I fell in love with belly dance about 20 years ago when I saw a performance by Saqra's troupe at a local fair. I did not know where classes were being held so I put the dream on hold. 20 years later I saw an advertisement for a belly dance class at a local community education program. I registered for that class immediately. 5 years later I am still taking lessons, I dance in the community and continually celebrate the dance with others. I love it!
