through the excessive alcohol because of it's vibration and in terms of what it does to the body, which causes the degenerative process.

Now drugs have a different effect on the body to alcohol. Where alcohol has a more physical effect drugs work on many other levels, and impact on the 3rd eye and crown chakras the most. It begins the degeneration of the pituitary and the pineal glands impacting tremendously on the hypothalamus. This moves into the cerebral cortex of the brain where another degenerative process begins. Now if drugs and alcohol are being consumed together, all the brain cells that are being dehydrated swell to allow for more of this negative energy to enter into the body. A dehydrated body is very vulnerable to negative energy as well. Now when the brain is so toxic and intoxicated by both the substances, oh my goodness, you have literally opened the gates to hell, so to speak. Especially with individuals who have no idea what they are opening themselves up to.

Many have said using mind altering drugs, when you know what you are doing, is safe. No it's not, especially if there are still traumas locked in your body. If you still have deep wounds, you are running the risk of opening yourself up to something that you may not know how to deal with. Alcohol does not have the same impact as drugs do; what we say is, be very careful of any individual coming to you under the guise of Spiritual Journey, or any kind of introspective journey utilizing mind altering substances. If you are completely clear in all your processes, then by all means go for it! But if there is any trauma still in your body/cells, then you are putting yourself at great risk, even if there are facilitators holding you in the space. You open yourself to the astral world where things exist that you cannot even comprehend. The reason they exist is because humanity has brought it into existence through negativity and fear, and each of them build upon themselves. So being in an environment where there is a lot of alcohol consumption, drug abuse, means not only are you partying with your friends but with a couple of invisible buddies too! And who’s to say what's on their menu?! (Laughter)

Most of the alcohol and drug related entities are probably the size of a 2 year old child, yet, the orifice known as the mouth looks like one of your sea creatures called the shark, and this entity literally clamps into the Seat of the Soul, which is located at the back of the neck over the occipital area where the medulla oblongata is. It then feeds a pipe into the Seat of your Soul, all the way into your cerebral cortex, extends it into the pineal gland, into the pituitary gland, and literally sucks the light out of you. It also feeds off all of the information in your brain, it feeds off all of the information in your Cerebral Spinal Fluid because it can tap into your central nervous system. Therefore, it has access to all your parallel existences, and God help any one of your parallel existences having a hard time because, oh my goodness, it is going to pull that negativity into your space as well. Which is why individuals have had so called exorcisms performed where they are literally possessed by aspects of their parallel or alternate selves that have been so traumatised by an event, and then having part of their energy self yanked through time and space and merged with your template. This is also where entities seeking an avenue of expression can take over your energy and direct itself through your life. This has happened and does still happen. This however happens 9,5 out of 10 times to people who do not know what they are doing, playing with energies they do not understand, which is why ignorance is so dangerous.

If you are drawn to anything, research it before you become involved in it. If you are going to go on a holiday, surely you would like to know where you are going, what is there and where you will be staying? If you are going to embark upon a new career, surely you are going to find out more about what that career entails, more about the company you might choose to apply for a job with? In your physical life you do that, why not with the rest? It is just as important. All of this information is very important because you are going to come into contact with individuals who are suffering as a result of entity attachments. It may not be as intense as a possession, but individuals who are so down, depressed and disillusioned with life that they do not know what to do, where to go, or whom to turn to. These are the kinds of people that will be drawn to you. And with this knowledge at your disposal you will be in a position to inform them with vital, valuable information, educating them as well as yourself.

Today’s lesson goes right into the very core of your being, because it is not just about judging or gossiping about another, it is about you. It is also about the intentions that drive you, that become a part of your grid determining your external life. As more and more plugs are removed, the more you remember, the more you become aware of, the more attractive you are not only to physical human beings, but to those other entities as well. You are however empowered with the knowledge that they cannot interfere with you when you know what to do. So, this bit of theory so to speak, is the very important ground plan for you, the foundation that you will work from. I must add, Lord Melchizedek is asking me to repeat to you that it is vital that you do not become involved in other people's drama through gossip, judgment, criticism, ridicule etc, because it will reverse the creation of the sacred geometric forms we are about to create with you. In fact, he is saying that everything that will be done today will either be dismantled or completely reversed by those kinds of energies because it will turn the light particles into dark, stagnant energy. So any kind of density; deliberate density, will stop what you are going to do today.

So beloved ones, be aware of who you place yourself with - that is the power of discernment. Be aware of the conversations you get involved in. Be aware of your reading material, what you watch on your television, because even what you watch on your television, what you hear on your radio, what you read in a book, all influences your thoughts. It is a vibration. You become involved in what is being played out through these mediums and it becomes a part of your reality - which is why humanity experiences the level of violence, victimization, hatred and destruction that it does. Because what does the average human on Planet Earth indulge in most of the time? Just have a look at the top selling movie titles in movie houses, the top selling magazines, the lyrics to the music on your hit parades, and there you have your answer. That is how powerful the Law of Attraction is. That is how powerful you are, every single one of you on Earth, because humanity has created the world you live in. Your world today is an outer reflection of the inner world of every human on the planet.

So, let us begin with the energy aspect of today's transmission. Please make yourself comfortable.

Relax your body by breathing in deeply, exhaling fully and just allowing your muscles to become soft, and shut your eyes if you haven't already. Take another deep breath in, exhaling through your mouth, allowing all the muscles in your body to relax. Become aware of relaxing the muscles in your scalp, the muscles around your eyes, the muscles around your mouth, your jaw, and your neck. Drop your shoulders, relax your chest, relax your stomach, allow all the muscles in your back to relax, your arms, your hands. Allow your hips to become soft sinking into your seat. Relax your upper thighs, relax your calf muscles, your ankles and your feet, and breathe.

We ask you now to consciously invoke the presence of all your personal guides, Masters and Angels, (pause), and accompanying them is Lord Melchizedek, and 13 of the Pleiadian Masters of Light. (pause) These 13 Pleiadian Masters represent the 12 strands of your DNA and you, the conscious human self being the 13th element. They represent the 12 pathways of your destiny, the 12 aspects of your masculine and feminine, the 12 months of your year, the 12 hours of daylight, and the 12 hours of night time, with you always being the 13th element.

Lord Melchizedek represents the empowered decision maker, action taker, and teacher, guide and instructor with you through your intuition. When you are ready allow the 13 Pleiadian Masters to step into your sacred energy field, and to gather closely around you. As they do this, they link up with your 12 strands of DNA (pause). The 13th Pleiadian Master links up with you, the human you are here and now. (pause) They also send energy out to six parallel lives representing past, and six representing future, all linked from you here and now; the 13th element. (pause) They connect with the 12 months of your year, the 12 hours of day, and 12 hours of night, the six aspects of your masculine and the 6 aspects of your feminine. (pause) Breathe as this grid is constructed, and relax. (pause)

Lord Melchizedek now manifests himself directly in front of you with the Pleiadian Masters gathered closely around you. He looks into your eyes and asks you to please hold his gaze. (pause) While he does this, he now begins to emit a powerful sound vibration from his throat, which extends to your throat chakra, (pause). This vibration now begins creating a ripple energy through your energy field, and through your six past and six future time lines. Your six masculine, your six feminine aspects, and all the other energies and locations the Pleiadian Masters are linked into. This ripple vibration embodies Divine Decoders that automatically begin activating the grid of entity detachment. This grid is always divinely created by the Divine Mother and the Divine Father at the moment you come into Being. It is a Divine Expression of our Cosmic Parents as was created for this very purpose, but could only be integrated when you were ready; when you asked for it. The reason being, that this cloak creates a kind of invisibility so to speak, around you. However, it also requires of you to embark upon a powerful journey of maturing. Therefore any aspect of you that is in any state of arrested development will be addressed, and will be urged to be revived, so that it can catch up with the rest of yourself.

So, beloved ones, if you are consciously willing to embark upon this journey of maturing, and are consciously willing and ready to undergo the journey of reclaiming the aspects of you that have been in an arrested state of development, then give Lord Melchizedek the go ahead. If there are any of you who do not wish to do this, then we ask you please, if you would be so kind as to move out of the circle for now, and rejoin us when the activation is complete. (long pause)

Imagine a slight tingling sensation moving up your spine, some of you may even feel a warmth accompanying it. (pause) Become aware now of this energy coming into your base chakra from the centre of your pelvic area, up your spine, and imagine it penetrating your brain stem as it moves it's way into the Pineal Gland, the Pituitary Gland, and all the cells of your brain. (pause) As this energy flows up your spine, it begins to filter into the spinal nerves until it is completely at one with your central nervous system. (pause) This is the connecting cords that link you to this cloak, which is the Sacred Cloak of Divinity which holds the internal Blue Print of our Cosmic Parents, which becomes your shield of invisibility. (pause) The energy along your spine might intensify, some of you may feel it concentrating on a specific chakra; just allow it to flow and breathe into the chakra if you feel any energy becoming stuck or too intense. (pause) Visualize it as a free flowing river of light. This energy comes from the core of Mother Earth's body, which is a physical manifestation of an aspect of our Divine Cosmic Mother, and it is from this physical aspect of her that she feeds the light into you. (pause)

You will now begin to notice that Lord Melchizedek's eyes become lighter and almost fluid-like. (pause) Your vision might become slightly blurred as you continue to look at him, and you will notice that out of each eye a 3-dimensional star tetrahedron comes forth hovering between you and he. These two star tetrahedrons come from the heart chakras of our Divine Cosmic Parents, and as you observe them you will notice they move towards each other, becoming one. (pause) Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale this star tetrahedron expands and it continues to expand until it can comfortably accommodate you, the Pleiadian Masters, your guides, and Lord Melchizedek. (pause) All we ask you to do now is just let your body respond to the energies that you are now being exposed to. These energies are being emitted from the star tetrahedron, very finely tuned energies that penetrate your 4 lower bodies, and begin restructuring the systems through which you respond to life. (pause) It also begins penetrating the 7 chakras of your physical body, and activates the transmutation process of any plug into a key, a key to the door of your freedom. (pause)

Lord Melchizedek now raises his hands; he opens his palms and thousands of geometric shapes, forms and energies spew forth from his hand chakras, and they begin to swirl around your body creating a vibration that initiates the most powerful entity detachment you have experienced to date. (pause) Just breathe as these energies merge with your energy field, each of them embodying a very intricate system of information. They open the pathways to the light, through which all density passes, and is transmuted into light. (pause) These thousands of sacred geometric shapes, forms and vibrations completely alter the sound of your vibrational frequency, and increases it's pitch which automatically dislodges any entity-like attachment in the form of thoughts, emotions, attitudes, belief systems, perceptions, expectations and fears. Just allow it to happen. (pause)

The 13th Pleiadian Master very gently places the palm of it's left hand over your crown chakra to ease the flow of the energy coming out through your crown. The vibration coming from this Master's hand also expands the Pituitary Gland's capacity to absorb light, and filters it into the Pineal Gland, and this begins to alter the physiological structure of your eyes, your ears and your ability to more freely utilize your 3rd eye. (pause) The physiological changes that will take place as a result are part and parcel for this particular healing and release. (pause) The transformation that you have said "yes" to is, and will continue to alter the structures of your life, ensuring that anything reflecting the entity attachments, the limitations as a result of the plugs and other implants be removed completely, resulting in you standing within the essence and presence of one of your most pristine life templates. What this will do for you beloved ones, is literally give you a clean slate. Many of you will find yourself making changes at an extremely rapid rate. All of these changes are direct reflections of the changes you are making inside of you, as a result of your choice, your willingness to be free of all the attachments in your life, everything that represents stagnation, darkness, illusion, limitation, and everything that carries the message that you are trapped, that you are powerless, will be removed, will be transmuted, will be transformed because through your maturing process, none of that will be able to remain either.

You have chosen a complete refurbishment of your life. (pause) The body which is your home, the structure of your life, therefore, your physical home, your physical career, people that have been a part of your life, things you have been involved in may all change, because it is no longer a part of you. Take another deep breath in and relax (pause) The frequency at which the sacred geometric creations are now being implemented within your energy field speeds up and our Cosmic Parents; the Divine Father God and the Divine Mother God now step into this space and they personally place the cloak over you, blessing you in love and acknowledging the choice you have made today. And it is through this choice that the revelations will come. (pause) It is through this choice that you will be released from the cycles of darkness, the attachments to any dimension of darkness, and you step into your role as an Emissary of Freedom. (pause) Breathe in deeply, exhaling fully, as you allow this cloak to settle. (pause)

Now the 12 Pleiadian Emissaries begin moving around your body in an anti-clockwise direction. As they do this they are emitting energies that are creating an anti-clockwise spiral around you, and as this spiral moves it begins to suck out of your energy field, and especially the 4 lower bodies, any residual attachment energy from any entity in any form whatsoever, through every dimension, every parallel and alternate reality, through every aspect of your masculine and your feminine self, through every thought process motivated by your emotional, by your spiritual and by your physical self. (pause) All of the portals to the 4th dimensional astral plane that have been active in your energy field are now placed within an incubator; those portals will not be shut down, they will simply be held within these incubators. These incubators will at a time in your journey completely transmute them into portals that lead you into the dimensions where the Almighty I Am Presence and Monad Self exists. But there is a journey that accompanies it, and you will know when the transmutation process has taken place. (pause)

I want you now just to observe what is going on in your mind, your feelings, your emotions and your body. (pause) An incredible adaptation is busy taking place in your body, not just cellularly, not just through your DNA, but atomically; the particles that exist between the atoms inside your body are readjusting themselves because the frequency is completely different. You are already different; your choice to cease dabbling in darkness has changed you forever, your choice to participate in what is unfolding today is a step into a new dimension within the fluid universes that will lead you into worlds of immense creativity, recognition, realization and activity. Therefore, any plugs that were in your chakras that have been transmuted into keys will be utilized to open those dimensional passages into the fluid universe and this will happen gracefully, and automatically. Breathe in deeply. We notice that some of you are feeling a little queasy. The nausea is related to fear; my words have brought up a sense of unknowingness, not knowing what to expect, that classic fear of the unknown. Just breathe through it and let it be transmuted into the excitement of the potential of what the future brings you. (pause)

Breathe into the back of your neck, as some of you are also experiencing some tightness and discomfort in that area. Rotate your neck if you must. Just allow this flow to happen. The pain, the nausea, the discomfort, the fear are all reactions from the ego. You are leading now. You are quite capable of showing your ego that you know that by trusting Spirit, trusting you, everything always will be perfect. (pause)

Now beloved ones, Lord Melchizedek begins changing the flow of energy, the Pleiadian Masters now begin to walk in a clock-wise direction, creating a clock-wise spiral which now begins to absorb an immense amount of geometric vibrations specifically which is a sound very new to the cells of your body. This particular sound rearranges the form in which the cells usually lie, this form creates a new formation, this formation in itself becomes genetic designs that will be carried through to the future. These geometric forms become geometric pictures which form the new genetic design that supports not only you, but your children. Now continue breathing as you visualize this powerful sound moving into you and through you along the genetic frequencies connecting with your children if you have any, and moving out to connect with your biological parents and siblings if you have any, regardless of whether they are all in physical form or not. (pause) This activates the same opportunity for them, the opportunity to make the choice as to whether they will continue to dabble in the dark side or choose to step into the lightness of living their own life, taking responsibility and allowing the maturing process to unfold. If your children are under the age of 10, they will have automatically chosen what you have chosen today and will follow in your footsteps. (pause)

Now beloved ones, we ask you to spontaneously allow any geometric shape to enter your mind (pause). Fill this shape with the most brilliant and powerful light and energy you can imagine. (pause) Now direct this geometric form to where your home is geographically located, and imagine this massive form filled with this powerful light and energy very gently descending upon your home. (pause) Expand it so that it envelops the entire property upon which your home stands. (pause) Take a deep breath in, and as you breathe out blow and this activates the energy within the sacred geometric form. (pause) And this releases the clearing power, the transmutative power within this geometric form, and takes every ounce of negativity in your home, transmuting it. It absorbs it from animals in your home if you have any, it completely transforms the life force of the flora in your home and on your land. The structure of your home begins absorbing this light, and the transmutation has begun, the release of those entity attachments is now fully active.

Everyone living in your home will undergo the same process. Anyone who enters your home with ill intent will automatically be placed within a specific geometric field which will contain their negativity, or they will leave within a very short period of time. People within your home, sharing living space with you in the form of domestic helpers, house mates, lovers, a partner who has completed your contract with, fearful children who do not want to claim their own independence and move on, and tenants, will be affected by this and will move from your space if they choose not to integrate the lightness of life into their space. This powerful energy that you have created and this geometric form will also serve as a vehicle of invisibility around your home, shielding you from the influences of the negativity of the collective consciousness. It does however require a large degree of awareness on your level. Your level of awareness is high, therefore you need to tune in, you need to be aware of what is happening in your home, around your home and the moment you feel uneasy, a little down, bring in this energy and reactivate this geometric grid.

If you go into a negative space, bring these energies into you. However, if you choose to fall into the realms of ignorance once more, it will take as little as 5 days to completely dismantle these geometric grids, simply because the density that that negativity embodies dislodges the high vibration of the light; the light literally pulls away from it, especially if there is an intention of rejecting that high frequency light, which is why you will experience separation of sorts; for those who embody the density, that choose to reject the high vibrational intensity of the light; it will separate. But what you will be left with is far more valuable than anything material upon your planet you could ever imagine, even all the money in the world.

Take 3 deep breaths in and out, as Lord Melchizedek and your Pleiadian Masters now begin to recalibrate your body, realigning all of the energies (pause) For now we just want you to relax and become soft inside (pause) Give yourself over to the light, the light you have attracted, the light you have co-created (pause) Imagine yourself walking into the life you so deeply desire (pause) Imagine yourself absorbing the light within that life, and everything it entails (pause) Remember to focus on that which you choose to create, that which you choose to feel. (pause) You are programmed to do it, because it is the magnetic law of the universe, and cannot be any other way. This law works all the time, regardless of where you are, who you are, or what you are thinking, saying, or doing. It is working. (pause)

Take another deep breath in, relaxing. (pause) Please remember this clearing will continue. The next 33 days are very important. You will continue to be held within the grids that have been created - Lord Melchizedek present, the Pleiadian Masters present, and your personal guides. You can use these processes for protection for yourself and for your loved ones simply by projecting a geometric form that comes to mind, like you did for your home just now. (pause) The clockwise spiral begins to slow down until it is vibrating in perfect alignment with the chakras of your physical body, and everything inside you and all around you comes into a gentle state of peace. (pause) And relax. (pause)

Give thanks now for all you have received, for all you have learnt. Give thanks for everything that has been transmuted, and give thanks for everything that shall move on to follow it's own path, should it not resonate with the divine path you have chosen. Even though this was channeled in 2005, Kuthumi has asked that it be republished now (Aug 2007) because it is an important process making up part of the essential clearing we are all going through, so as to be able to fully integrate the energy of the new grids currently being anchored on earth.

Please note that reading this information will have an effect on you. You will energetically be linked with the Channelling being and a similar process facilitated with you. It is not exactly the same as being in the presence of the channelling Master, however the effects are just as powerful. Do not concern yourself too much regarding time lines given to the participants in the channelling. You will be taken through a similar one in accordance with your Divine Plan, Timing & Purpose.


I am Kuthumi, and I come forward upon the rays of love and wisdom to greet each of you at this time and to bring unto you the blessings of tranquillity, blessings of faith, of inner sight and understanding. Greetings, Beloved Ones.

And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we gather with you upon this day as we hold you firmly within the heart of Christ and securely upon the hands of God.

Beloved Ones, the sacred activation and initiation taking place today is one that serves to align you on yet another level with your 5th dimensional consciousness and in so doing, aligning you with your crystalline consciousness as well as your crystal body. The heart chakra is certainly one of the most vulnerable chakras that humanity works with on a daily basis. Most people relate to the heart chakra easier than any other one as far as understanding wounds are concerned.

Your journey into the 5th dimension will assist you in better understanding the heart of whatever matters most to you. You will also be supported in understanding what the matters of your heart truly are and in service, you as a group will serve humanity in this manner as well. You may find amongst the other responsibilities you have taken on that people with heart related issues may manifest more frequently in your space, or you may find people whom you have known for a long time suddenly begin to speak to you or confide in you regarding the matters of their heart.

Children are also part of this. Many children have incarnated into this new age with heart related issues that need to be healed. These have manifested in the form of asthma for many of them. The heart chakra not only deals with emotions, positive and negative, but also with how much space you give yourself. Do you have room to breathe? Do you have space to feel? When one feels stifled either by their belief systems or the belief systems of others, and we are not limiting this to spiritual beliefs, beliefs around money, beliefs regarding achievement, many children manifest asthma as a result of feeling pressure regarding expectations placed upon them either by parents or teachers, and they feel they do not have the space or the room to explore, be and live their truth. There is no room to breathe. Some children also manifest this as a result of either one or both of the parents stifling them in the sense of not giving the child the opportunity to make choices. Something as simple as not given the power to choose their own set of clothing to wear for the day can manifest in something as drastic as asthma. Some parents will not even give their children the space to choose for themselves what they would like to eat, what (age appropriate) material they can or cannot read. So, this is obviously the extreme. Adults who suffer from asthma can have a look and see where it was in their life that they felt that the suffocation ((s)mothering) had become too much, literally gasping for air, gasping to find space to be themselves. Where one is not living one's personal truth, one generally does not have space to be and feel themselves.

Other manifestations of problems within the heart chakra area is breast cancer which both men and women experience. Men too have breasts. The only difference is that they do not have the female hormone, which causes the breasts to grow, but breasts they do have and cancer can manifest in them as well. One of the main causes for women manifesting breast cancer is resentment, anger and bitterness at not feeling she has the space to be herself. Women who have felt extreme anger and bitterness as a result of having to sacrifice their dreams, their hopes, their wishes, anger at not feeling nurtured enough, or supported in the process of nurturing their own dreams and having their own needs met. The left breast - past, inner self, and all female related issues, and the right breast - future, external world, all male related issues would also give a deeper understanding as to where exactly the anger is coming from and what or who it was aimed at.

So, Beloved Ones, how much space do you give yourself to breathe? How much space do you give yourself to feel? How much time do you take to nurture yourself, to address the matters of your heart in order to understand what your true needs are so that they can be met in your physical world? Now, generally much of what is held within the heart chakra, impacts on the reality manifested in one's life because the head and the heart influence one another. The throat is the bridge between the head and the heart and if you do not know what your true needs are and what you feel, you will not be able to express them in their truth and negative thinking as a result of negative belief systems manifest in negative expression, so what you believe is what you create in your world. It is vital that you empower yourself to the degree that you are following what you believe to be your truth. Forget about spiritual belief systems for now. Look at your belief systems regarding money. Address your belief systems regarding relationships, your belief systems regarding success. These three areas will give you an immense amount of insight regarding your investment in either, and more than likely all of the following: poverty consciousness, victim consciousness, conditional love and lust consciousness. Let us remind you that lust consciousness is not limited to base sexual acts, it includes the lust for revenge, the lust for power, greed, even the "lustful" addictions to your limitations - these all fall into lust consciousness, and very often the inner child has lust for revenge, and this is usually the manipulative aspect of one's inner child self. How many of you have experienced a child or even an adult reacting to a situation in a vengeful way? This is often seen as an eye for an eye consciousness. This will also come to a point of release. These are all the things, Beloved Ones, you need to understand about yourself. If you do not know yourself, it is impossible to know any other human. By understanding your psychology you understand how you influence your physiology. The tools you manifest as a result of getting to know your psychology become tools of wisdom that you can assist others with as they experience the journey of self-discovery. "Man know thyself", is one of the most important words ever spoken to humanity.

Now, for you as a group (and those of you reading this), you will see that what we have spoken to you about this morning will be a part of what you go through and experience in order to serve humanity. Because your initiation today with Master Jesus is also bringing you into a space where people will challenge your belief systems, and if you are not sure about your belief systems, you will not be able to stand in your truth. Now we are not speaking of serious sword-fighting challenging of belief systems! (laughter) You may have someone ask you a simple question like: "Why do you believe that?" "What makes you think that?" or "How do you know?" Those are simple questions but can challenge one quite deeply if one does not know why one actually believes a certain thing. Have you simply followed another person's truth and accepted it as your own, or do you know what the qualities are within that truth that motivate you to apply them in your life and to believe them? So, ask yourself those simple questions, Beloved Ones.

Remember, not just spiritually, but every other aspect of your life. The reason why we say this as well, is because more and more people are realizing that what they were taught as children is in actual fact a big fat lie! Not because it was deliberately done by whomever it was that projected the belief system onto them, but that is what they believed to be truth at that time. So this is not said in criticism or judgment, but now you have the opportunity to truly discern what the truth is. So what you condition your children with and what you project out into your environment and to friends and to family at least holds many levels of truth besides just what you have been told to believe. You have been convinced that the grass is green and that green is green but why is green, green? Who said it was green? You understand? Who is going to go find out who said green was green? We are teasing you, we know you have much better things to do with your lives but this is just an example, a very mind-boggling example!

Now Beloved Ones, let us go on, Master Jesus is waiting so please make yourself comfortable in your seats. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale allow all the chakras of your body to become balanced and perfectly aligned with your cosmic light. On your next in-breath visualize the 3-dimensional Star of David manifesting around you acknowledging that this is your star tetrahedron merkaba vehicle, your body of light, in which you travel through dimensions, through solar systems, galaxies and universes. (pause) On the next in-breath draw in a powerful tube of white light in through your crown chakra, move it all the way down through all your chakras and as you breathe out, draw in a ruby red light from Mother Earth, filling, aligning and energizing your body. (pause) Each one of you has a pranic tube. This pranic tube's size in diameter is the same size as your pointing finger and your thumb held together in a circular formation. Now visualize a tube in this diameter extending along your spine up just beyond your crown and just below your feet. (pause) It is filled with a beautiful blue crystal light. This pranic tube is filled with light for it was an energy that you breathed before you learned to breathe through your nose and mouth. Now on the next in-breath breathe in from the centre of the universe through your pranic tube, draw in the energy all the way down your spine, and as you breathe out, breathe in energy from Mother Earth up your pranic tube and up your spine, extending out beyond your crown chakra. (pause) Do this a few times and set the intention that with every breath that you take in each day you learn how to breathe through your pranic tube as well. We suggest that you practice this daily. Breathing life force in, expanding your energy field as you breathe out. (pause)

Now find your own comfortable deep rhythm of breathing and using your imagination find yourself in your sacred garden, that exquisite place of utter beauty, peace and tranquillity that your inner child journeys to for healing, for nurturance and to communicate with and interact with its Guides. (pause) Take a look around you at the beauty and magnificence surrounding you. Breathe in the pure, fresh, clear air. Imagine every pore of your body breathing this pure fresh air in as well and it filters into your body, into your organs, into your bloodstream and into every cell of your body, bringing balance, healing and clearing. (pause) Now before your enter the gardens of Shamballa Lord Arcturus manifests in this garden and he offers you the opportunity to experience any physical healing on your body or within your body that you require. (pause) The Arcturians are highly adept in the healing field – physically, therefore if there is any physical healing that you require on your body or in your body please discuss this with Lord Arcturus now. (pause)

I want you to breathe in deeply and slowly through your mouth, exhaling fully. When you stop breathing, energy stops moving through your body.

When you are finished with Lord Arcturus you will see a pathway beneath your feet. Follow it to the great big magnificent golden gates where the guardians of Shamballa are awaiting you – two magnificent dragons. Greet them when you arrive and ask their permission to enter into the sacred world of Shamballa. When permission is granted the gates will automatically open and you can step through them. (pause) Now continue following the path beneath your feet into the world of Shamballa. As you are walking along you become aware of a brilliant light making its way toward you. And as this light draws closer you recognize it to be the Beloved Master Jesus who greets you with great joy and welcomes you into the world of Shamballa. Master Jesus takes you by the hand and asks you to walk with Him to the Emerald Temple. When you reach the Temple Master Jesus will leave you standing outside. He will enter and make His way to the centre of the Temple. (pause)

When you are ready ask permission from the energy, consciousness and presence of the Emerald Temple to enter into your body, so as to receive your initiation into the 5th dimension. If permission is granted the doors will open. (pause) Make your way into the centre of the Temple and stand before Master Jesus. Master Jesus welcomes you once more and at this point you need to personally invoke the presence into the Temple, of all your healing Angels, calling to the Temple your Master Guides and Master Teachers. (pause) Invoke into the Temple any Beings of Light whom you personally work with and whom you would like to be present. (pause) Invoke the presence of Lord Arcturus to join you in the Emerald Temple, and invoke the presence of the Lord of Sirius and the Sirian Archangelic League of Light. (pause) Now give thanks to all of them for acknowledging your request and for joining you.

Now Master Jesus asks you to imagine your inner child standing between your adult self and Himself. (pause) Look down into the eyes of this precious and sacred child. Make a note of how old this child is. Master Jesus asks you if there is anything particularly that you notice about this child by looking at him/her. Do you see happiness and joy or sadness and suffering in his/her eyes? Is the face calm and at peace or is it angry? The way he/she stands, is it with confidence… Take note of all these things. (pause)

Now Master Jesus asks you to look directly into His eyes and with the most overwhelming love you have ever experienced, He tells you that you are perfect, that you are a divine co-creator of love. He tells you how much your Guides and all those Beings who have joined you in the Emerald Temple love you. (pause) Master Jesus reminds you that all your pain and suffering has been for the purpose of learning, and reminds you that you chose certain lessons but they were never meant to govern or paralyse you for the entirety of your lifetime. Master Jesus now picks your inner child up in His arms and you see this child's energy completely transform as it bathes in this powerful love energy. (pause) The child is totally overlighted with peace. The child may break down in tears or become extremely excited. Simply just let it be. (pause)

Master Jesus asks you to take your focus again to His eyes, looking deeply into the eyes and feel the truth and power in His words as He again reminds you that you are a precious and sacred soul. (pause) He reminds you that you chose this particular incarnation for the purpose of leading others into the light, as you lead yourself into the light. He projects a powerful aura of compassion to you and embraces you completely in His compassion as He reminds you of His journeys that He walked in physical body. His struggles, His battles within and externally and assures you that you will find peace by embracing yourself and accepting yourself in this moment for who you are, exactly as you are with no expectations – simply be. (pause) Master Jesus asks you to open your heart completely to Him. Imagine it like a closed flower opening its bud, stretching its petals wide open to receive light and as this occurs He projects a brilliant emerald ray of light from His heart chakra directly to yours. This allows your heart chakra to open at the back of your body as well. The emerald ray extends right through the front and back of your chakra and fills all of your subtle bodies. (pause) This emerald ray now attracts your emerald sheath and this adds to your bodies of truth. It will take some minutes for your emerald sheath to completely align with your subtle bodies so continue to breathe deeply, drawing the emerald energy into your heart chakra and out through the back of your heart chakra filling all your subtle bodies. (pause)

Imagine this emerald energy filling your physical heart organ. It repairs any cellular damage and tissue damage. It brings your physical heart organ into perfect alignment with the assistance of Lord Arcturus. Now visualize this emerald light filling your left and your right lung. Let it fill them up completely clearing the air, healing all tissue and every cell of your lungs. (pause) Imagine this emerald light facilitating the process of you being able to bring in more air into your lungs therefore having more space in your life to breathe, to be and to experience the joy of living. (pause) Imagine this emerald ray beginning to dismantle all belief systems that have manifested in any kind of physical or energetic blockage or growth in your physical lungs or your etheric lungs that have come about as a result of inflamed, cancerous belief systems, belief systems that suffocate you, that limit you, that paralyse you, that make you feel heavy, dark, lifeless and incapable. Remember to breathe Beloved Ones, drawing breath into your lungs filling them up completely and every time you exhale release a dis-eased belief system, release a limiting thought process. (pause)

Now, on the next in-breath, draw the emerald ray directly up your throat into the back of your mouth straight to the centre of your brain and into your pineal gland, move it up to the pituitary gland and allow this emerald light to fill your brain and to fill your consciousness known as your mind. (pause) Imagine this emerald energy clearing your mind. Imagine it dissolving and dismantling all thought processes linked to debilitating belief systems that stifle your life, that contribute to any negative or limiting manifestations in your physical reality. (pause) Imagine the flow of emerald energy between your heart and lungs flowing clearly and unhindered all the way up to your brain and mind, so that there is a clear stream of emerald energy between your heart and your head…… the throat being the bridge, which receives additional energising and healing from this emerald ray. Breathe it in; make it one with you. (pause)

Master Jesus calls your attention back to his eyes. Your emerald sheath is now connected to and in perfect alignment with all your subtle bodies, including the seven major chakras of your earth body. As Master Jesus looks into your eyes the energy around you expands. It may even appear the Temple around you is getting larger. As he does this, he facilitates the process of your consciousness expanding even further to adopt your 5th dimensional heart level of consciousness. This expanded awareness further supports releasing your beliefs regarding belief systems. Remember to breathe. Your energy continues to expand, growing larger and larger. The greater it expands the higher your energy bodies vibrate, the level increasing with each breath, vibrations so high in your imagination, you could dematerialise your body. (pause)

Master Jesus reminds you that with your initiations you take on more responsibility and also reminds you that you are equipped to deal with whatever situation manifests in your reality regardless of its nature. In light of this he wishes now to take you through the process of grounding your initiation by committing to the path of the 5th dimensional Lightworker. Say out loud: "I, (your name) consciously choose and acknowledge the path of 5th dimensional consciousness. I understand that this path requires of me to address the matters of my heart and what matters most to me. I fully accept and acknowledge that through my personal healing process I will be required to support others." Take a deep breath in through your nose drawing the emerald ray into your body, and as you exhale, let this energy settle in your heart chakra as your body adjusts to another level of 5th dimensional energy. (pause)

Let us continue: "I, and state your name, accept my role as a 5th dimensional Lightworker and leader of light. I accept that to lead by example means fulfilling my needs and therefore my truth." Take another deep breath in and allow this to settle into your heart chakra, to integrate another level of 5th dimensional energy. (pause)

Master Jesus now places his left hand against your heart chakra, still holding your inner child. He pulls this part of you to the front of His body and holds it tight against His heart chakra. This process allows your inner child to feel safe, supported and nurtured in the process of self-discovery and in the process of releasing what no longer serves you. Sometimes one rejects the paths of self-discovery and self-healing because even though the suffering is difficult, it has become ones identity and one does not know anything different. To change, for many is unnerving. The inner child needs to feel secure in the process of release so that it can trust the integration process and that it brings with it a solid foundation; solid structure and a safe space in which to continue exploring and growing. Acknowledge this to your inner child now as Master Jesus holds it close to His heart. In other words, holding you close to His heart. (pause)

And as you reassure your inner child, He filters more and more energy into your heart and this faith also facilitates the process of dissolving and dismantling any belief systems that keep you trapped in any kind of limiting consciousness that may be preventing the complete healing of any wound in your heart; which lies in your lung space and which lies in your mind. As this energy filters into your mind it filters into your subconscious and into your unconscious. Push the energy as far back as you can, imagining where your subconscious and unconscious might lie. (pause)

Push this energy in as deep as you can, imagining how far your subconscious and unconscious can be within you. (pause) Push this energy up, high up into the dimensions where you imagine your subconscious and unconscious touch. (pause) Now all of the Guides, Masters, Angels and other Beings of Light whom you invoked into your presence, open their heart chakra to extend a ray of support and love to you as well as your inner child; manifesting a system of support for you. One that is permanently in place feeding you through your heart chakra, nurturing you and being there for you throughout every moment of everything that you experience in your conscious awake state, as well as in your sleep state. Visualize the support mechanism manifesting like a grid of energy and all the rays of light connected to these Beings never switched off, never becoming blocked always clear, always open, ever present. (pause)

Now, once again repeat after me: "I, (and state your name), embrace every aspect of my being and acknowledge that I choose to connect to the pathway and process of doing everything in my conscious power to honour and respect myself, to love and accept myself and never to place expectations upon myself that will remove me from my truth. I consciously accept my role as a 5th Dimensional Light Worker, to be with and alongside all the Higher Lords and Masters of Light, including the Great White Brotherhood, the Elohim, the Sirian Archangelic League of Light, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light and the Order of Melchizedek, and by serving with these Grand Beings, I acknowledge that I too will be served. I accept that it is my responsibility to serve, awaken and nurture humanity to the best of my conscious ability and to use unconditional love in all my endeavours." Take a deep breath in allowing yourself to integrate at another level of your 5th dimensional energy and as you breathe out, it grounds in all of your bodies. Some of you may begin to feel a tension in your head area or a tension over your chest, perhaps a tightness. Simply breathe into it, expand the energy knowing that it is safe to let go that you have room to breathe, that your head and your heart were always meant to serve as one. (pause)

Now repeat after me: "I, (and state your name), once again connect to my inner child, to my adolescent self and the path of light in my adult self, and in so doing I give myself the gift of new life, the gift of new vision, the gift of moving beyond all illusion, and as I accept and receive this gift I offer it to humanity and so I serve God, and so be it." Take another deep breath in Beloved Ones, grounding your 5th dimensional heart consciousness into your heart chakra, into your mind and all your subtle bodies. (pause)

Master Jesus now removes His hand from your heart chakra and hands you your inner child. As you take this child draw it to your own heart holding him/her close and as you do this, Master Jesus draws you into His arms and embraces you fully in the full power of His love. (pause) Surrender to this light and just be. (pause) Absorb this energy into every cell of your body and know that you are loved, you are accepted, you are acceptable, you are an expression of love, and you were created by an impulse of love that flowed through the Divine Creator. You can manifest miracles when creating in the presence of Love, with the intention of Love. Understand Beloved Ones, we do not speak of romantic love alone. We speak of all the areas of Love: compassion, forgiveness and acceptance, in other words non-judgment. There are many arms and avenues to the world of love. It is time for you to discover all of them and see how you can utilise these tools for your personal journey of self-discovery and how you can apply them in the world around you.

Beloved Ones, Master Jesus now steps back for you to stand up comfortably and straight in your own body. He acknowledges that you have experienced a very deep, and very powerful healing today. The Emerald Temple will hold you in an incubator of emerald light for the next 14 days. Master Jesus, Lord Arcturus and all your healing Angels will take you through all processes of healing that you require during that period: physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, and this stretches out to every single human past-life incarnation you have had. In addition you have been drawn into the dimensions of Pure Love that Master Jesus operates from with Lady Mary, with Lady Nada and with Lord Soltec. These Beings of Light will also assist you for the next 28 months, a period during which you will receive higher learning and instruction from that realm of Love. These Beings, including Master Jesus will take turns to instruct you, to guide you and to serve alongside you - Master Jesus being ever-present. Remember the emerald incubator.

Place yourself within that grid of light whenever you require healing after the 14 days that you will currently experience. You as a group have full permission to take others, with their permission, into the Emerald Temple to receive healing more specifically their inner child. You have access to that dimension of Pure Love, which Lady Nada, Lady Mary, Lord Soltec and Lord Jesus work through for the purpose of emotional, physical, mental and spiritual healing for those who come to you in need. Your journey into a new dimension of love is one of the most liberating you will ever experience because it frees you from the limited experience of Light that you have perceived as a result of limiting belief systems. The veils of illusion will fall even faster and what you will see will bring joy to your heart because you will recognize your truth and what you believe to be your journey home and what you believe, will get you there.

We honour your humility Beloved Ones and humbly bless you with all you require to manifest your truth in every area of your life through every expression. It is time now to give thanks. Therefore, looking into the eyes of Master Jesus give thanks for your opportunity of receiving this deep healing, give thanks for His presence and taking you through this initiation into 5th dimensional consciousness. Give thanks to your inner child for its courage to stand completely exposed in the presence of Jesus and for welcoming healing. Give thanks to all those Beings of Light who have joined you and witnessed your initiation. Give thanks to the Being of the Emerald Temple for facilitating your process by holding you in its powerful vibration of healing light and healing love. Give thanks to your self for having made the conscious choice to experience this sacred initiation.

Now, before you leave, Master Jesus places a gold chain around your neck with a magnificent emerald crystal on the end that hangs directly over your heart chakra. This gem shines with brilliance. It will help you maintain the clarity of mind and heart that you require. He takes another emerald and places this into your third eye supporting your inner vision, your inner knowledge, so that your mind and heart can completely merge as one balanced expression of your life.

Beloved Ones before you leave the Emerald Temple, Master Jesus requires that you acknowledge that you understand that by changing your belief systems to the ones that fully support you, to the belief systems that uplift you, that hold positivity and power will result in you manifesting those qualities in your physical reality. That is a universal truth. What you believe is what you manifest. You have been given tools to manifest differently. When you are ready turn around and make your way out of the Emerald Temple. When you exit the Temple turn around and once more give thanks to this Being for holding you. As you make your way out of Shamballa, give thanks to the world of Shamballa for welcoming you and for supporting you in your healing. When you exit the gates stop and give thanks to the dragons for supporting you and for granting you permission to enter. The gates automatically close as you turn around and make your way into your sacred garden. As you walk through your garden ask for anything that you require that you need to support you through your process of healing, of awakening or understanding. (pause)

Now take a deep breath in through your nose, drawing your consciousness back into your physical body. On the next in-breath draw your energy all the way down your spine to your base down your base and out through your feet grounding you in your physical body, rooting you to the earth. Do this one more time – drawing your energy fully back into this timeline. Feel your body in the chair you are sitting in and when you are ready open your eyes.

And so it is Beloved Ones that we embrace you in the power and the light of all that you are and bless you with everything that you need to fulfil the journey you have chosen. Trust in those many invisible arms that hold you, that carry you and comfort you and know that not ever do you walk alone. We are with you always in all ways. New Energy ALERT

Greetings!
Things are moving right on track, all in perfect evolutionary order. Finally, it is time for another reality to begin…Why? Because we have reached a vibrational frequency where nothing less than a higher vibration can continue to exist. Enough of a critical mass has been reached, enough of a preponderance of the higher energies is present, so that the denser and older manifestations must now depart, and depart they will with great intensity for the next few years.



Little by little we arrived at this space, and this space is different from any other. It is no longer a situation where separations occur bit by bit, piece by piece. This pattern was needed to build the critical mass for this particular stage of our spiritual evolutionary growth, or in other words, to get us to where we are now. Now a great leap is present, and this will be the separation of the worlds. The worlds must separate now, as one reality will constitute safe havens, peace, and a higher way of being, while the remaining reality will fall with great intensity through natural disasters, meltdowns, implosions, and great changes and dissolutions of governments and systems. It is now time for a complete departure of the old reality, and because of this, a critical and amazing ascension has become available for many.



The dam has finally broken and “the end” is near, but a very good end it will be…and this is because of the opportunity at hand for a real ascension. It is finally over. The step-by-step evolutionary process has finally reached its end for this particular stage. The old will now begin its very rapid departure.



Physical manifestations? Being cold, with an inability to get warm. This occurs when we are greatly shifting within and moving from one level of consciousness to another. Being unusually cold is a very common ascension symptom. Feeling like you are hyperventilating. Higher energies can be difficult to embody, and our bodies go on overload. Same with heart palpitations. Exhaustion. We are being re-structured at a cellular level. Old injuries or ailments, flues, and the like may occur as we are being forced to “stay down.” More about this further on in this post. An inability to sleep. This will occur if one is not residing in a good geographical location. More on this further on as well. Sleeping a lot. This will occur because of the re-structuring and exhaustion, and if you are right where you need to be.



Emotional and mental manifestations? An inability to make up our minds or to feel certainty about much of anything. This is because we are in transition, and beginning our new residencies in another reality. We don’t know where we are right now. Confusion can also be present. A scattered feeling. Losing things is also common during this period. Losing people, things, and the like. Things do not quite know where they belong right now, but they will. A loss of power. This is because we are needing to tap into our very true power, which is Source and our higher selves. We may feel a loss of confidence, or not know exactly who we are right now.



Spiritual manifestations? A sudden deep and intense desire to serve humanity. A feeling of oneness with everyone and everything. A knowing that there are no leaders, as we are all very connected now at similar levels and united as brothers and sisters. A strong desire to give back. More on this further on as well.



So how do we know that we are in the best possible geographical area for ourselves, as so much on the earth will be rockin’ and rollin’ ? Are each and every one of us in a safe place of true sanctuary? When we come to higher levels in our spiritual evolutionary process, our souls begin to run the show more and more. In this way, we will always be right where we need to be. There can be no room for an error here. No mistakes, and no danger possible.



Recently, my new sister-in-law, Norma, called me from Massachusetts. She described to me a recent situation she and her family had experienced regarding what she referred to as a “dove.” One day, a dove had suddenly arrived at their home. This dove had an ankle ID, and being that it was so loving and tame, she was able to record the ID information and track it on the internet. But even so, the owner and she could not connect, as there was no response from her e-mail. After several days, she discontinued feeding and watering the dove, and began to tell it that it needed to leave, as it could no longer stay there. This dove had made a substantial impact on her family, following everyone around and truly infiltrating itself. After several days, Norma heard the cry of a hawk, and just knew what had happened. The hawk had destroyed the dove.



She knew there was an important message here. This situation had affected her and her family in a way that it was not to be ignored. When I asked her what she thought it meant, and what the main theme about it was, she replied, “The dove could not stay here, as it would be in danger.” And this was her message from her soul. They needed to move. Just about this time, her husband had been contacted by a headhunter, with a very possible offer of a new job and move to San Diego.



If you have experienced a sudden situation with your home (a wiring problem, or mold, for instance), which has forced you to relocate, you are most likely being guided as well. We will always be right where we need to be.



A rule of thumb for being in our safe havens in times to come, is that we match the vibration of our area. This places us in alignment with where we are, and keeps us “safe.” It opens a portal to a higher vibration. For example: Phil and I will be living part time in Europe. We have found an area that we feel will fit us well. But in addition, we are keeping our small rental cabin here in the ancient lands of Arizona. Our ancestors are here in the ancient lands. We speak to them often. We are very at home here. But this area will experience some topsy turvy times, and although we will be here part time to assist in any way we can, we will also be abroad in our safe haven and sanctuary, or our current heaven while our future heaven is still adjusting and aligning itself. And while we will always be “safe” in our area of matching vibration (northeastern Arizona), we will still be coming and going, from one reality to another.



This is why we experienced the sudden blocks to purchasing land, and I am sure many of you have recently experienced the same. After our area has re-adjusted, we will then be able to reside on a perfect piece of land, and be able to secure it in a totally different way.



Our choice to have a dual residency came from inspiration and joy…not from fear. We were wanting to travel abroad, expand ourselves more, and Phil had spent some time in Morocco with the Peace Corps, and loved the foreign countries. So it all just fit. And this is how it will be for all of us. We will gravitate to areas that bring us joy, peace, and just plain feel good. And if our area of closest vibration is needing a cleanse or major adjustment, we will be “evacuated” to another area that fits us as well, until the adjustments are made. Deeply cleansed areas always carry a high vibration, as they are now fresh and clean, ready for the new.



Many of us are being forced to “stay down” right now. Whether from various ailments or other circumstances, the universe and our souls are wanting us to stay still awhile longer. It reminds me of the severe health situations that many of us incurred during our ascension process of the past. These severe health situations forced us to align with the higher ways…and this is what is occurring now, as we are readying to “ascend” again, to a newer level. But in addition, when higher energies hit old injuries or wounds, they will be again become activated through pain until the energies within them are neutralized.



It is feminine that is wanting to integrate within us. Not doing, but allowing. Becoming more gentle. Getting out of the way, as we cannot do anything while we are ailing. Allowing Source to create for us. Feeling as if we have lost our power, but it was only ego and old masculine power, and it can no longer exist here in the higher realms. Learning how to go through the portal to the higher realms by being still, present, and there….right where the portal is…as it is here, and not somewhere where we need to go. This always keeps us safe, and this is also why we will be safe no matter where we are as we can always create a reality within a reality. But being in geographical areas that match our vibrations, always keeps us in the higher realms as well, as we are then vibrating higher from the true alignment of matching vibrations.



As we integrate the feminine and higher energies while we are surely becoming angels on earth, every cell in our bodies is being turned inside out and upside down. Just like the outer physical world that will experiencing the same, whatever is left within us that needs an alignment is being affected. And it can make our bodies feel like they are 150 years old, as we hobble around! In the past few weeks, I have experienced bug bites almost strictly on my right side, many bites that swell all around the area where I crushed my right leg, weird acne on the right side of my face, and shoulder pain under my right shoulder blade. I carried a lot of masculine energy, and really needed to adjust! If you are of Pleiadian heritage, for instance, your masculine side may be more prevalent. Pleiadain ancestry carried the change-maker energies and required a more aggressive, forward moving individual. Those from the angel realms will not need so much re-structuring, as they are much more naturally gentle and compassionate souls, and so forth. No better or worse here, but just who we are.



During this time of re-structuring, it can seem that as soon as we think we are back again, we bounce up, get going, and then wham! Something else arrives to keep us down. We cannot move forward, go out again, or resume a life until we surely know how to embody the feminine of compassion, caring, love, gentleness, and patience.



And this is why: Not only are we being re-wired as a higher vibrating human, but we are being prepared for times where acts of great humanitarianism will be needed. This is when we will truly become the angels of the earth. We will stay in our safe sanctuaries of heaven on earth, and then periodically go out and assist in great service of love and caring for all mankind who are experiencing, and stuck, in the fall. We have big hearts…we will want to assist in many ways. It will be overwhelming to watch and we will be drawn like magnets to assist and serve. So if you have felt yourself being consumed of late with strong desires of a humanitarian nature, this is why. It is simply our programming kicking in for this particular stage of the process of the Shift of the Ages.



These manifestations of the fall will bring great rewards and evolutionary leaps as well. People will unify and join together in community, as the supports will become local and privatized. It is then that the planet will finally begin to live in harmony with the earth, and with the individuals that reside upon and within her. What is truly valued and important will become just that, as there will not be much else left.



Do you know what your humanitarian contribution will be? Is it in alignment with your gifts and talents, or your passions for the New World? Will your presence alone be all that is needed to assist, through the compassion that you embody? Will you be called to re-build your geographical home on earth, or perhaps go to another area that needs you most? Do you know and trust that your soul will place you exactly where you need to be, through magnificent synchronicities, repeating messages, and a very strong guidance that is in perfect alignment with how you receive your knowingness?

We have upon us, in the very near future, an enormous, pivotal, awesome, and incredible opportunity for a real and true ascension! It is amazing to see, and difficult to put into words. This is what we have been preparing for, for the past three months (or really, several years). This is what many have been feeling was on the horizon of late, but may have not known exactly what was up.



An opportunity like this, I have only seen once before, when the ascension process began in earnest nearly 6 years ago. This will be an enormous endeavor, and a dramatic leap dimensionally. We literally have an opportunity to cross over into another reality…into another world….into another place entirely. We will be able to jump dimensions and arrive in a different world…one that we have never seen before while in these particular bodies.



Our spiritual evolutionary process involves much see-sawing, as we evolve from one vibrational ladder to another over time. We shift, release, integrate, and evolve, over and over again. But this particular shift on the very near horizon is quite different from all the rest.



Why is it different? The shift through the September 11th portal, during the time of the solar eclipse (BUT KNOW THAT THERE IS A WINDOW AROUND THIS TIME AS WELL, AND WE ARE ALREADY STARTING TO EXPERIENCE SOME OF THE MAGIC AND RAPID MANIFEATATION), will literally separate two worlds. A vast an incredible opening will occur, and many will go through this gate. This will be a dramatic ascension. The heavens will open, and many will literally fall through. And know that in going through this gateway, we will not go “up.” We will go “through,” as ascension involves returning to the depths of the earth herself. You see, heaven is really on earth. It all happens here. It is where heaven and earth meet. Returning to earth is a vital and crucial part of the ascension process. Thus, it is through the earth that we ascend. She is our gateway.



We have been leading up to this ascension most intensely the past several weeks, as we have been held back (and certainly protected) from re-entering, or becoming involved with the old world. This was because the old world will begin its great fall even more intensely after the ascension of the 11th occurs. We were protected and held back in readiness for the ascension in September. We were at the train station, with our bags packed (or unpacked!), having left our old homes and old lives, waiting for the train to arrive (and waiting, and waiting), and arrive it will….very soon. And it will be quite dramatic indeed.



I have been reporting that things will again begin forward movement in September, but I need to clarify that it will be a different kind of forward movement. It will again be a very magical time, and I say “again” as we have been in this magical energy before, for limited periods of time, as it “peeked” through the clouds. This time, the energies will not so much be arriving for us to experience, but instead, we will be “going” to another reality which embodies them 24/7.



(With negative and fear based thinking, along with buying into the illusions of the old world, we can also bounce out of this new reality, if we are not careful. But we are only humans, so this will most likely occur, but we will quickly learn how to navigate the dimensions by the way we are feeling and by what we are experiencing.)



On the other side of the portal, our very thoughts will manifest with near immediacy, we will be in instant energy, we will be supported as if a gentle, but strong and powerful hand is under us, guiding us in every way, and gifting us with incredible things and opportunities that come directly from the mind of Source, and we will feel awe and amazement on a regular basis. It will be a time like no other. All of our needs will be met, as if by magic. Like giddy children just released onto a playground of beautiful gardens, rainbows, fairies, and magic wands, we will experience much joy and awe, and just plain fun! And “ease” and “flow” will be the words of the day.



At times, when the energy of the light returns after a so-called absence, it can arrive with great force and dramatic movement. This time, it will be different. It will be much more magical, light-filled, shimmering with the fairy dust of illumination, and love and gratitude will be in the air in any given moment. This is the energy that exists on the other side of the portal. On this side, there is no war, anger, fear, or abuse. On this side there is no insecurity, pain, or suffering. There is only an effortless existence in a world that literally floats with little or no density.



The three months that led us up to this point were challenging indeed. At times, we may have doubted our faith, we may have reviewed each and every thing a dozen times, we may have done a life review and pondered at how we got here, in this space of no energy and so much pain in the world around us, we may have wondered if we were where we needed to be, or perhaps if we were worth anything at all. We may have felt disappointment in how things had turned out…or even surprised at how things turned out. Or asked ourselves, “What was the point of all of it anyway?” And we may have wondered if things would ever be good again, or ever, ever change.



This was the energy of dis-connect. Like hearts that have been removed from a body during a by-pass surgery, we will once again be replaced and ready to beat again.



Recently, it was revealed that Mother Theresa had a 50 year crisis of faith. For the last 50 years of her life, she had felt disconnected from Jesus and God, did not feel the presence of God in her life, and described her crisis as living in hell. And she felt this way for 50 years, but still continued on with her service.

In our times of confusion and doubt, it can be challenging to keep our faith alive. But this is what faith is all about. It is a knowing that the unseen does indeed exist…a belief in a higher power that knows more than we do. It is a knowing that all is always in divine and perfect order, because in the end, we seem to always find out that things were always right on track, and unfolding according to a divine and perfect plan.



What of those who have seemingly been left behind? What will become of those who are still grasping at the old energies, at the old manifestations of power and security? What of those who do not see? Choices will be given again and again, as there is always opportunity for a new arrival on the other side, for each and every individual on this planet. As the old world begins crashing down, a willingness will be created…created for the purpose of surrender to occur. Those then, who were holding on in fear or ego based power, will have the opportunity to let go and agree to different ways of living and being. The longer one chooses to hold on, the longer their stay in “hell” will be. Contrast always serves to create a willingness and desire for something different.



It reminds me of experiences I had when assisting trapped souls who had not crossed over after death. You see, all that exists in any given reality, exists here on the earth, as we create these illusions in our minds. No new news here…what we believe and choose to see or look for, will manifest as our own individual world or reality. We need not be trapped.



As we go through the gates of September 11th, saying good-bye to the old world, we will find ourselves in our own heaven. We will be in our own versions of what we believe heaven to be. We will be safe and secure in our own sanctuaries which we have created from the simplicity of life, without the connection to the old systems. And we will most certainly and always be in the moment…in the now. For this is where heaven resides.



So how do we get through the gate? The more we pull out and remove ourselves from the old world, the more we will experience the new world. Our supports will arrive as if by miracles and magic. There will be much more compassion and oneness with our fellow man… a softer reality will emerge.



Surrender is the key. Allowing is the key. I remember when I began a big ascension leap in 2001. I totally freaked out. I was told that if I relaxed and let go, and really trusted, all would be fine. Similar to the dying process while in the 3D world, the more we fear and resist, the more difficult the process. And as we are continually dying while we are alive, the same is true.



A few weeks ago, my star being companion (or guide, or higher aspect of myself, whichever feels best to you), told me that I would be leaving this world and not be returning. I wondered if I had a terminal disease, but now I know what he was referring to.



If we can simply go with what is being revealed to us, trust that we will greatly be taken care of, and let go, we can ride an amazing wave that will deposit us in heaven. When I married my husband in May, I had only known him for three months. I was terrified, as I had never been married. But it was an arranged marriage by our star being families, and I had to just trust….BLINDLY TRUST. I am now in heaven with this man, and this is how it is with ascension. Whenever I had fear, we had a rocky time. The same with ascension. TRUST, TRUST, AND TRUST SOME MORE.



When we get out of our own way, or ego minds, or views of how we think things should be, a new and much more wonderful plan will arrive for us. My husband is nothing like what I might have imagined for myself. I so resisted him at first, as he did not fit my ideal, but none-the-less, I felt such an enormous pull to him and knew this is where I belonged, even if it did not make sense. Oprah Winfrey once said that hosting a TV show was not something that she would have ever thought of on her own…..and now look at her!



If we continue to focus on what is being revealed in the news or even in the old world of illusions, we will stay where those manifestations are taking place. And this is what is falling. We don’t want to stay there. Heaven is here now. If we focus on that, this is where we will be. We continue to step over it, don’t see it, do not realize that it is right in front of us, and remain connected to the old illusions. The old illusions are what we need to let go of in order to get through the gate. We need to see where we truly are now, not where the media or outside world would like us to believe we are.



Going through the gate of September 11th will transport us to a safe haven, no matter where we are. Higher vibrations cannot be affected by lower ones. If we are desiring to locate to a new geographical area, we are usually guided by a passion, joy, and strong desire to experience somewhere new which more closely matches our new and higher vibration. This is a perfectly orchestrated coincidence to get us to where we need to be as well. Continually going toward what feels better, whether geographically, with our work or passions, or with individuals, is a good and true guide to get us through the gate.

(Another scenario is present as well. My husband Phil and I discovered that the ancient Mogollon culture suddenly departed because they knew that a lower vibrating faction was due to arrive, and the higher vibrating society of the Mogollons could not share space with this newly arriving energy. Currently, the same scenario is unfolding, but it an opposite way. Here in the small town where I currently reside in Northern Arizona, there is a substantial movement about to occur. The individuals and energy that have claimed to have been the first settlers of this valley, are preparing to depart. They can no longer reside here. Businesses are closing right and left, and although this process may take a while, it is beginning. So then, certain areas, organizations, and thus, will depart or greatly shift so that more higher vibrating and light filled energy can replace them. These, then, will become our places of heaven. And these places will arrive for us according to where we believe heaven is for each and every one of us.)



If we can be still, sit still, be in the now, and allow and accept that where we are is truly heaven on earth, we will instantly be catapulted through the gate. Heaven is in the stillness…it is in the “here.” Moving through and pushing ahead takes us away from this space and away from heaven. Navigating from an ego or intellect and analytical mind, takes us away from heaven. Living in pure simplicity and acceptance takes us through the gate. Allowing takes us through the gate. Heaven is here now, and being still allows us to connect to what is right at our feet. It moves our focus to where we are, which is truly in heaven.



If we open our eyes, we can see it right in front of us. And the portal of September 11th will open the gate for our arrival. Are you ready to go?
