The Pacific Northwest is breathtaking, awe inspiring and humbling. Wow. I was/am blown away by the beauty out there in Idaho, Utah, & Eastern Washington.

I get a little Cascade chuckle now every time I drive by Bristol "Mountain".

I may be a vegan now. Kianna had the book Skinny Bitch with her in the car and I read it.
I've been a vegetarian since reading it last Friday. The dairy is going to be a little harder to give up. I've cut waaay back though.
