Holy Shit! A month in Thailand changed my life! I am a new woman!!!!

Costume

Since I have gotten so many comments and questions on my new costume...damn...you know what? I am proud of it! (Shamelss inclusion of photos..;) I worked hard on that thing and couldn't have done it without my amazing designers..Minerva's Antennae (Rachel) and Wendy Darling...It's debut was at Hips of Fury 06 (October 21st), but plan on seeing it again at Tribal Fest 7...fo sho though I will have to retire it then alas....or do I ;)

Level 3 and beyond...

So, the leap from Level one to Level 2 is crazy, but from 2 to 3?!! Holy shit! It's funny cause I come across plenty of folks who don't even see the point to Level 3, but I am the crazy obsessive type to wants to climb Mt. Everest because it is there...the challenge is where I get excited...BUT the practice to acheiving Level 3 has me stumped. Here I am with an ordinary job (OK nursing isn't that ordinary), but how the hell does one do it without complete submersion (sp?)? I mean hell, you take one week off from pelvic locks and it is like starting all over...hrm...

Level II

proud to say i am now level II certified and my quads can tell ya it was some crazy shit! a little shout out to my home-pieces tanja, paulette and nadia! we did it!!!!

Level I

I am officially Level I Suhaila certified! Now how 'bout that?

Hawaii

I can't wait to leave for the Maui Intensive in a couple of days! I am beside myself. Why does this seem selfish when people are starving in Africa? I eat my dinner and sigh...I have donated the cash, but it just doesn't seem enough. There is always more I could do.... I am trying to find a way....
