I am passionate about so many things in life but life itself is my biggest passion. I yearn to understand more about the world around me and within me. People intrigue me and I love to make new friends. Any experience that can broaden my horizons beckons me.

I have many many interests that I devote my time to. I love to travel .. I have an incurable wanderlust which has taken me through a lot of Asia, Europe and America, but there're plenty of places I have yet to see. All I've had with me on some trips is a backpack and a map :) When I'm not on the beach, or hiking somewhere, I love pushing myself to the extreme. Bungee jumping is a passion, as is rock climbing (although it's been a while since I scaled anything). I will go sky diving soon, and I can't wait! On a similar vein, I love riding roller coasters (had an annual pass to the Six Flags Magic Mountain till a while back). I love being active .. you'll find me playing racquetball, cricket (it's like baseball), tennis, soccer or just running and working out in the gym. I also like playing video games - I write reviews for gaming websites/magazines in my spare time. Then there's books. Gosh do I love to read! Anything from Terry Pratchett to Richard Bach, William Darymple and Douglas Adams. Don't even get me started on British/Indian authors - there are too many that I like. I devour books by the truckloads when I'm in the mood. A lot of the time though you'll find me watching movies - I'm such a movie nut. I love going out for a movie, be it a hollywood blockbuster or a foreign/art/independent/documentary film. Then there's music - I listen to a LOT of music .. rock/metal/pop/r&b/jazz/fusion .. it just flows in my veins. Hmm what else .. did I mention that I love meeting people and making new friends? :)

Above all, I am a spiritual person. I have had some amazing experiences over the years and have been fortunate to have learnt so much, but I'll be the first to admit that there is much I have to yet to learn on my spiritual journey. I meditate when time permits, read books about spirituality that give me something to think about, and love to talk and discuss the many intricacies of the subject with anyone who has an interest. I am just as much at home at a church as in a temple .. God for me is everywhere.
