My neighbor play a song thirty time a day…………every day. It’s that “Oh no there she goes. Watch out boy she’ll eat you up. Oh no there she goes. She is a man eater.” You know……that song. I’m getting baptized on February 11th at Hollins Road Church of the Brethren in Roanoke, Virginia during the 10:30 service. …………….. And I’m freaking out about it! I have no idea why, but I’m scared. At first I just wanted me, the pastor, and a witness; but they do it in front of the entire church (half the congregation are blood relatives). Last night I had a dream. This is unusual for me as I do not normally remember my dreams. I was a kid again, I think in late telemetry school. I went on a field trip with people from school in this huge tour buss. It was no school in particular and there were no recognizable people in the dream. If I had to guess I would say it felt like one of the crappy school, Crystal Springs or Northfield…….maybe like Atlee but high school would have been too late for my age in the dream.
