Jake is like the rain, descending drop by drop producing patterns in little ponds. Hear the distinct beat ring deep through each ripple. Sometimes there's a message if you listen hard enough. Sometimes there's just pointless percussion. But there's always a beat.

Jacob is a drummer to core of his spirit. Even when he does not have a drum in his hand he feels the rhythms around him. He can hold down a rhythm with one hand and then pick it up and play with it with the other. Then just as effortlessly he slides back into his own fine groove.

Jake is one of the most authentic people that I know. He is compassionate and supportive, and wonderful to talk with. He is truly an amazing drummer! He is also extremely cute! ;-)
