about me
I am a water baby, first of all, love the Caribbean and travel there. I am planning to move to probably Costa Rica before too long, for at least part of the year, but keep my house in Austin. I enjoy a diversity of activities, most of them outdoors. I am the nurse case manager of a hospital but my passion is integrative medicine, using both alternative and traditional modalities. I am a Watsu practioner and also do Reiki.
