This gifted woman moves her body effortlessly as she floats with the wind and never does she lose her balance. Watching her in yoga practice as her friend and teacher she is again one of those rare and gifted women who can let go and be free and find extreme joy in movement. She listens, she breathes, she feels...her intuition is keen. She knows how to move, when to move and never does she fall from grace. I am in awe of you beautiful sister!

Don't tell me how difficult my aspirations will be to reach...just keep thinking about strategies to get there! Our bodies and minds are gifts and I want to appreciate this and remember that we are all gifts to each other.
