howdy,
so i have been taking these new meds a week. so far so good. i do have some complaints but overall nothing that will prevent me from continuing.

first off, the medicine UltraInflamX. this is a powered mix that you put in juice/ shakes/ even water it suggests. it is very gritty, and does not mix very well. it says to add two scoops ( a scoop looks to be 2 0z) into 8 oz of some drink. i have been putting it into a spiced apple juice, organic of course, and it remains very gritty and... read more
