about me
The most important thing to know about me is that I hate salads. With a passion. I don't know why. Do I just not like crunchy greens? Is it the mild idea that I'm eating grass, covered in ranch dressing?
I suppose you might also like to know that I'm 24, married, Hellenic Polythiest (with a mystic and recon bent), Former English Major who now works as a special ed aide and who happens to have the desire to become a Librarian and endure the possibility that people will call me Marian. Some people find it interesting that I'm part of a community that hits each other with foam padded sticks, while dressing funny.

But goodn...

But it also meant that yesterday, I made a frantic call over to Synergy Rad to see if they had space in their Tribal 1 class. And today was the first class. My hips hurt a lot, and I'm beginning to understand where my range of motion on the left side of my hips (where my spi...

So, I finally completing the clothing portion of my bellydance costuming. Last night I hi-tailed it to tobins to make the Simplicity ATS-style choli. It was seriously the first time I've made something where I didn't have to argue with the fabric to finish it. With the exception of putting the sleeve on wrong, I made it in about 2 hours, plus the 30 minutes I took to cut it out. Will do this pattern again.
Plus, my sports bra works for support, which I sorely needed.
Now, if only my cam...
