Don't know if it's considered ATS, but Immortal Egypt has a lot of great mood pieces that sound like what you're looking for. It's a collaboration between Phil Thorton and Hossam Ramsy and most of the songs have a cinematic feel.

You could probably find a Kendo instructor somewhere in your area. Tai Chi also has a sword form if you're looking for something more meditative. Medieval groups can also be helpful if you want to try more of a free-form style. They also have the ...
