I have been involved in personal growth, human sexuality and spirituality for the past 10 years. My journey began when I realized at the age of sixteen that there is more to life that what our eyes and society tells us. My soul longed for something deeper. I spent years trying to get out of my body to be more spiritual, not realizing that the answers I was searching for were in that place where we least think to look. After study of psychic development, astral travel, energetic healing and meditation I realized that my path was not to get out of the body, but to go through it. That is when I discovered some major keys to my own personal developement as a human being. For me Dance, Tantra and Bodywork were the missing pieces to the connection with spirit. By blending the energetic work and the more body centered work I discovered my true self and how much the spirit likes to play in the body! With this new awareness I knew that what I ate was also affecting my growth. When changing my diet I uncovered the biggest missing link– Food affects your entire system! Raw/Living Foods became my passion. I lost 90lbs, regained my zest for life and increased my intuitive abilities. With a heavy background in theatre arts, training in holistic medicine and extensive study of human sexuality; I bring a unique experience to those who are ready to transform their lives . I have appeared on radio, television and on film; both lecturing and performing as an actress. I have also performed in National Tours and taught workshops with David Wolfe, Bodhi Avinasha, Joseph Kramer and other prominent teachers. I am the author of the book Red HOT Touch and the corresponding DVD series based upon the book. I also starred in Kenneth Ray Stubbs' FEMME-A-FEMME Erotic Massage for Women (both the book and DVD). I am proud of these accomplishments, but also realize that there is much more for me to do and be in this world. There are many people to educate about human sexuality and that is why I formed a media based sex education company called NEW WORLD SEX EDUCATION. I hope that I will some day be able to travel to foreign contries to teach women all over the globe how to become more empowered, especially where they have been horribly oppressed. I am also seeking to teach men and women how to relate better, connect and share intimacy that brings more pleasure into their lives. Our human sexuality is an amazing and beautiful thing, it is about time that we start to learn more about it and honor it for the transformative experience it can be.

It is a dream for me to be able to blend performing arts with healing arts. Currently my passions are Transformational Theatre, which blends trance dance, personal growth, tantra and perfomance; and the development of erotic community. I love my life. I am grateful for all that has come to me, for the beauty I get to share with the world. The mystical in my life keeps deepening, but so does the experience of being human.
