I met Adriene when we were newbies in FatChance - 10 years ago. The thing that struck me was her instinct on which ATS moves to blend together. That's typically the struggle when dancers are new to pure ATS - the brain freeze, trying to make a decision on which moves to use with a piece of music.
Back in the day we would do class drills in troupe practice time where all the dancers would take the lead for a few bars - for newbies it was very stressfull, but Adriene always came up with smooth, powerful and perfect combos.
Wishing you much success on C&T II. xo - Kathy

I've only been taking instruction with Adriene for about 2 or 3 months. I found her after moving around a bit with a couple other instructors and I have to say that she truly is an inspiration and the best instructor Seattle has to offer. She really represents what tribal belly dance is all about. I find her to really be a genuine person and I look forward to her classes every week. I feel I have found my dance home. She represents how beautiful, graceful and powerful women are and I'm so glad to be under her instruction. Thank you.

Although I've only known Adriene for a short time, her grace and beauty have proved to be quite mesmerizing. I am inspired by her dedication to dance and her leadership with Troupe Hipnotica. It is a true joy to work with her every week. The ladies in her troupe prove that you can combine beauty, work, fun and dancing all into one. Always keep dancing!
