So, on December 6th, 2008, Colin and I were stopped on the offramp for Hearn Ave. on southbound 101, when a woman driving a Pontiac Grand Prix apparently decided to take the exit from the fast lane and totaled our car. We weren't hurt bad, but went to the hospital to get checked out. Fortunately the dog wasn't in the car with us. Now, we and the woman whose car we were pushed into are having trouble getting the other woman's insurance company to commit to much of anything. To top it off, my adjuster stopped answering her phone. We have a new car, and everything's good with our families, but this is just dragging on us. We've been told by several people to get a lawyer, but we can't afford it. The CHP might have finished the report by now...
