I was thinking of something similar - a design drawn on that trails down the back of the neck and the upper back - would look very exotic. Would be even easier on a shaved head but would be nice on short bleached hair too. If mine was that short...

I second the Olive Oil - other removers irritate my eyes. It's great for spirit gum and long wear lipstick too (of course, I sort of like waking up with my lipstick still on in the morning too) ;-)
