jennifer kelly is a writer, artist and student of astrology and middle eastern dance. she graduated from penn state university in may 2003 with a degree in english and an emphasis in women’s studies, art history and creative writing. within the week, she’d packed her bags, rented a u-haul and drove to new york, where the alternator broke in a place called netcong near the delaware water gap. after three hours of waiting in a dunkin donuts parking lot, the u-haul was towed by a truck from jersey city and she moved into her first sublet on india street in greenpoint, brooklyn. the tale after that is too long for this bio. she currently lives in williamsburg, tries to practice ashtanga every day, waits tables, and is the associate editor of the online astrology mag, constellation.
